本发明涉及其生活用具技术领域,特别涉及其一种交替充气泄气的康复按摩垫及其生产工艺。
背景技术
对于一些行动不便的病患,只能长期久座或卧床,或对于一些特殊职业从业者如出租车司机、办公室职员等长期保持坐姿,会造成局部血液循环不畅,长此以往给人体带来极大的伤害。于是,市面上出现了很多充气式康复按摩垫。如专利CN204106421U公开了一种充气式褥疮康复垫,其原理是在褥疮康复垫垫芯内部垫体的上面或下面设置充气垫,通过充气垫内气体的支撑使得褥疮病人躺卧舒适度增加,并且使得褥疮部位与褥疮康复垫的摩擦减少;同时在充气垫上设置与现有的乳胶按摩管平行或垂直的隔离带,使得充气后的充气垫表面有凸凹感,对皮肤有一定的按摩作用;增加了充气装置,充气器可采用手动充气囊或小型电气泵。但该专利存在一些缺点:充气后气垫的表面凸凹点即使在受压时也是固定不变的,对于久坐久卧者依然可能会造成局部血液不畅,而且按摩作用亦很有限,达不到真正意义上的按摩和缓减身体受压部位肌肉酸痛的效果,很难在根本上增加使用者的舒适度;充气、泄气操作对于行动不便的人士来说比较困难,充气量也不好把握;充气装置过于简单,不能很好地适应使用者的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种交替充气泄气的康复按摩垫及其生产工艺,通过气泵将一个气室内气流抽取并输送至另一个气室中,交替往复操作,使两组气囊交替凸起和凹陷,缓减身体受压部位肌肉酸痛,且充气、泄气均通过遥控操作气泵进行操作,操作难度低,省时省力,充气量可精准控制,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种交替充气泄气的康复按摩垫,包括康复按摩垫本体、气路管和控制盒,所述康复按摩垫本体通过气路管连接有控制盒;
所述康复按摩垫本体包括上垫体和下垫体,所述上垫体的下端固定连接下垫体,所述上垫体包括上垫面、气囊和气流通道,所述上垫面上设有多个向上凸起的气囊;
所述下垫体包括下垫面、气孔和气嘴,所述下垫面的边缘开设有气孔,气孔上安装有气嘴,气嘴连接有气路管。
进一步地,所述气流通道包括两组气室,两组气室的气流互不相通,单独一组气室的气流通过气流通道相互连通,且一组气室对应一个气孔,气室外围呈“L”型,内部由多组呈45度斜角的单元组成。

S101:备料,准备指纹布、弹性布、TPU和PU胶水;
S102:贴合,将指纹布与弹性布通过PU胶水贴合,得到材料一,再将材料一与TPU通过PU胶水贴合,得到材料二;
S103:制备上垫体,将材料二通过模具压铸成型得到上垫体,压铸成型过程中,下模吸真空,上模吹气;
S104:制备下垫体,通过高周波机在TPU材料上挤压两个气孔,制得下垫体;
S105:通过高周波机贴合S103中制得的上垫体和S104中制得的下垫体,得到半成品;
S106:对S105中获得的半成品依次倒角、切边、车线、组装线材和气泵得到康复按摩垫成品。
进一步地,S102中材料二分别由指纹布、弹性布、TPU自上而下通过PU胶水贴合而成。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明提出的一种交替充气泄气的康复按摩垫及其生产工艺,气流通道的两组气室中,气流互不相通,单独一组气室的气流通过气流通道相互连通,康复按摩垫在通电工作时,气泵交替抽取其中一个气室内气流,并将抽取的气流输送至另一个气室中,则两组气囊交替凸起和凹陷,气囊可不同形状、不同大小和高低,缓减身体受压部位肌肉酸痛,加快身体血液流通,达到交替按摩的功效,提高使用者舒适度,且充气、泄气均通过遥控操作气泵进行操作,操作难度低,省时省力,充气量可根据使用者的需求通过档位自由调节、精准控制。

实施例一:
参阅图1-9,一种交替充气泄气的康复按摩垫,包括康复按摩垫本体1、气路管2和控制盒3,康复按摩垫本体1通过气路管2连接有控制盒3。
康复按摩垫本体1包括上垫体11和下垫体12,上垫体11的下端固定连接下垫体12,上垫体11包括上垫面111、气囊112和气流通道113,上垫面111上设有多个向上凸起的气囊112,且相邻气囊112之间通过气流通道113相互连通;气流通道113包括两组气室,两组气室的气流互不相通,单独一组气室的气流通过气流通道113相互连通,且一组气室对应一个气孔122,气室外围呈“L”型,内部由多组呈45度斜角的单元组成,通过这种方式布局气流通道113,目的就是保证康复按摩垫在通电工作时,气囊112也被分成两组,两组气囊112交替凸起和凹陷,达到交替按摩的功效。
下垫体12包括下垫面121、气孔122和气嘴123,下垫面121的边缘开设有气孔122,气孔122上安装有气嘴123,气嘴123连接有气路管2。
参阅图10-13,气泵4位于控制盒3内部,控制盒3包括塑胶外壳上盖31和塑胶外壳底盖32,塑胶外壳上盖31上设有控制面板311,控制面板311电性连接有控制主板312,控制主板312电性连接有气泵4,气泵4通过出气管41连接有气阀组件42,气阀组件42通过Y型通气管43连接有出气孔44,出气孔44安装于塑胶外壳底盖32上,且出气孔44与气路管2相连接;气流从一个气室内经过气孔122和气嘴123流向其中一条气路管2,并穿过该条气路管2流向气泵4,气泵4驱动气流依次经过出气管41、气阀组件42、Y型通气管43和出气孔44流向另一条气路管2,并通过该条气路管2将气流输送至另一个气室内;塑胶外壳底盖32上安装有保险丝321、电源开关322、接口323、电源线插头324,电源线插头324和电源开关322通过电源控制组件325连接有气泵4,控制主板312中的主控电路通过四个继电器驱动电路驱动四个继电器,且主控电路上的时间按键、启动按键、档位按键和频率按键分别连接电源指示灯,通过电源指示灯显示气泵4的工作时长、工作状态、气动频率以及两个气室中交换的气流量,主控电路通过电源供应模块接入AC220V电源,通过AC220V电源为其供电,电源模块通过电源指示灯显示工作状态,且电源供应模块连接有遥控接收模块,遥控接收模块通过设有遥控接收天线,用于接收遥控器发出的指令信息并将指令信息传送至主控电路,主控电路根据指令信息操控气泵4工作,遥控器中设有遥控发射模块,遥控发射模块通过遥控发射电源供电,遥控发射模块接收遥控发射功能按键输入的指令信息,并利用遥控发射天线向遥控接收天线发出指令。
参阅图16,为了更好的展现交替充气泄气的康复按摩垫的生产工艺的流程,本实施例现提出一种交替充气泄气的康复按摩垫的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S101:备料,准备指纹布、弹性布、TPU和PU胶水;TPU为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶;
S102:贴合,将指纹布与弹性布通过PU胶水贴合,得到材料一,再将材料一与TPU通过PU胶水贴合,得到材料二;材料二分别由指纹布、弹性布、TPU自上而下通过PU胶水贴合而成;
S103:制备上垫体11,将材料二通过模具压铸成型得到上垫体11,压铸成型过程中,下模吸真空,上模吹气;对上垫体11材料加热置于成型模中,通过上模吹气下模吸真空形成气囊112,同时根据气囊112的布局在气囊112与气囊112之间压铸出气流通道113,冷却得到上垫体11;
S104:制备下垫体12,通过高周波机在TPU材料上挤压两个气孔122,制得下垫体12;
S105:通过高周波机贴合S103中制得的上垫体11和S104中制得的下垫体12,得到半成品;
S106:对S105中获得的半成品依次倒角、切边、车线、组装线材和控制盒3得到康复按摩垫成品,或者对S105中获得的半成品依次倒角、切边、车线、安装拉链、组装线材和控制盒3,得到康复按摩垫成品,拉链安装于康复按摩垫的四周,相邻康复按摩垫本体1之间通过拉链、魔术贴或纽扣相连接,扩大康复按摩垫本体1的面积,采用该生产工艺制得的康复按摩垫为按摩床垫、坐垫或座垫。
实施例二:
参阅图14-15,一种交替充气泄气的康复按摩垫,包括康复按摩垫本体1、气路管2和控制盒3,康复按摩垫本体1通过气路管2连接有控制盒3;
康复按摩垫本体1包括上垫体11和下垫体12,上垫体11的下端固定连接下垫体12,上垫体11包括上垫面111、气囊112和气流通道113,上垫面111上设有多个向上凸起的气囊112,且相邻气囊112之间通过气流通道113相互连通;气流通道113包括两组气室,两组气室的气流互不相通,单独一组气室的气流通过气流通道113相互连通,且一组气室对应一个气孔122,两组气室呈交叉“U”型,通过这种方式布局气流通道113,目的就是保证康复按摩垫在通电工作时,气囊112也被分成两组,两组气囊112交替凸起和凹陷,达到交替按摩的功效。
下垫体12包括下垫面121、气孔122和气嘴123,下垫面121的边缘开设有气孔122,气孔122上安装有气嘴123,气嘴123连接有气路管2。
参阅图10-15,气泵4位于控制盒3内部,控制盒3包括塑胶外壳上盖31和塑胶外壳底盖32,塑胶外壳上盖31上设有控制面板311,控制面板311电性连接有控制主板312,控制主板312电性连接有气泵4,气泵4通过出气管41连接有气阀组件42,气阀组件42通过Y型通气管43连接有出气孔44,出气孔44安装于塑胶外壳底盖32上,且出气孔44与气路管2相连接,塑胶外壳底盖32上安装有保险丝321、电源开关322、接口323、电源线插头324,电源线插头324和电源开关322通过电源控制组件325连接有气泵4,控制主板312中的主控电路通过四个继电器驱动电路驱动四个继电器,且主控电路上的时间按键、启动按键、档位按键和频率按键分别连接电源指示灯,通过电源指示灯显示气泵4的工作时长、工作状态、气动频率以及两个气室中交换的气流量,主控电路通过电源供应模块接入AC220V电源,通过AC220V电源为其供电,电源模块通过电源指示灯显示工作状态,且电源供应模块连接有遥控接收模块,遥控接收模块通过设有遥控接收天线,用于接收遥控器发出的指令信息并将指令信息传送至主控电路,主控电路根据指令信息操控气泵4工作,遥控器中设有遥控发射模块,遥控发射模块通过遥控发射电源供电,遥控发射模块接收遥控发射功能按键输入的指令信息,并利用遥控发射天线向遥控接收天线发出指令。
参阅图13,为了更好的展现交替充气泄气的康复按摩垫的生产工艺的流程,本实施例现提出一种交替充气泄气的康复按摩垫的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S101:备料,准备指纹布、弹性布、TPU和PU胶水;TPU为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶;
S102:贴合,将指纹布与弹性布通过PU胶水贴合,得到材料一,再将材料一与TPU通过PU胶水贴合,得到材料二;材料二分别由指纹布、弹性布、TPU自上而下通过PU胶水贴合而成;
S103:制备上垫体11,将材料二通过模具压铸成型得到上垫体11,压铸成型过程中,下模吸真空,上模吹气;对上垫体11材料加热置于成型模中,通过上模吹气下模吸真空形成气囊112,同时根据气囊112的布局在气囊112与气囊112之间压铸出气流通道113,冷却得到上垫体11;
S104:制备下垫体12,通过高周波机在TPU材料上挤压两个气孔122,制得下垫体12;
S105:通过高周波机贴合S103中制得的上垫体11和S104中制得的下垫体12,得到半成品;
S106:对S105中获得的半成品依次倒角、切边、车线、组装线材和控制盒3得到康复按摩垫成品,或者对S105中获得的半成品依次倒角、切边、车线、安装拉链、组装线材和控制盒3,得到康复按摩垫成品,拉链安装于康复按摩垫的四周,相邻康复按摩垫本体1之间通过拉链、魔术贴或纽扣相连接,扩大康复按摩垫本体1的面积,采用该生产工艺制得的康复按摩垫为按摩床垫、坐垫或座垫。
综上所述:本发明提出的一种交替充气泄气的康复按摩垫及其生产工艺,气流通道113的两组气室中,气流互不相通,康复按摩垫在通电工作时,气泵4交替抽取其中一个气室内气流,并将抽取的气流输送至另一个气室中,则两组气囊112交替凸起和凹陷,缓减身体受压部位肌肉酸痛,加快身体血液流通,达到交替按摩的功效,提高使用者舒适度,且充气、泄气均通过遥控操作控制盒3进行操作,操作难度低,省时省力,充气量可可根据使用者的需求通过档位自由调节、精准控制。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明披露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种交替充气泄气的康复按摩垫,其特征在于,包括康复按摩垫本体(1)、气路管(2)和控制盒(3),所述康复按摩垫本体(1)通过气路管(2)连接有控制盒(3);
所述康复按摩垫本体(1)包括上垫体(11)和下垫体(12),所述上垫体(11)的下端固定连接下垫体(12),所述上垫体(11)包括上垫面(111)、气囊(112)和气流通道(113),所述上垫面(111)上设有多个向上凸起的气囊(112);
所述下垫体(12)包括下垫面(121)、气孔(122)和气嘴(123),所述下垫面(121)的边缘开设有气孔(122),气孔(122)上安装有气嘴(123),气嘴(123)连接有气路管(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种交替充气泄气的康复按摩垫,其特征在于,所述气流通道(113)包括两组气室,两组气室的气流互不相通,单独一组气室的气流通过气流通道(113)相互连通,且一组气室对应一个气孔(122),气室外围呈“L”型,内部由多组呈45度斜角的单元组成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种交替充气泄气的康复按摩垫,其特征在于,所述气流通道(113)包括两组气室,两组气室的气流互不相通,单独一组气室的气流通过气流通道(113)相互连通,且一组气室对应一个气孔(122),两组气室呈交叉“U”型。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种交替充气泄气的康复按摩垫,其特征在于,相邻所述康复按摩垫本体(1)之间通过拉链、魔术贴或纽扣相连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种交替充气泄气的康复按摩垫,其特征在于,所述控制盒(3)内部设置气泵(4),控制盒(3)包括塑胶外壳上盖(31)和塑胶外壳底盖(32),塑胶外壳上盖(31)上设有控制面板(311),控制面板(311)电性连接有控制主板(312),控制主板(312)连接有遥控器,控制主板(312)电性连接有气泵(4),气泵(4)通过出气管(41)连接有气阀组件(42),气阀组件(42)通过Y型通气管(343)连接有出气孔(44),出气孔(44)安装于塑胶外壳底盖(32)上,且出气孔(44)与气路管(2)相连接,塑胶外壳底盖(32)上安装有保险丝(321)、电源开关(322)、接口(323)、电源线插头(324),电源线插头(324)和电源开关(322)通过电源控制组件(325)连接有气泵(4)。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述的交替充气泄气的康复按摩垫的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S101:备料,准备指纹布、弹性布、TPU和PU胶水;
S102:贴合,将指纹布与弹性布通过PU胶水贴合,得到材料一,再将材料一与TPU通过PU胶水贴合,得到材料二;
S103:制备上垫体(11),将材料二通过模具压铸成型得到上垫体(11),压铸成型过程中,下模吸真空,上模吹气;
S104:制备下垫体(12),通过高周波机在TPU材料上挤压两个气孔(122),制得下垫体(12);
S105:通过高周波机贴合S103中制得的上垫体(11)和S104中制得的下垫体(12),得到半成品;
S106:对S105中获得的半成品依次倒角、切边、车线、组装线材和气泵(3)得到康复按摩垫成品。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种交替充气泄气的康复按摩垫的生产工艺,其特征在于,S102中材料二分别由指纹布、弹性布、TPU自上而下通过PU胶水贴合而成。
8.如权利要求6所述的一种交替充气泄气的康复按摩垫的生产工艺,其特征在于,S106中对S105中获得的半成品依次倒角、切边、车线、安装拉链、组装线材和控制盒(3),得到康复按摩垫成品。
9.如权利要求6所述的一种交替充气泄气的康复按摩垫的生产工艺,其特征在于,S106中制得的康复按摩垫为按摩床垫、坐垫或座垫。
