Background
Smoking is harmful, not only is human health harmful, but also has adverse effects on society. Tobacco leaves contain the toxicant nicotine, also called nicotine. Claims (10)
1. A manufacturing production line of a characteristic functional material for cigarettes is characterized by comprising a base paper feeding system, a spraying system, a rolling system, a receiving system and a drying system; the base paper feeding system comprises a base paper fixing frame (1) and a base paper winding roller (2); the base paper winding roller (2) is rotationally arranged on the base paper fixing frame (1); the spraying system comprises a spraying fixing frame (3), a first spraying machine (4), a second spraying machine (5), a feeding box (6) and an air compressor (7); the spraying fixing frame (3) is respectively provided with a first spraying fixing layer (8) and a second spraying fixing layer (9) from top to bottom; a first spraying machine (4) is arranged at the top of the first spraying fixed layer (8); a second spraying machine (5) is arranged at the top of the second spraying fixing layer (9); a plurality of guide roll shafts (10) are arranged on the spraying fixing frame (3); the four groups of guide roll shafts (10) are respectively arranged at the outer edge of the paper inlet end of the first spraying machine (4), the outer edge of the paper outlet end of the first spraying fixing layer (8), the outer edge of the paper inlet end of the second spraying fixing layer (9) and the outer edge below the paper outlet end of the second spraying fixing layer (9); the base paper moves in a zigzag track under the action of the guide roll shaft (10); the first coating machine (4) and the second coating machine (5) are connected with the feeding box (6); the feeding box (6) is connected with an air compressor (7); the rolling system comprises a rolling platform (11) and a rolling machine (12); the rolling machine (12) is arranged above the rolling platform (11); a material receiving roller (13) is arranged on the platform surface at the tail end of the rolling platform (11); the drying system comprises a first drying chamber (14), a second drying chamber (15) and a third drying chamber (16); the first drying chamber (14) and the second drying chamber (15) are respectively arranged on the first spraying fixing layer (8) and the second spraying fixing layer (9) and are connected with a first hot air blower (17); the third drying chamber (16) is arranged between the roller press (12) and the material receiving roller (13) and is connected with the second hot air blower (18).
2. The manufacturing line of the cigarette special functional material as claimed in claim 1, wherein a paper tightness adjusting roller set (19) is respectively arranged between the base paper winding roller (2) and the spraying system and between the third drying chamber (16) and the material collecting roller (13); the paper tightness adjusting roller sets (19) are provided with a plurality of rollers, and the relative positions of the rollers can be adjusted.
3. The manufacturing line of the cigarette special functional material according to claim 1, characterized in that the roller presses (12) are arranged in a plurality of stations in sequence; the spraying system is set to be at least one set.
4. The manufacturing line of the special functional material for cigarette as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top of the first drying chamber (14), the second drying chamber (15) and the third drying chamber (16) are provided with air outlets (20).

The manufacturing production line of the special functional material for the cigarettes as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first spraying machine (4) and the second spraying machine (5) are respectively provided with a protection chamber (21) at the outer part; the top ends of the first coating machine (4) and the second coating machine (5) are rotationally fixed at the top of the protection room (21).
6. The manufacturing line of the featured functional material for cigarette as claimed in claim 4, wherein a passive support roller (22) is disposed on the rolling platform (11) between the third drying chamber (16) and the material receiving roller (13).

The method of using the production line as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the using method comprises the following steps: the unprocessed base paper is wound on the base paper winding roller, and when the operation is started, the base paper sequentially passes through the spraying system, the rolling system and the material receiving system;
step one): when the base paper passes through the spraying system, the base paper passes through the first spraying fixing layer and the second spraying fixing layer through the guide rollers in sequence and then reaches the rolling system;
step two): the first spraying machine and the second spraying machine on the first spraying fixed layer and the second spraying fixed layer, the first drying chamber and the second drying chamber respectively spray and dry the base paper, and the direction of the base paper is changed by the guide roll shaft, so that double-sided spraying is realized;
step three): controlling the spraying thickness of the base paper by controlling the movement speed of the guide roll shaft; the first spraying machine and the second spraying machine respectively spray two surfaces of the base material paper;
step four): the base material paper after spraying and drying is rolled by a roller press, so that the thickness of the paper is reduced, and the slurry is more firmly coated;
step five): and after rolling, feeding the rolled material into a material receiving roller for rolling.
