The industrial production process of the corn steep liquor is characterized in that food-grade glucose and corn steep liquor are taken as raw materials and are prepared by processes of fermentation, filtration, sterilization, hydrolysis, purification and the like of Escherichia coli (strain number SA-8). an infant formula goat milk powder containing N-acetylneuraminic acid is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-100 parts of whole camel milk powder, 1-3 parts of desalted whey powder, 2-7 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide, 2-6 parts of concentrated whey protein powder, 0.005-0.05 part of N-acetylneuraminic acid, 1-3 parts of compound vitamin, 1-2 parts of compound mineral substance and 0.0004-0.0006 part of taurine.
Preferably, the compound vitamin is prepared from retinyl acetate, cholecalciferol, dl- α -tocopheryl acetate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid and L-ascorbic acid.
Preferably, the vitamin complex is prepared by mixing 0.5-0.8 part of retinyl acetate, 1.6-1.8 parts of cholecalciferol, 0.7-0.9 part of dl- α -tocopheryl acetate, 0.6-0.9 part of pyridoxine hydrochloride, 0.9-1.1 part of folic acid and 0.35-0.45 part of L-ascorbic acid.
Preferably, the composite mineral is prepared from the following raw materials: ferric pyrophosphate, zinc oxide, sodium selenite and calcium carbonate.
Preferably, the compound mineral is prepared by mixing 0.4-0.6 part of ferric pyrophosphate, 0.3-0.5 part of zinc oxide, 0.25-0.45 part of sodium selenite and 0.9-1.1 part of calcium carbonate.
Compared with the prior art, the camel milk is used as a main raw material, and the N-acetylneuraminic acid and other vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin B6, vitamin C, folic acid, calcium, iron, zinc and selenium which are necessary for human bodies are added, so that the camel milk has comprehensive formula nutrition, and can enhance the immunity of infants and strengthen bones.

Wherein the compound mineral substance is formed by mixing 0.4-0.6 part of ferric pyrophosphate, 0.3-0.5 part of zinc oxide, 0.25-0.45 part of sodium selenite and 0.9-1.1 part of calcium carbonate.
The milk powder prepared by mixing the raw materials has reasonable formula composition and comprehensive nutrition, and has the health-care functions of resisting virus, improving immunity and the like brought by N-acetylneuraminic acid.

The infant formula goat milk powder containing N-acetylneuraminic acid is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight:

The infant formula goat milk powder containing N-acetylneuraminic acid according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the multivitamins are prepared by mixing 0.5-0.8 parts of retinyl acetate, 1.6-1.8 parts of cholecalciferol, 0.7-0.9 parts of dl- α -tocopheryl acetate, 0.6-0.9 parts of pyridoxine hydrochloride, 0.9-1.1 parts of folic acid and 0.35-0.45 parts of L-ascorbic acid.
4. The infant formula goat milk powder containing N-acetylneuraminic acid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the compound mineral is prepared from the following raw materials: ferric pyrophosphate, zinc oxide, sodium selenite and calcium carbonate.
5. The infant formula goat milk powder containing N-acetylneuraminic acid as claimed in claim 1 or 4, wherein the compound mineral is prepared by mixing 0.4-0.6 part of ferric pyrophosphate, 0.3-0.5 part of zinc oxide, 0.25-0.45 part of sodium selenite and 0.9-1.1 part of calcium carbonate.
