Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in order to facilitate the operation of adding sludge treatment chemicals to the crushed river sludge, the chemical adding assembly 11 includes a chemical storage tank 1101 storing sludge treatment chemicals, the chemical storage tank 1101 is installed on the outer wall of the top of the right side of the machine box 201, the output end of the chemical storage tank 1101 is communicated with the input end of a booster pump 1104 through a liquid pipe 1103, the liquid pipe 1103 is provided with a control valve 1102, the output end of the booster pump 1104 is communicated with a liquid outlet pipe 1105 installed on the inner wall of the top of the right side of the machine box 201, the lower end of the liquid outlet pipe 1105 is provided with a nozzle 1106 for spraying sludge treatment chemicals, the nozzle 1106 is located above the combined stirring assembly 9, the control valve 1102 is opened to drive the booster pump 1104, the sludge treatment chemicals in the chemical storage tank 1101 are uniformly sprayed onto the crushed river sludge from the position of the nozzle 1106, greatly improves the utilization rate of the sludge treatment agent and reduces the labor intensity of manually spraying the sludge treatment agent.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in order to facilitate the installation and detachment of each component inside the cabinet 201, an opening 206 is disposed at the lower end of the left side of the cabinet 201, a first movable door 207 is hinged to one side of the opening 206 and on the outer wall of the left side of the cabinet 201, and a second movable door 208 is hinged to the outer wall of the bottom of the right side of the cabinet 201 and below the combined stirring assembly 9, so as to facilitate the taking out of the river sludge in the cabinet 201.
