Abstract
The invention discloses a formula donkey milk powder containing N-acetylneuraminic acid, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-100 parts of whole donkey milk powder, 1-3 parts of desalted whey powder, 2-7 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide, 0.01-0.1 part of N-acetylneuraminic acid, 1-3 parts of compound vitamin, 1-2 parts of compound mineral and 0.04-0.06 part of taurine. The invention has reasonable formula composition and comprehensive nutrition, and has the functions of improving immunity, increasing protein, prolonging life and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of food formulas, in particular to a formula donkey milk powder containing N-acetylneuraminic acid.
Background
With the continuous development and progress of society, people have more and more calls for the non-aging requirements of life bodies, and especially for middle-aged people, people face the fear of appearance of walking into the old, so that the old people continuously take corresponding anti-aging medicines and nutritional supplements, but the medicines have certain side effects, most of the components in the anti-aging medicines contain hormone medicines, and the long-term taking of the medicines can bring unexpected consequences to self health. The donkey milk is very similar to the human milk, the nutrient content of the donkey milk is almost 99 percent of the components contained in the human milk, and the donkey milk powder has the anti-aging effect on human bodies, so the donkey milk powder is the most ideal anti-aging nutrient for nourishing the face and keeping the young. Selenium is an indispensable substance for human development and growth, can stimulate the production of human immunoglobulin and antithromosome, eliminate substances adverse to human body, protect cell membrane and chromosome, and protect the structure and function of ribose and nucleic acid macromolecules. People can suffer from arteriosclerosis, myocardial infarction and hypertension due to selenium deficiency; selenium has physiological activity similar to that of trypsin in regulating sugar metabolism, preventing formation of peroxide free radicals, blocking metabolism of cancer cells and inhibiting division and growth of cancer cells; selenium can participate in the metabolism process of a human body, has multiple functions of improving immunity, increasing protein, prolonging life and the like, and can effectively relieve discomfort of women in menstrual period and climacteric period by drinking donkey milk. However, although donkey milk also contains active substances such as anti-aging and maintenance substances, the donkey milk contains less other necessary nutrient substances, is natural health-care milk, has inherent nutrition and efficacy, is small in quantity, and does not have donkey milk powder which can be industrially produced in the market at present, so that how to scientifically add auxiliary materials is realized, and the donkey milk powder which is rich in anti-aging is produced by adopting an advanced process technology.
Research shows that N-acetylneuraminic acid is called SA, NeuAc or NANA for short, is commonly called sialic acid or cubilose acid, and has a chemical molecular formula of C11H19NO9It is widely derived from breast milk and milk products, including human milk, cow milk, goat milk, etc., and has the highest content in breast milk colostrum. The industrial production process of the corn steep liquor is characterized in that food-grade glucose and corn steep liquor are taken as raw materials and are prepared by processes of fermentation, filtration, sterilization, hydrolysis, purification and the like of Escherichia coli (strain number SA-8). The N-acetylneuraminic acid can be combined with bacteria and viruses to achieve the effects of inhibiting and resisting through a certain mechanism. Meanwhile, the N-acetylneuraminic acid can regulate the anti-inflammatory activity of IgG, so that the effect of improving the immunity is achieved. N-acetylneuraminic acid has the functions of resisting bacteria and viruses and improving immunity, and is very important for human bodies. At present, no technical scheme related to the donkey milk powder with an anti-aging formula added with N-acetylneuraminic acid is disclosed.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the donkey milk powder containing the N-acetylneuraminic acid, and the donkey milk powder is beneficial to enhancing the immunity, resisting aging, maintaining, beautifying and whitening the skin.
In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the following technical scheme is adopted:
the formula donkey milk powder containing N-acetylneuraminic acid is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-100 parts of whole donkey milk powder, 1-3 parts of desalted whey powder, 2-7 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide, 0.01-0.1 part of N-acetylneuraminic acid, 1-3 parts of compound vitamin, 1-2 parts of compound mineral and 0.04-0.06 part of taurine.
Preferably, the compound vitamin is prepared from retinyl acetate, cholecalciferol, dl- α -tocopheryl acetate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid and L-ascorbic acid.
Preferably, the vitamin complex is prepared by mixing 0.3-0.6 part of retinyl acetate, 1.7-2 parts of cholecalciferol, 0.5-0.7 part of dl- α -tocopheryl acetate, 1.4-1.6 parts of pyridoxine hydrochloride, 0.4-0.6 part of folic acid and 0.40-0.52 part of L-ascorbic acid.
Preferably, the composite mineral is prepared from the following raw materials: ferric pyrophosphate, zinc oxide, sodium selenite and calcium carbonate.
Preferably, the compound mineral is prepared by mixing 0.4-0.6 part of ferric pyrophosphate, 0.35-0.45 part of zinc oxide, 0.3-0.5 part of sodium selenite and 0.6-08 part of calcium carbonate.
Compared with the prior art, the donkey milk is used as a main raw material, and the N-acetylneuraminic acid and vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin B6, vitamin C, folic acid, calcium, iron, zinc and selenium which are necessary for a human body are added, so that the donkey milk has comprehensive nutrition in formula, and has multiple functions of improving immunity, increasing protein, prolonging life and the like.

The formula donkey milk powder containing N-acetylneuraminic acid is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight:

Wherein the compound mineral substance is formed by mixing 0.4-0.6 part of ferric pyrophosphate, 0.35-0.45 part of zinc oxide, 0.3-0.5 part of sodium selenite and 0.6-08 part of calcium carbonate.
The donkey milk powder prepared by mixing the raw materials has reasonable formula composition and comprehensive nutrition, and has multiple functions of improving immunity, increasing protein, prolonging life and the like.

The formula donkey milk powder containing N-acetylneuraminic acid is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight:

Claims (5)
1. The formula donkey milk powder containing N-acetylneuraminic acid is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-100 parts of whole donkey milk powder, 1-3 parts of desalted whey powder, 2-7 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide, 0.01-0.1 part of N-acetylneuraminic acid, 1-3 parts of compound vitamin, 1-2 parts of compound mineral and 0.04-0.06 part of taurine.
2. The formula donkey milk powder containing N-acetylneuraminic acid according to claim 1, wherein the multivitamins are prepared from retinyl acetate, cholecalciferol, dl- α -tocopheryl acetate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid, L-ascorbic acid.

The formula donkey milk powder containing N-acetylneuraminic acid according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the vitamin complex is prepared by mixing 0.3-0.6 part of retinyl acetate, 1.7-2 parts of cholecalciferol, 0.5-0.7 part of dl- α -tocopheryl acetate, 1.4-1.6 parts of pyridoxine hydrochloride, 0.4-0.6 part of folic acid and 0.40-0.52 part of L-ascorbic acid.
4. The formulated donkey milk powder containing N-acetylneuraminic acid according to claim 1, wherein the compound mineral is prepared from the following raw materials: ferric pyrophosphate, zinc oxide, sodium selenite and calcium carbonate.
5. The formulated donkey milk powder containing N-acetylneuraminic acid according to claim 1 or 4, wherein the compound minerals are prepared by mixing 0.4-0.6 part of ferric pyrophosphate, 0.35-0.45 part of zinc oxide, 0.3-0.5 part of sodium selenite and 0.6-08 parts of calcium carbonate.
