the verification module is used for acquiring the reimbursement information from the temporary reimbursement sub-database, identifying bill information in the reimbursement information, and repeatedly verifying the bill information according to the reimbursement sub-database and the verified sub-database; when the repeated auditing result is not repeated, extracting bill data of bill information, automatically inputting the bill data into an auditing platform to obtain an authenticity auditing result, storing reimbursement information with the authenticity auditing result being true into a reimbursement sub-database, and storing reimbursement information with the authenticity auditing result being false into an verified sub-database;
the scanning terminal is used for scanning and acquiring bill information and reimbursement bill information when a user side selects a scanning input mode, and comprises a bill scanner, a scanner base, an alarm module and a material analysis module, wherein the scanner comprises an RFID identification tag, an alarm module, a camera and a flash lamp;
the scanning base comprises an RFID card reader and an information processing module, the RFID card reader on the scanning base receives high-frequency signals sent by an RFID identification tag on the scanner in real time, the information processing module acquires the high-frequency signals received by the RFID card reader every time at a time interval of 10 seconds, calculates to obtain a approximate distance value between the scanning base and the scanner according to the signal intensity of the high-frequency signals, and when the distance value is greater than a preset threshold value, the scanner is considered to leave a safety range, the risk of theft exists, and alarm information is sent to an alarm module of the scanner;
the alarm module is used for controlling the flash lamp to be on after receiving the alarm information, shooting by the camera and sending the shot image information to the material analysis module; the material analysis module is used for analyzing the material information in the image information; and a loudspeaker is also arranged on the scanner base and used for playing the lost information and the material information.
2. The business reimbursement ticket verification system of claim 1, wherein: the bill data includes bill number, bill code and bill amount, and the reimbursement bill data of reimbursement bill information includes reimbursement amount.
