The working steps of the adjustable stable transport frame convenient for ring transport are as follows:
1) placing the transport rack 1 on a flat plate trailing edge of a truck, clamping the sliding fixture block 21 on the edge of the flat plate trailing edge, screwing the fixing nut 23 in the forward direction to enable the sliding fixture block 21 to move towards one side of the flat plate trailing edge, and screwing the plurality of transport rack fixing devices 2 to enable the invention to be fixed on the flat plate trailing edge of the truck;

3) when the clamping seat 45 contacts the ring piece, the ring piece enters the lower end of the clamping seat 45 and is in a U shape, at the moment, the micro telescopic cylinder 43 is shortened, and the clamping plate 44 contacts one side of the clamping seat 45 to fix the ring piece in the U shape at the lower end of the clamping seat 45;
4) the telescopic cylinder 42 contracts to lift the ring member to the upper side of the transmission belt 7;
5) at this time, the driving motor 64 is started in the forward direction to drive the driven gear 62 and the driving shaft 61 to rotate;
6) further driving the driving roller 75, the driving roller shaft 76 and the first lead screw to drive the bevel gear 87 to rotate, at this time, the conveyor belt 74 rolls, the bottom groove 52 of the clamping base 5 is clamped by the clamping seat, and then the belt bottom groove 52 moves;
7) the first lead screw drives the bevel gear 87 to rotate to drive the first lead screw to drive the belt pulley 82 to rotate, and further drives the transmission lead screw 3 to rotate, so that the fixed clamping clamp 4 lifts the ring piece to move towards the inside of the transportation frame 1, when the ring piece reaches the upper side of the clamping base 5, the telescopic cylinder 42 extends to enable the lower end of the ring piece to be fixedly contacted with the bottom supporting frame 56, and the ring piece is fixed between the bottom supporting frame 56 and the clamping seat 45;
8) the transmission belt 7 moves, meanwhile, the fixed clamping clamp 4 moves along the transmission screw rod 3, so that the ring piece slowly moves to the inside of the transportation frame 1, when the clamping base 5 reaches the edge of the inside of the transportation frame 1 or other clamping bases 5 in the inside of the transportation frame 1, the moving clamping base 5 is blocked, at the moment, the clamping base is separated from the bottom groove 52, the clamping base 5 stops moving, meanwhile, the fixed clamping clamp 4 cannot move, the transmission screw rod 3 continues to rotate, at the moment, the threaded sleeve 48 rotates together with the transmission screw rod 3, meanwhile, the threaded sleeve 48 rotates with the threaded base 41, and the fixed clamping clamp 4 stops moving;
9) and (5) repeating the steps 2) to 8) to finish the cargo loading.
10) During unloading, the driving motor 64 is started reversely, goods are sequentially moved to the tail end of the transportation frame 1, and the goods are hung and unloaded through the fixed clamping clamps 4.
