Abstract
The invention discloses a front-end workbench system applied to marketing resource management, wherein a flow guide module comprises a full-flow service guide diagram of different resources, and a service node of the full-flow service guide diagram of the resources can enter a service handling module of the service node by triggering the service node; the inventory and purchase-sale-inventory counting module displays the inventory data of new products, good products and spare products of different types of resources by using a chart according to the inventory condition of the existing marketing resources; the resource track query function is used for querying the order, the logistics list, the stock and allocation state and the historical track of the resource, and the resource information query function is used for querying the type, the brand and the order information of the resource; the statistical query module is used for displaying a common query function, and the to-do list module is used for displaying a to-be-processed service list. By the technical scheme of the invention, the business process is simplified, the handling steps are reduced, the use convenience of the system is enhanced, and the business processing efficiency is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of resource management, in particular to a front-end workbench system applied to marketing resource management.
Background

In the above technical solution, preferably, the whole business process of the marketing resource includes purchasing, transporting, warehousing, allocating and selling, and the process guidance module displays a guidance diagram of the business process and labels a business function that can be realized by the authority of the currently logged-in user.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the front-end workbench system applied to marketing resource management further includes a common function module, where the common function module is configured to display a service function tag with high frequency of use for a current login user, and directly enter a corresponding service handling module by clicking the service function tag.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the resource query module queries through a hardware terminal serial number, an order number, or other numbers.

In the embodiment, the full-flow business interfaces of the marketing resources are integrated into the same interface, so that the full-life-cycle management panoramic service platform of the marketing resources, the mobile phone terminal and the intelligent terminal device is realized, the business flows are simplified, the handling steps are reduced, the use convenience of the system is enhanced, and the various business flows are intensively displayed by the graphical display method, so that a resource manager can quickly master, search and process related businesses and information, and the business processing efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, the process guidance can be configured and subdivided according to the resource types, and quickly enter a service operation workbench of a certain type of resources, and the inventory and purchase-sale-inventory statistics module displays the inventory conditions of new products, good products and spare products stored in the existing inventory according to the inventory conditions of the existing resources. The resource track query can rapidly query the warehousing track of the related resources. And counting the common query functions displayed by the query module, and enabling a user to quickly enter a processing interface by directly clicking. The to-do list is used for displaying various to-do services of the user, such as to-do service information of inventory early warning, recycling, receiving to-do, to-be-examined and the like.

The purchase business synchronously displays through purchase order information, the purchase order is converted into a logistics list, the logistics list is subjected to flow management, the logistics transportation business is connected with a logistics carrier system, real-time logistics information and correlation information are obtained, and meanwhile, a carrier evaluation system can be established. The warehousing business supports the checking of the sub-right and sub-domain of the overall warehousing condition (the higher level checks the lower-level warehousing condition), the summarizing and displaying of the warehousing condition according to the dimensionalities such as resource types, attributes, models and the like, the unified displaying according to regions, the drilling of all summarized data, the early warning and reminding of the inventory and the execution of different early warning and reminding strategies according to different goods sales rates and inventory rates. The allocation service supports allocation between short-process stores and allocation management of resources in the later life period. The sales service supports real-time statistics of goods sales conditions, supports consistency audit of ex-warehouse goods resources and actual sales goods by butting BOSS opening order completion conditions, supports inventory/sales conversion rate statistics, and improves the utilization rate of procurement funds.
The setting of the full-flow service guide diagram can also enable a person unfamiliar with the front-end workbench system to simply and clearly know the full flow of resource management, brighten the functions under the authority of the current user, grays the functions outside the authority, and can directly click the corresponding service label to enter the corresponding service handling interface, so that the service processing efficiency is greatly improved.

the inventory and purchase-sale-inventory counting module displays the inventory data of new products, good products and spare products of different types of resources by using a chart according to the inventory condition of the existing marketing resources;
the resource query module comprises a resource track query function and a resource information query function, wherein the resource track query function is used for querying orders, logistics lists, inventory and allocation states and historical tracks of resources, and the resource information query function is used for querying types, brands and order information of the resources;
the statistical query module is used for displaying a common query function, and the to-do list module is used for displaying a to-be-processed service list.

The front-end workbench system applied to marketing resource management of claim 1, wherein the overall business process of marketing resources comprises purchasing, transportation, warehousing, allocation and sale, and the process guidance module displays the guidance diagram of the business process and labels the business functions which can be realized by the authority of the currently logged-in user.

The front-end workbench system applied to marketing resource management according to claim 1, further comprising a common function module, wherein the common function module is configured to display a service function tag with a high frequency of use for a currently logged-in user, and directly enter a corresponding service handling module by clicking the service function tag.
4. The front-end workbench system applied to marketing resource management according to claim 1, wherein said resource query module queries through hardware terminal string code, order number or other numbers.
5. The front-end workbench system applied to marketing resource management according to claim 1, wherein said stock and sales statistics module uses pie chart to represent stock ratio of new product, good product and spare product, and uses bar chart or bar chart to represent stock of resource.
