电梯是一种公共交通设备,每天有不同的人出入电梯,电梯内环境相对密闭,容易造成大量细菌传播,不利于人体健康,现有电梯轿厢内未设有杀菌消毒装置,存在电梯轿厢内细菌传播的风险。

本发明提供了一种电梯内智能杀菌消毒联动装置。
本发明的目的是解决现有电梯轿厢内未设有杀菌消毒装置,存在电梯轿厢内细菌传播的风险的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种电梯内智能杀菌消毒联动装置,所述电梯内智能杀菌消毒联动装置设于电梯轿厢内,它包括梯控面板、控制器、杀菌装置、传感装置、空气净化装置,梯控面板、杀菌装置、传感装置、空气净化装置分别与控制器相连接,梯控面板、杀菌装置、传感装置、空气净化装置均朝向电梯轿厢的载人空间;
梯控面板:梯控面板上设有楼层按钮,用于给用户直接操作按下需停楼层;
传感装置:用于感应电梯轿厢内的人或者有害气体浓度,并将数据发送给控制器;
杀菌装置:用于电梯轿厢内进行杀菌作业;
空气净化装置:用于电梯轿厢内进行空气净化;
控制器:主控芯片,用于接收梯控面板信号,按照楼层按钮控制电梯轿厢启停;用于接收传感装置采集的电梯轿厢内空气质量数据,根据空气质量控制杀菌装置启停进行杀菌,控制空气净化装置启停进行空气净化。
优选的,所述梯控面板上设有RFID读取装置或二维码读取装置。
优选的,所述杀菌装置为装紫外线杀菌装置或臭氧发生器。
优选的,所述传感装置包括红外人体传感器和臭氧浓度传感器。

梯控面板:梯控面板上设有楼层按钮,用于给用户直接操作按下需停楼层。所述梯控面板上设有RFID读取装置或二维码读取装置,用于识别用户的RFID信息或二维码信息,并将用户的RFID信息或二维码信息传输至控制器。
传感装置:用于检测电梯轿厢内是否有人以及检测电梯轿厢内的有害气体浓度,并将数据发送给控制器;所述传感装置包括红外人体传感器和臭氧浓度传感器。
杀菌装置:用于电梯轿厢内进行杀菌作业;所述杀菌装置为装紫外线杀菌装置或臭氧发生器中的一种或几种。
空气净化装置:用于电梯轿厢内进行空气净化。
控制器:主控芯片,控制器内存储判断用户名单和访客信息,接收到RFID读取装置或二维码读取装置传输过来的RFID信息或二维码信息后与存储的用户名单和访客信息进行比较判断,信息一致则开放权限允许用户对梯控面板进行操作。控制器还用于接收梯控面板信号,按照楼层按钮控制电梯轿厢启停。控制器还用于接收传感装置采集的电梯轿厢内人体数据及空气质量数据,根据电梯轿厢内是否有人及空气质量控制杀菌装置启停进行杀菌,控制空气净化装置启停进行空气净化。
控制器可自动分析电梯的使用率及用户的使用情况,来实现自动运行杀菌装置跟空气净化装置。有人的情况下运行空气净化装置,无人的时候运行杀菌装置。其通过联网设备3进行联网后可后台远程控制。除了自动控制外,另外也可人工设置杀菌装置跟空气净化装置的工作时间段。
它还包括显示装置7,所述显示装置7与控制器2相连接。显示装置用于显示电梯轿厢当前所在楼层及传感装置所采集到的电梯轿厢内有害气体浓度数据。
它还包括联网设备3,所述联网设备3与控制器2相连接。联网设备用于使控制器能连入网络。
