The broadside pushing assembly 42 comprises a direct-acting cylinder and a broadside plate 421 mounted at the telescopic end of the direct-acting cylinder, the broadside plate 421 is located in a sinking groove of the jig transfer rail 41, and the length of the broadside plate 421 is the same as the sum of the widths of the eight jigs; the narrow-edge pushing assembly 43 comprises a movable sliding table and a narrow plate 431 arranged at a movable part of the movable sliding table, and the width of the narrow plate 431 is the same as the length of a single jig.
The assembly jig 40 is in a rectangular block shape, a round through hole 411 is arranged on the assembly jig 40, and the round through hole 411 is used for positioning and driving the assembly jig 40; the assembly jig 40 is further provided with a counter bore 412, the counter bore 412 is used for placing the basin frame 100, and four uniformly distributed pin holes 413 are formed in the counter bore 412.
The first further driving assembly 441 comprises a vertical plate 441, a horizontal cylinder 442, a vertical cylinder 443, a driving plate 444 and a pin 445; the pins 445 are installed on the lower end face of the driving plate 444, a plurality of groups of pins 445 are arranged, each group of pins 445 corresponds to the assembling jig 40, and the driving plate 444 achieves two-degree-of-freedom movement through the horizontal cylinder 442 and the vertical cylinder 443.
The first separating assembly 451 comprises a separating cylinder 4511, a separating block 4512 and a defective rail 4513; the separation cylinder 4511 is installed on the side of the jig transfer rail 41, the separation block 4512 is arranged at the telescopic end of the separation cylinder 4511, and a notch is formed in the side of the jig transfer rail 41 at a separation position for moving out the jig from the side; the defective goods rail 4513 is installed at a side of the jig transfer rail 41, and the defective goods rail 4513 corresponds to the separation block 4512.
The feed supplement assembly 47 comprises L-shaped rails 471, a side push cylinder 472 and side push blocks 473, wherein the L-shaped rails 471 are arranged on the rack, the discharge ends of the L-shaped rails 471 correspond to the corners of the jig flow turning rails 41, the feed ends of the L-shaped rails 471 are provided with the second stepping drive assemblies 442, the side push cylinder 472 is arranged at the corners of the L-shaped rails 471, and the side push blocks 473 are arranged at the telescopic ends of the side push cylinder 472.
When the jig transfer device 4 works, the basin frame is placed in the assembly jig 40 at the basin frame feeding station 401, then the gluing is carried out at the gluing station 402, the jig which is unqualified in gluing is detected after the gluing, and the jig which is unqualified in gluing is laterally separated through the first separation component 451; the broadside pushing assembly 42 pushes out the broadside plate 421, and simultaneously pushes out a plurality of jigs to assemble the coil body; then the narrow-edge pushing assembly 43 integrally moves out the plurality of jigs, the pins 445 of the first step driving assembly 441 are inserted into the circular through holes 411, and the jigs are driven step by step and move by the width of one jig each time; the coil body is pressed on the basin frame at a pressing station 404, and is separated by a second separating component 452 after a defective product is detected at a visual detection station 405; finally, the assembly is blanked at a blanking station 406, and then the feeding assembly 47 feeds the empty jig into the jig flow diverting rail 41.
The jig transfer device 4 solves the problems that the single assembly efficiency of the coil body is low, the assembly process needs to be detected, unqualified products are separated, the difficulty of directly moving out products is high, and the jig is easily polluted; the assembly jig 40 for placing a single workpiece is arranged, the broadside material pushing assembly 42 is arranged to push a plurality of jigs simultaneously, a plurality of coil bodies can be assembled simultaneously, the assembly efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the first further driving assembly 441 is arranged to move the jigs individually, so that the workpieces in the jigs can be operated independently; the unqualified products are separated by arranging the first separating assembly 451 and the second separating assembly 452, and the first separating assembly and the second separating assembly are separated together with the jig, so that the jig is prevented from being contacted with a basin frame filled with glue, the jig is prevented from being polluted, and the separation is facilitated; the supplementary material component 47 is arranged to supplement the jigs in the jig flow transfer rail 41, so that the number of the separated jigs is compensated, and the whole device is made to flow.
As shown in fig. 8, the basin stand feeding device 5 comprises a material vibrator 51, a material rail 52, a base 53, a material distributing block 54, a material distributing cylinder 55, a two-degree-of-freedom handling mechanism 56, a rotating cylinder 57 and a suction block 58; the material rail 52 is arranged on the material vibrator 51, the material rail 52 is provided with a basin stand, the base 53 is arranged on the machine frame, the material distribution cylinder 55 is arranged on the base 53, the material distribution block 54 is arranged at the telescopic end of the material distribution cylinder 55, the material distribution block 54 is connected with the discharging end of the material rail 52, and the material distribution block 54 is provided with a separation groove; the two-degree-of-freedom carrying mechanism 56 is installed on the frame, the rotating cylinder 57 is arranged at the output end of the two-degree-of-freedom carrying mechanism 56, the suction block 58 is installed on the rotating shaft of the rotating cylinder 57, the shape of the suction block 58 is matched with that of the basin stand, and the lower end face of the suction block 58 is provided with a suction hole.
When the basin stand feeding device 5 works, the material vibrating device 51 sends out basin stands in the material rails 52 in order, after the material distributing blocks 54 are separated, the two-degree-of-freedom carrying mechanism 56 places the suction blocks 58 into the basin stands, then the basin stands are sucked, and the rotating air cylinders 57 rotate the basin stands by a certain angle and then place the basin stands into the assembling jig.
The pressing device 7 comprises a transverse module, a longitudinal module and a pressing block, and the detection device 9 comprises a mounting plate and a vision camera arranged on the mounting plate.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the tray collecting device includes a base plate 81, a belt driving assembly 82, a tray gripping mechanism 83, a bin side plate 84, a stopper pin assembly 85, a centering assembly 86, and a jack-up assembly 87; the base plate 81 is arranged on the frame, the charging tray clamping mechanism 83 is movably connected on the base plate 81 through a slide rail, the belt transmission component 82 is arranged on the base plate 81, and a connecting block is arranged on a belt of the belt transmission component 82 and connected with the charging tray clamping mechanism 83; a bin side plate 84 is provided on the base plate 81, and a plurality of bin side plates 84 form an empty bin and a full bin; the stop pin assemblies 85 are arranged on the base plate 81, and every four groups of stop pin assemblies 85 correspond to one material tray bin; the base plate 81 is provided with folding plates 811 with symmetrical sides, the positions of the folding plates 811 correspond to the full tray bin, and the centering assembly 86 and the jacking assembly 87 are arranged on the folding plates 811; the charging tray clamping mechanism 83 is used for moving the charging tray, the stop pin assembly 85 is used for supporting the charging tray, the jacking assembly 87 is used for lifting the charging tray filled with products, and the centering assembly 86 is used for clamping and centering two sides of the full charging tray.
The tray clamping mechanism 83 comprises a bottom plate 831, an adjusting cylinder 832, a lifting cylinder 833, a lifting seat 834, a clamping cylinder 835, a chute seat 836 and a clamping rod 837; the bottom plate 831 is movably connected to the base plate 81, the lifting cylinder 833 is mounted on the bottom plate 831, the lifting seat 834 is movably connected to the bottom plate 831, and the telescopic end of the lifting cylinder 833 is connected with the lifting seat 834; the adjusting cylinder 832 is arranged on the bottom plate 831, and a buffer block is arranged at the telescopic end of the adjusting cylinder 832; the upper end surface of the lifting seat 834 is provided with a cushion block 8341, the fixed end of the clamping cylinder 835 is hinged to the lower end surface of the lifting seat 834, a chute seat 836 is fixed on the lifting seat 834, a chute is arranged on the chute seat 836, a clamping rod 837 is in a right-angle folding shape, the side surface of a vertical section of the clamping rod 837 is provided with a pin shaft, and a cover pin shaft is matched in the chute of the chute seat 836.
The stop pin assembly 85 comprises a support 851, a micro cylinder 852, a stop pin 853 and a linear bearing 854; the linear bearing 854 is installed on the top of the support 851, the micro cylinder 852 is horizontally installed on the support 851, the telescopic end of the micro cylinder 852 is connected with the stop pin 853, the stop pin 853 is movably matched in the linear bearing 854, and the end part of the stop pin 853 is reamed to be flat.
The centering assembly 86 comprises a centering cylinder 861 and a pressing plate 862, the pressing plate 862 is connected to the telescopic end of the centering cylinder 861, a spring is arranged between the pressing plate 862 and the telescopic end of the centering cylinder 861, and the centering cylinder 861 is horizontally arranged at the upper end of the folded plate 811.
The jacking assembly 87 comprises a jacking cylinder 871, an extending cylinder 872 and a top plate 873; stretch into cylinder 872 and install the flexible end at jack-up cylinder 871, and jack-up cylinder 871 is vertical to be placed, and roof 873 is installed at the flexible end that stretches into cylinder 872.

The material tray collecting device solves the problems that the material tray collecting capacity is not high, the height of material trays needs to be adjusted every time when the material trays are stacked, and the material tray stacking speed is low due to the fact that the material trays are directly clamped by the air cylinders and the space is large; the storage capacity is improved by stacking the charging trays in a manner of emptying the charging trays from the lower part and filling the charging trays from the lower part, the charging trays are taken and placed in a manner of emptying the charging trays from the lower part, the position of each taking and placing is fixed, the height change of the charging trays in the process of taking and stacking the charging trays is avoided, the taking and placing posture is fixed, dynamic adjustment is not needed, and the efficiency is improved; through pressing from both sides the mode of getting cylinder 835 level and placing, the round pin shaft groove pair of clamping bar 837 side connects in the inclined hole, makes clamping bar 837 swing to the wobbling center moves along with the chute, can reduce the highest gesture point position of motion of clamping bar 837, thereby makes the charging tray press from both sides the feed bin that the mechanism 83 is close to the top, makes whole mechanism compact, subtracts the distance that the short needs to move, thereby improves the efficiency of getting the dish and folding the dish.
A working method of an earphone coil body assembling machine sequentially comprises the following steps of:

(III) assembling a coil body: one group of equidistant distance changing mechanisms 18 is used for conveying the coil body from the feeding disc assembly to the positioning jig 12, and the other group of equidistant distance changing mechanisms 18 is used for conveying and feeding the coil body from the positioning jig 12; the receiving block 137 sucks the positioning jig 12, and then the second lifting cylinder 133 extends to lift the positioning jig 12 upwards; then the third lifting cylinder 134 drives the driving block 136 to move upwards, and the driving block 136 pushes the folded positioning pawl 122, so that the folded positioning pawl 122 clamps the coil body to realize positioning; when material is taken, under the action of the moving module 15 and the first lifting cylinder 17, the equidistant distance changing mechanism 18 is close to the positioning jig 12, at the moment, the driving cylinder 182 contracts, the four finger cylinders 186 are close to each other, and the coil body is clamped by the clamping block 187; during feeding, the driving cylinder 182 extends to enable the four finger cylinders 186 to be away from each other, so that the distance change is realized, and the finger cylinders are transported to the assembling jig 40 in the jig circulation device 4 to realize assembling;
(IV) compaction detection: the coil body in the assembly jig 40 is pressed in the basin frame by the pressing device 7, then the assembly state is detected by the detection device 9, and the assembly jig 40 with unqualified products is separated from the second separation component 452;
(V) blanking and boxing: the belt transmission assembly 82 drives the charging tray clamping mechanism 83 to move to the position below the empty charging tray bin, the lifting cylinder 833 extends to enable the charging tray at the lowest side to be arranged on the lifting seat 834, the clamping cylinder 835 extends, and the clamping rod 837 presses the edge of the charging tray; then the stop pin 853 of the stop pin component 85 is withdrawn, and the material tray is taken down and then blocks other stacked empty material trays again; the blanking manipulator carries the assemblies in the assembly jig 40, and the assemblies are sequentially placed in the empty trays, the empty trays move to the lower part of the full material bin after the end parts of the empty trays are filled with the assemblies, firstly, the tray clamping mechanism 83 withdraws the clamped trays, then, the tray at the upper end is jacked up through the jacking assembly 87, the tray clamping mechanism 83 lifts up the full trays, and after the full trays are compressed from two sides through the centering assembly 86 for centering, the stop pin assembly 85 supports the full trays.
