Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of tea seed cake processing, in particular to a preparation method of a tea seed cake extract, which comprises the following steps: s1, taking and grinding; s2, screening raw materials; s3, removing the tea oil; s4, filtering and drying; s5, condensing and refluxing in water bath to obtain an extracting solution and filter residues; s6, adding a clarifying agent, and separating filtrate and filter residue through filter cloth; s7, concentrating under reduced pressure; s8, drying and grinding to obtain the finished product. The materials used in the invention can be conveniently obtained, thereby reducing the cost of the tea seed cake extract in the production process; the process adopted in the extraction process is simple and convenient to operate, so that the extraction efficiency of the tea seed cake extract is better simplified, and the concentration of the finally obtained extract reaches more than 80 percent, so that the tea seed cake extract has higher purity and the quality of a finished product is improved; and less toxic and harmful substances are used in the production process, so that the safety of operators can be guaranteed.

Background

s6, adding 4% of 1% ZTC natural clarifier B component solution into the extracting solution prepared in the S5, heating for 10min, adding 4% of 1% ZTC natural clarifier A component solution, heating for 10min, cooling to 50 ℃, and filtering by using filter cloth, thereby separating filtrate and filter residue;
s7, putting the extracting solution prepared in the S6 into a distillation flask, putting the distillation flask into an evaporator, and carrying out reduced pressure concentration on the extracting solution inside at 50 ℃;
s8, drying the concentrated extract of S7 in an oven, and grinding the dried product by a grinder to obtain the finished product of the tea seed cake extract.
Preferably, the weight portion of the camellia oleifera seed cake is 200-200, the weight portion of the grease extracting agent is 200-400, and the weight portion of the ethanol is 500-1000.

s6, adding 4% of 1% ZTC natural clarifier B component solution into the extracting solution prepared in the S5, heating for 10min, adding 4% of 1% ZTC natural clarifier A component solution, heating for 10min, cooling to 50 ℃, and filtering by using filter cloth, thereby separating filtrate and filter residue;
s7, placing the extracting solution prepared in the S6 into a distillation flask, placing the distillation flask into an RE-52CS type rotary evaporator, and concentrating the extracting solution inside at 50 ℃ under reduced pressure for 1h to ensure that the volume ratio of the concentrated extract to the original extract is 3: 2;
s8, putting the concentrated extract of S7 into an oven for drying, and grinding the dried product by a grinder of S L S-0.75 type to finally obtain the finished product of the tea seed cake extract.

s7, placing the extracting solution prepared in the S6 into a distillation flask, placing the distillation flask into an RE-52CS type rotary evaporator, and concentrating the extracting solution inside at 50 ℃ under reduced pressure for 2 hours to ensure that the volume ratio of the concentrated extract to the original extract is 3: 2;
s8, putting the concentrated extract of S7 into an oven for drying, and grinding the dried product by a grinder of S L S-0.75 type to finally obtain the finished product of the tea seed cake extract.

s8, drying the concentrated extract of S7 in an oven, and grinding the dried finished product by a grinder to obtain the finished product of the tea seed cake extract.
