The planner executes the outsourcing plan according to the arrival condition of the materials, sequentially adds a fourth block chain transaction of the outsourcing plan from outsourcing material sending to outsourcing warehousing, and sequentially updates the state of the outsourcing plan into 'the materials are sent outside', 'the arrived' and 'the warehoused' based on the execution process of the plan. The method comprises the steps that a material receiving person takes production materials according to an inventory receiving plan, the received quantity of a planned row corresponding to the inventory receiving plan, an external collecting plan and a customer feeding plan is updated, and production material receiving affairs are registered in a block chain, wherein the progress information of the materials comprises the received material type information of the inventory receiving plan and the quantity information of the same materials.
And step S30, when the production plan is detected to be completed, acquiring the execution progress of the production plan, and verifying the use amount of the same material in the production plan based on a material verification module.
When the finished product plan is detected to be finished, warehouse managers make finished products to warehouse in according to the finished warehouse entry list, register a transaction of warehousing the finished products, update the warehouse-in quantity of the production work list, confirm that the production plan finishes all production tasks and then the material-leading personnel clear and retreat the multi-collar material condition, the planners close the production work list, register a production work list closing transaction in a block chain, and update the state of the production work list and/or the state of the production plan line to be finished.

Further, after production of each order is completed, the material verification and sales constant module needs to verify and sell the usage of the same type of material parts one by one, wherein the verification and sales equation of the material verification and sales constant module is as follows:

(3) The externally-used amount of each material is the consumption amount (including normal loss) of qualified products, the consumption amount (including normal loss) of defective products, the amount in the retention production line and the amount of loss
(4) The external additive amount of each material is the consumption amount (including normal loss) for producing qualified products, the consumption amount (including normal loss) for producing defective products, the amount in the retention production line and the amount of loss
(5) The consumption of each material is the consumption of qualified product (including normal loss), the consumption of defective product (including normal loss), the amount in the production line and the amount missing
Specifically, step S30 includes the steps of,
step S301, acquiring the missing amount of the same material in the production plan based on the progress information of the material of the production plan;
step S302, if the missing amount of the same material is larger than the preset value, the material verification and cancellation module is used for verifying and canceling the using amount of the same material in the production plan

The order tracking verification management method provided by the invention comprises the steps of establishing a production plan for the production order by obtaining a sales order and converting the sales order into a production order, establishing a corresponding block chain block for the production plan, and updating the execution progress of the production plan based on the block chain block, wherein the execution progress of the production plan comprises progress information of materials, obtaining the execution progress of the production plan when the production plan is detected to be finished, verifying the consumption of the same material in the production plan based on a material verification module, automatically updating the sales order progress every day by utilizing multi-account book accounting of a block chain technology, automatically completing verification of the materials according to a material verification equation, enabling a user and a client to master the progress of the order more quickly, and analyzing the execution condition of each plan, the management efficiency is improved, the risk of material loss is prevented, a consensus mechanism is formed based on the block chain, the fact that the materials cannot be tampered and traced is achieved, the credibility of each user is achieved, the control material loss is achieved, the production management level is improved, and higher values are provided for production enterprises and clients.
In addition, to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides an order tracking verification management system, including:
the production order generation module is used for acquiring a sales order and converting the sales order into a production order;
the production plan making module is used for making a production plan for the production order and establishing a corresponding block chain block for the production plan so as to update the execution progress of the production plan based on the block chain block, wherein the execution progress comprises progress information of materials;
and the material verification and cancellation module is used for verifying and canceling the consumption of the same material in the production plan based on the material verification and cancellation module when detecting that the production plan is finished, and sending verification and cancellation results to the block chain for storage.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium, where the storage medium stores an order tracking verification management program, and the order tracking verification management program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the above-mentioned method for order tracking verification management.

Claims (10)

1. A method for order tracking verification management, wherein the method for order tracking verification management comprises the following steps:
obtaining a sales order and converting the sales order into a production order;
making a production plan for the production order, establishing a corresponding block chain block for the production plan, and updating the execution progress of the production plan based on the block chain block, wherein the execution progress of the production plan comprises progress information of materials;
and when the production plan is detected to be completed, acquiring the execution progress of the production plan, and verifying and canceling the use amount of the same material in the production plan based on a material verification and cancellation module.
2. The method of order tracking underwriting management as claimed in claim 1, wherein said production plan includes a plurality of blocks, and wherein said step of establishing corresponding blockchain blocks for said production plan further comprises, after said step of establishing corresponding blockchain blocks for said production plan:
generating a production line number matched with each production plan based on the sequence of the plurality of production plans, and acquiring a sales order number of the sales order;
associating the production line number that the production plan matches with the sales order number to associate a number of production plans and/or blockchain blocks.
3. The method of order tracking underwriting management of claim 1 wherein said step of updating the execution progress of said production plan based on said blockchain block further comprises:
and sequentially executing each production plan based on the sequence of the plurality of production plans, and updating the execution progress of the production plan based on the block chain block corresponding to each production plan.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the production plan is a procurement plan, the schedule information of the materials includes procurement material type information of the procurement plan and quantity information of the same procurement material, the step of executing each production plan in sequence based on a plurality of production plans, and updating the execution schedule of the production plan based on the blockchain block corresponding to each production plan comprises:
determining a purchase order and a purchase plan, and purchasing materials based on the purchase order;
initiating a first blockchain transaction for confirming a purchase order, and updating the state of the purchase plan to be that the purchase order is confirmed based on a blockchain block corresponding to the purchase plan when detecting that the first blockchain transaction is completed;
initiating a second block chain transaction for purchasing the materials to arrive at the goods, and updating the state of the purchase plan to be the materials to arrive at the goods based on the block chain block corresponding to the purchase plan when detecting that the second block chain transaction is completed;
and initiating a third block chain transaction for purchasing materials to be put in storage, and updating the state of the purchase plan to be that the materials are put in storage based on the block chain block corresponding to the purchase plan when detecting that the third block chain transaction is finished.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the production plans are outsourced plans, the material progress information includes material outgoing type information of the outsourced plans and quantity information of the same outgoing material, the executing each production plan in sequence based on the sequence of the production plans, and the updating the execution progress of the production plan based on the blockchain block corresponding to each production plan includes:
determining an outsourcing plan and initiating a fourth block chain transaction of the outsourcing plan, wherein the fourth block chain transaction comprises a material outsourcing sub-transaction, a material to goods sub-transaction and a logistics warehousing sub-transaction;
when the material outgoing sub-transaction is detected to be completed, updating the state of the outsourcing plan to be that the material is outgoing based on a block chain block corresponding to the outsourcing plan;
when the fact that the matter of the materials to the goods is finished is detected, updating the state of the outsource plan to be that the materials are in goods based on a block chain block corresponding to the outsource plan;
and when the logistics warehousing sub-transaction is detected to be completed, updating the state of the outsource plan as that the material is warehoused based on the block chain block corresponding to the outsource plan.

The method of claim 3, wherein the production plan is a customer material supply plan, the material progress information includes material type information and quantity information of the same material in a production work order of the customer material supply plan, the step of executing each production plan in sequence based on a sequence of a plurality of production plans, and updating the execution progress of the production plan based on a block chain block corresponding to each production plan comprises:
determining a customer supply plan, and determining a production work order to be issued according to the customer supply plan;
and initiating a fifth block chain transaction for issuing a production work order, and updating the state of the guest material supply plan to be the issued production work order based on the block chain block corresponding to the guest material supply plan when detecting that the fifth block chain transaction is completed.

The method of claim 3, wherein the production plans are inventory procurement plans, the progress information of the materials comprises procured material type information of the inventory procurement plans and quantity information of the same materials, the steps of executing each production plan in sequence based on a plurality of production plans, and updating the execution progress of the production plans based on the blockchain blocks corresponding to each production plan comprise:
determining an inventory receiving plan, and determining a material to be received according to the inventory receiving plan;
and initiating a sixth block chain transaction for getting the material, and updating the state of the inventory getting plan to be the material getting based on the block chain block corresponding to the inventory getting plan when detecting that the sixth block chain transaction is completed.
8. The method for order tracking verification management according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the step of obtaining the execution progress of the production plan and verifying the usage of the same material in the production plan based on the material verification module comprises:
acquiring the missing amount of the same material in the production plan based on the progress information of the material in the production plan;
and if the missing amount of the same material is larger than the preset value, verifying and canceling the using amount of the same material in the production plan based on the material verifying and canceling module.
9. An order tracking verification management system, characterized in that the order tracking verification management system comprises:
the production order generation module is used for acquiring a sales order and converting the sales order into a production order;
the production plan making module is used for making a production plan for the production order and establishing a corresponding block chain block for the production plan so as to update the execution progress of the production plan based on the block chain block, wherein the execution progress comprises progress information of materials;
and the material verification and cancellation module is used for verifying and canceling the consumption of the same material in the production plan based on the material verification and cancellation module when detecting that the production plan is finished, and sending verification and cancellation results to the block chain for storage.
10. A storage medium having stored thereon an order tracking underwriting management program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of order tracking underwriting management of any of claims 1 to 8.
