(5) standing the halogen material in the step (4) to room temperature, crystallizing and separating out, putting the halogen material into a tank body, refrigerating and crystallizing, and crystallizing and separating out when the halogen material reaches a freezing point;
(6) and (5) taking out the crystals, and heating to obtain the purified and extracted halogen material.
