Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a sunscreen spray containing tryptophan and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The sunlight damage to human skin mainly comes from ultraviolet A (UVA) and ultraviolet B (UVB), wherein UVA acts on the deep layer of the skin and is slow in action but can cause one-time blackening, and UVB acts on the surface layer of the skin to excite skin keratinocytes, relax blood vessels, increase blood flow and make the skin reddish to brown. UVA and UVB cause sunburn, peeling, tanning, etc. to the skin, which in turn causes premature aging of the skin, irreparable damage to the skin, and may also cause skin cancer if chronically affected by UVA and UVB.
Current sunscreen measures against ultraviolet rays mainly include physical sunscreen, which means the use of a substance capable of reflecting sunlight (TiO), and chemical sunscreen2ZnO) forms a protective film on the surface of skin to reflect ultraviolet rays out, thereby achieving the sun-screening effect, and chemical sun-screening means that chemical substances in the sun-screening product, such as phthalate, convert ultraviolet rays which damage the skin into harmless heat energy and the like to be released. The chemical sun-screening agent can enter skin tissues, has certain irritation to the skin, and can cause damage to the skin when being improperly used.
In some high-temperature areas throughout the year, the existing sunscreen spray only has a single sunscreen function, and can lose the function quickly along with the evaporation effect of high temperature, and the sunscreen spray needs to be coated with cosmetics such as a humectant before going out, and is inconvenient to use.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention aims to provide a sunscreen spray containing tryptophan, which has the characteristics of moisture retention, whitening, inflammation diminishing, repair, refreshing and consciousness restoring and is convenient to use on the basis of having a sunscreen effect.
The invention provides the following technical scheme:
a sunscreen spray containing tryptophan comprises, by weight, 3-10 parts of tryptophan, 1-5 parts of benzophenone-4, 1-5 parts of coix seed extract, 1-5 parts of cortex moutan extract, 10-20 parts of glycerol, 20-25 parts of ethanol, 2-5 parts of 1, 3-propylene glycol, 3-10 parts of menthol, 1-5 parts of solubilizer, 0-5 parts of pH regulator, 0.3-0.5 part of preservative and 20-55 parts of deionized water.
Preferably, the tryptophan is food grade tryptophan with a chiral structure which is all levorotatory.
Preferably, the preparation method of the coix seed extracting solution comprises the following steps: firstly, crushing the clean and dried coix seeds into small particles with the particle size smaller than 100 meshes, then mixing the small particles of the coix seeds with 1, 3-propylene glycol according to the mass ratio of 1:3, extracting for 1h at the temperature of 75-80 ℃, and filtering to obtain filtrate, namely the coix seed extracting solution.
Preferably, the preparation method of the cortex moutan extract comprises the following steps: firstly, crushing dried and clean cortex moutan into small particles with the particle size smaller than 100 meshes, then mixing the small particles of the cortex moutan with ethanol according to the mass ratio of 1:3, extracting for 1h at the temperature of 50-60 ℃, and filtering to obtain filtrate, namely cortex moutan extracting solution.
Preferably, the solubilizer is selected from any one or more aqueous solutions of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and triethanolamine.
Preferably, the pH regulator is selected from any one or two solutions of vitamin C and citric acid.
Preferably, the preservative is selected from any one or two of nipagin ester and phenoxyethanol.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the sunscreen spray, which comprises the following steps:
a. weighing tryptophan, deionized water, glycerol, ethanol, 1, 3-propylene glycol and menthol according to a certain proportion, uniformly mixing, slowly adding a solubilizer, and stirring until the tryptophan is completely dissolved;
b. sequentially adding the coix seed extract, the cortex moutan extract, benzophenone-4 and the preservative according to the proportion, and uniformly mixing;
c. adjusting pH to 6.0-8.0 with pH regulator according to the pH of the mixed solution
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the sunscreen spray disclosed by the invention integrates sunscreen, moisturizing and skin care, and cosmetics such as a moisturizing agent and the like are not required to be applied before going out like the existing sunscreen agent.
2. The tryptophan of the invention has the following characteristics: the selected tryptophan is food grade, is an amino acid in a human body, can be metabolized by the human body, is harmless to users, has a chiral structure in molecules, has a strong absorption peak at 280nm, can convert ultraviolet rays into heat energy which is harmless to the skin and releases the heat energy, and the benzophenone-4 has the following characteristics: benzophenone-4 has water solubility, can well disperse in a re-water phase, is a broad-spectrum ultraviolet absorbent, has the advantages of high absorption efficiency, no toxicity, no teratogenic side effect, good light and heat stability and the like, and the coix seed extracting solution has the following characteristics: the coix seed extract can inhibit the generation of skin neutralizing pigment, has the effect of whitening skin, can remove aged cutin on the epidermal layer, improves rough skin phenomenon, avoids acne, and can moisten skin in dry environment, and the cortex moutan extract has the following characteristics: paeonol in cortex moutan extractive solution can inhibit the generation of intracellular oxygen free radical, whiten skin, reduce and discolor pigment deposited in skin, remove blood stasis and speckle, relieve inflammation, relieve swelling and pain, and relieve allergy. The added glycerin enables the product to have excellent moisturizing and hydrating effects; make the sun-proof spraying of this application have sun-proof, moisturize, skin care, skin makeup an organic whole, still have the effect of refreshing oneself and restoring consciousness concurrently to and convenient to use's characteristics, need not like current sun-proof cream, need go out to still need to paint cosmetics such as humectant to go.
Since tryptophan is slightly soluble in water, an alkaline solubilizer is required to increase the solubility; tryptophan and benzophenone-4 have strong ultraviolet absorption capacity and can play a role of a chemical sun-screening agent; the coix seed extract and the cortex moutan extract not only have strong absorption capacity on ultraviolet rays, but also have the effects of whitening skin, removing aged cutin and the like, and the 2 extracts are natural components, so that no report that the coix seed extract and the cortex moutan extract have obvious damage to human bodies is found in the existing report; the sunscreen lotion has synergistic effects of chemical sunscreen, physical sunscreen, whitening and skin care, and has better sunscreen effect.
