Abstract
一种用于水上LNG燃料加注的运输加注船,包括船体,所述船体的主甲板艉部设置有GCU间,船体底部的艉部设置有全回转推进器,船体底部的艏部舷侧设置有侧向推进器;所述主甲板中部增设有升高甲板,主甲板的艏部设置有锚机绞车,艉部设置有系泊绞车;所述升高甲板艉部设置有压缩机和再液化装置,升高甲板与主甲板之间的中部和艏部均设置有低位加注站,主甲板上侧的中部设置有高位加注站,各加注站均配备有软管吊机;所述低位加注站和所述高位加注站均与船体内设置的罐舱相连通。本发明旨在提供一种水上移动式LNG加注设施,通过大容积的LNG罐舱及配套加注装置,解决大型LNG燃料动力船进行水上燃料补给困难及作业时无法进行LNG燃料加注等问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及LNG燃料加注技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于水上LNG燃料加注的运输加注船。
背景技术
目前国内船舶LNG燃料加注方面,仅有槽车加注、岸基加注、趸船加注,但主要是小规模船用LNG燃料加注,尚没有大规模LNG燃料加注的设施投用。进出繁忙的港口十分困难,而且对加注港口的水深也有十分严苛的要求,这些LNG燃料动力船在装卸货的过程中往往无法进行LNG燃料加注作业,造成装卸货后进行LNG燃料加注时间过于紧迫,对于现有采用LNG燃料的大型船舶,上述加注方法均不适用。目前尚未有水上LNG运输加注船运营。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足,旨在提供一种水上移动式LNG加注设施,通过由船体及升高甲板包络的大容积LNG罐舱及配套加注装置,解决大型LNG燃料动力船进行水上燃料补给困难及作业时无法进行LNG燃料加注等问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种用于水上LNG燃料加注的运输加注船,包括船体,所述船体的主甲板艉部设置有GCU间,船体底部的艉部设置有全回转推进器,船体底部的艏部舷侧设置有侧向推进器;所述主甲板中部增设有升高甲板,主甲板的艏部设置有锚机绞车,艉部设置有系泊绞车;所述升高甲板艉部设置有压缩机和再液化装置,升高甲板与主甲板之间的中部和艏部均设置有低位加注站,主甲板上侧的中部设置有高位加注站,各加注站均配备有软管吊机;所述低位加注站和所述高位加注站均与船体内设置的罐舱相连通。
进一步的,所述船体的船舷两侧均设置有可收放的橡胶靠球。
进一步的,所述升高甲板的艏部和艉部均设置有系泊绞车。
进一步的,所述罐舱位于船体底板与升高甲板之间,所述罐舱为C型液货舱共设置有两个。
进一步的,所述全回转推进器由双燃料发动机提供动力,所述侧向推进器由电动机提供动力。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明相比于槽车加注、岸基加注、趸船加注的优势在于:船体中部和艏部均具有加注站,且加注站分为高位加注站和低位加注站,可适用于多种船型,加注速率快、安全性高、无航道限制。船体顶部升高甲板的艏部和中部均设置有软管吊机,可让LNG运输加注船在码头、锚地、航行中均可进行加注,加注范围广,受加注环境限制小,具有灵活机动、不占用码头资源等优点,适合于各种类型船舶的LNG燃料加注。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
如图1和图2所示,一种用于水上LNG燃料加注的运输加注船,包括船体16,所述船体16的主甲板14艉部设置有GCU间10作为气体燃烧单元,船体16底部的艉部设置有全回转推进器1,船体16底部的船艏舷侧设置有侧向推进器6,所述船体16的船舷两侧均设置有可收放的橡胶靠球2;所述主甲板14中部增设有升高甲板15,主甲板14的艏部设置有锚机绞车9,艉部设置有系泊绞车11;所述升高甲板15艉部设置有压缩机12和再液化装置13,升高甲板15与主甲板14之间的中部和艏部均设置有低位加注站4,主甲板14上侧的中部设置有高位加注站3,各加注站均配备有软管吊机7,所述升高甲板15的艏部和艉部均设置有系泊绞车11;所述低位加注站4和所述高位加注站3均与船体16内设置的罐舱5相连通;所述罐舱5位于船体16底板与升高甲板15之间,所述罐舱5为C型液货舱共设置有两个;所述全回转推进器1由双燃料发动机提供动力,所述侧向推进器6由电动机提供动力。
本发明中的全回转推进器1配备可使用燃油和LNG为燃料的双燃料发动机提供动力,侧向推进器6配备电动机提供动力,可使运输加注船直接使用携带的LNG燃料提供航行的主要动力,只向罐舱5内补充LNG即可起到补充加注原料和燃料的效果。全回转推进器1和侧向推进器6,可通过在运输加注船上使用JOYSTICK进行操作,配合橡胶靠球2、锚机绞车9和系泊绞车11,使加注船具有良好自力靠离泊性能及操作安全性。本实施例中锚机绞车9和系泊绞车11均由液压马达驱动的锚绞车构成,锚绞车的系泊卷筒优选设置有张力监测器和应急释放系统,能让运输加注船在紧急情况下与受注船快速解脱。
高位加注站3和低位加注站4可使用授权公告号为CN203784632U中记载的一种水上天然气加注站加注装置,高位加注站3和低位加注站4可配备具有ERC的加注系统进行控制,在紧急情况下可以快速配合软管吊机7释放软管,保证加注安全性。主甲板14上增设的升高甲板15,可在不改变船体大小的情况下增大船体的容积,为罐舱5提供更大的安装空间用于蓄压储存LNG货物;而且升高甲板15可用于设置高位加注站3和配套的软管吊机7,利于对高位受注船的加注工作。
由于加注船与受注船靠泊只能在两船船体平直部分,同时受注船在空载、满载及半载情况下都有加注可能,在主甲板14与升高甲板15之间设置低位加注站4,可让加注船充分适应两船舷高差,能使船体16具有更多的加注位置,便于受注船的接收。配备GCU间10及再液化装置13可实现对具有IMO定义的各类液货舱型的LNG燃料船舶进行安全加注。对受注船的LNG加注贸易计量,可采用质量流量计、热值分析仪及CTS(Custody Transfer System)等进行计量。

1.一种用于水上LNG燃料加注的运输加注船,包括船体,其特征在于:所述船体的主甲板艉部设置有GCU间,船体底部的艉部设置有全回转推进器,船体底部的艏部舷侧设置有侧向推进器;所述主甲板中部增设有升高甲板,主甲板的艏部设置有锚机绞车,艉部设置有系泊绞车;所述升高甲板艉部设置有压缩机和再液化装置,升高甲板与主甲板之间的中部和艏部均设置有低位加注站,主甲板上侧的中部设置有高位加注站,各加注站均配备有软管吊机;所述低位加注站和所述高位加注站均与船体内设置的罐舱相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于水上LNG燃料加注的运输加注船,其特征在于:所述船体的船舷两侧均设置有可收放的橡胶靠球。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于水上LNG燃料加注的运输加注船,其特征在于:所述升高甲板的艏部和艉部均设置有系泊绞车。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于水上LNG燃料加注的运输加注船,其特征在于:所述罐舱位于船体底板与升高甲板之间,所述罐舱为C型液货舱共设置有两个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于水上LNG燃料加注的运输加注船,其特征在于:所述全回转推进器由双燃料发动机提供动力,所述侧向推进器由电动机提供动力。
