Abstract
本发明涉及复合气泡膜加工技术领域,且公开了一种EPE复合包装膜及其加工工艺,包括EPE片材和气泡膜片材,EPE片材和气泡膜片之间设置有弹性塑料膜,弹性塑料膜与相对应的EPE片材和气泡膜片表面完全贴合,EPE片材、弹性塑料膜和气泡膜片材采用热熔复合工艺一体加工成型,EPE复合包装膜上设置有点断线,EPE复合包装膜上开设有通孔,EPE复合包装膜的环形外侧边呈齿牙状,齿牙之间接触部分即为点断线设置位置。该EPE复合包装膜及其加工工艺,泡膜、EPE片材和弹性塑料膜本身的弹性适应性增加了材料的适用范围,其复合材料的综合性能大大提高,提高了卷材端盖材料成型的整体性,制作工艺简单,能够快速加工成型。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及复合气泡膜加工相关技术领域,具体为一种EPE复合包装膜及其加工工艺。
背景技术
卷材广泛的应用于建筑、交通等多方面领域,卷材产品在进行贮藏和运输之前需要进行防护包装,但由于卷材产品多为大件运输,其重量大,造成包装存在一定的困难,对于卷材的包装通常要满足一下特点,防止磨损、减振缓冲、防水等,因为卷材的侧边一旦磨损,卷膜在使用时容易断开,影响产品质量,同时防水减振也是重要的因素,雨水容易从卷材的侧壁进入到卷材中,同样影响产品质量,如中国专利CN201420384446.4公开了一种卷材端面包装盖,它包括盖体1,盖体1设有防水层101和芯体层102,防水层101采用气泡膜材料,芯体层102采用珍珠棉材料,防水层101与芯体层102通过热熔复合连接,该申请虽然能够符合一定的减振和防水效果,但是由于该申请图1中的端盖上设置有通孔,容易导致雨水进入到卷材中,而且该申请中的端盖不具备拉伸的效果,不适合不同厚度的卷材,适用范围较小,因此我们提出一种EPE复合包装膜及其加工工艺,来优化现有市场上使用的复合包装膜膜及其加工工艺。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种EPE复合包装膜及其加工工艺,具备一定拉伸效果、适用范围较大、具有防水性、易加工等优点,解决了现有卷材端面包装盖的适用范围较小的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种EPE复合包装膜,包括EPE片材和气泡膜片材,EPE片材和气泡膜片之间设置有弹性塑料膜,所述弹性塑料膜与相对应的EPE片材和气泡膜片表面完全贴合。
优选的,所述EPE片材、弹性塑料膜和气泡膜片材采用热熔复合工艺一体加工成型。
优选的,所述EPE复合包装膜上设置有点断线。
优选的,所述EPE复合包装膜上开设有通孔。
优选的,所述EPE复合包装膜的环形外侧边呈齿牙状,齿牙之间接触部分即为点断线设置位置。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题是提供一种EPE复合包装膜及其加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)、原料选材,选用气泡膜、EPE片材和弹性塑料膜,并检验材料质量
2)、将气泡膜和EPE片材展开,并分别通过模切机进行冲压成型,加工通孔;
3)、通过放卷机将弹性塑料膜和冲压通孔之后的气泡膜、EPE片材进行叠层,弹性塑料膜铺设在起泡膜和EPE片材之间;
4)、放卷机在对气泡膜、EPE片材和弹性塑料膜进行叠层释放时,气泡膜、EPE片材和弹性塑料膜的端头叠压平齐并穿插在涂胶机内进行涂胶处理;
5)、进行涂胶处理之后的气泡膜、EPE片材和弹性塑料膜穿插热熔复合机,使得EPE复合包装膜热熔复合成型;
6)、使用模切机通过专用刀模具对复合成型的EPE复合包装膜进行模切成型;
7)、通过尺寸测量仪对EPE复合包装膜的厚度及宽度尺寸进行测量;
8)、检测合格品入库。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种EPE复合包装膜及其加工工艺。具备以下有益效果:
1、该EPE复合包装膜,通过气泡膜、EPE片材和弹性塑料膜材料相互热熔粘接复合,而弹性塑料膜在气泡膜和EPE片材之间的设置,气泡膜和EPE片材上的通孔通过弹性塑料膜进行隔断,有效的避免卷材端盖进水的情况,同时弹性塑料膜的设置大大的增加了卷材端盖的缓冲保护效果,而气泡膜、EPE片材和弹性塑料膜本身的弹性适应性增加了材料的适用范围,其复合材料的综合性能大大提高。
2、该EPE复合包装膜及其加工工艺,通过对气泡膜和EPE片材初加工通孔之后再与弹性塑料膜进行粘接热熔复合,有效的保障弹性塑料膜在制成卷材端盖时的隔离防水性,而气泡膜、EPE片材和弹性塑料膜在复合之后再进行模切成型,有效的提高了卷材端盖材料成型的整体性,制作工艺简单,能够快速加工成型。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-3所示,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种EPE复合包装膜及其加工工艺,包括EPE片材和气泡膜片材,EPE片材和气泡膜片之间设置有弹性塑料膜,弹性塑料膜与相对应的EPE片材和气泡膜片表面完全贴合,EPE片材、弹性塑料膜和气泡膜片材采用热熔复合工艺一体加工成型,EPE复合包装膜上设置有点断线,EPE复合包装膜上开设有通孔,EPE复合包装膜的环形外侧边呈齿牙状,齿牙之间接触部分即为点断线设置位置。
一种EPE复合包装膜及其加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、原料选材,选用气泡膜、EPE片材和弹性塑料膜,并检验材料质量;
S2、将气泡膜和EPE片材展开,并分别通过模切机进行冲压成型,加工通孔,将气泡膜和EPE片材加工出通孔以便于后续弹性塑料膜的热熔复合的整体性;
S3、通过放卷机将弹性塑料膜和冲压通孔之后的气泡膜、EPE片材进行叠层,弹性塑料膜铺设在起泡膜和EPE片材之间;
S4、放卷机在对气泡膜、EPE片材和弹性塑料膜进行叠层释放时,气泡膜、EPE片材和弹性塑料膜的端头叠压平齐并穿插在涂胶机内进行涂胶处理,初步保障气泡膜、EPE片材和弹性塑料膜之间的配合定位;
S5、进行涂胶处理之后的气泡膜、EPE片材和弹性塑料膜穿插热熔复合机,使得EPE复合包装膜热熔复合成型;
S6、使用模切机通过专用刀模具对复合成型的EPE复合包装膜进行模切成型;
S7、通过尺寸测量仪对EPE复合包装膜的厚度及宽度尺寸进行测量;
S8、检测合格品入库。
本发明的有益效果是:有效的避免卷材端盖进水的情况,同时弹性塑料膜的设置大大的增加了卷材端盖的缓冲保护效果,而气泡膜、EPE片材和弹性塑料膜本身的弹性适应性增加了材料的适用范围,其复合材料的综合性能大大提高。
气泡膜、EPE片材和弹性塑料膜在复合之后再进行模切成型,有效的提高了卷材端盖材料成型的整体性,制作工艺简单,能够快速加工成型。

Claims (6)
1.一种EPE复合包装膜及其加工工艺,包括EPE片材和气泡膜片材,其特征在于,EPE片材和气泡膜片之间设置有弹性塑料膜,所述弹性塑料膜与相对应的EPE片材和气泡膜片表面完全贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种EPE复合包装膜,其特征在于,所述EPE片材、弹性塑料膜和气泡膜片材采用热熔复合工艺一体加工成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种EPE复合包装膜,其特征在于,所述EPE复合包装膜上设置有点断线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种EPE复合包装膜,其特征在于,所述EPE复合包装膜上开设有通孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种EPE复合包装膜,其特征在于,所述EPE复合包装膜的环形外侧边呈齿牙状,齿牙之间接触部分即为点断线设置位置。
6.一种EPE复合包装膜及其加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、原料选材,选用气泡膜、EPE片材和弹性塑料膜,并检验材料质量;
S2、将气泡膜和EPE片材展开,并分别通过模切机进行冲压成型,加工通孔;
S3、通过放卷机将弹性塑料膜和冲压通孔之后的气泡膜、EPE片材进行叠层,弹性塑料膜铺设在起泡膜和EPE片材之间;
S4、放卷机在对气泡膜、EPE片材和弹性塑料膜进行叠层释放时,气泡膜、EPE片材和弹性塑料膜的端头叠压平齐并穿插在涂胶机内进行涂胶处理;
S5、进行涂胶处理之后的气泡膜、EPE片材和弹性塑料膜穿插热熔复合机,使得EPE复合包装膜热熔复合成型;
S6、使用模切机通过专用刀模具对复合成型的EPE复合包装膜进行模切成型;
S7、通过尺寸测量仪对EPE复合包装膜的厚度及宽度尺寸进行测量;
S8、检测合格品入库。
