Abstract
本发明公开了一种含苯磺噁唑草的除草组合物,活性成分为苯磺噁唑草和丙草胺,或者是苯磺噁唑草和丁草胺。本发明的除草组合物能一次性有效防除多种一年生和多年生杂草,对水稻和稗草有很高的选择性,对水稻田难除的稗草、千金子、马唐、雨久花属、牛毛毡、慈藻、萤蔺等杂草有特效。本发明的除草组合物具有良好的协同作用,应用效果明显优于单剂理论效果总和,具有超叠加作用,可更好地控制优势杂草发生危害;另外除草组合物减少了药剂使用量,降低使用成本和环境污染,提高对作物的安全性。

技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种含苯磺噁唑草的除草组合物及其应用。
背景技术
水稻是我国主要农作物之一,长久以来,稗草、眼子菜、三棱草(包括日本藨草、扁秆藨草、三棱藨草等)是水稻田中的三大害草;此外,有些地区由于长期、连续使用吡嘧磺隆、苄嘧磺隆等药剂,使得原来发生较严重的噁性杂草眼子菜以及异型莎草危害逐步减轻,但多年生的野慈菇、泽泻及一年生的雨久花、鸭舌草、野荸荠、陌上菜等危害加重。水稻田中还有莹蔺、针蔺、牛毛毡等杂草。
使用单一除草剂防治谱有限,而且容易产生抗药性,并不能很好地解决生产实际中不需要植物的危害。混配除草剂具有扩大防治谱、增强防效、延缓杂草抗药性等优势,在生产实践中成为最受欢迎的应用形式;尤其是具有协同作用的除草剂,除草剂各有效组分间相互作用,组合使用的效果优于单独使用效果的理论总和,在实际使用时可起到事半功倍的效果,更受使用者欢迎。
苯磺噁唑草(Fenoxasulfone,CAS NO.639826-16-7)是日本组合化学公司开发的新颖异噁唑类除草剂,代号KIH-1419,是一种苗前苗后处理除草剂。Fenoxasulfone主要用于水稻田芽前、芽后,它在田间应用剂量为有效成分20g/hm2时,对禾本科和阔叶杂草有很好的防除效果,尤其是对稗草及雨久花属和母草属等杂草高效。稗草是水稻栽培中较难防除杂草之一,Fenoxasulfone对水稻和稗草有很高的选择性,它对发芽至3叶期的稗草均有很好的防效。
丙草胺(Pretilachlor,CAS NO.51218-49-6),是IUPAC名称为2-氯-2',6'-二乙基-N-(2-丙氧基乙基)乙酰苯胺、Chemical Abstracts名称为2-氯-N-(2,6-二乙基苯基)-N-(2-丙氧基乙基)乙酰胺的除草化合物的通用名,描述于The Pesticide Manual,第14版,编辑:C.D.S.Tomlin,British Crop Production Council,2006,第677条,第856-857页。丙草胺是选择性芽前除草剂和细胞分裂抑制剂,用于土壤处理,可防除稻田稗草、异型莎草、牛毛毡、鸭舌草、窄叶泽泻等,对多年生杂草防效较差。丙草胺用量为4.5~5.3g/100m2,如水稻秧田或直播田,用量为30%乳油15~17mL/100m2。
丁草胺是一种酰胺类内吸传导型选择性芽前除草剂,又称为去草胺、马歇特、灭草特,英文名称butachlor。丁草胺对萌动及2叶期以前杂草有效,适用于稻田防除稗草,异型莎草、碎米莎草、千金子、牛王草等一年生禾本科杂草,也可用于冬大麦、小麦防除硬草、看麦娘、鸭舌草、节节草、尖瓣花、棒头草等杂草,但对萤蔺、水三棱、偏秆藨草、野慈姑等多年生杂草无明显防效。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是现有技术中单一使用对多年生杂草防效差的问题,提供一种含苯磺噁唑草的除草组合物及其应用。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种含苯磺噁唑草的除草组合物,活性成分为苯磺噁唑草和丙草胺,或者是苯磺噁唑草和丁草胺。
苯磺噁唑草和丙草胺的重量比为1:1~99;苯磺噁唑草和丁草胺的重量比为1:1~99。
作为优选的,苯磺噁唑草和丙草胺的重量比为1:1~50;苯磺噁唑草和丁草胺的重量比为1:1~50。
所述活性成分占除草组合物总重的0.1wt%~90wt%。
作为优选的,所述活性成分占除草组合物总重的0.5wt%~50wt%。
所述除草组合物的剂型为乳油、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂或颗粒剂;悬浮剂为可分散油悬浮剂或微囊悬浮剂。
农药制剂加工中可以使用的助剂包括但不限于:水、溶剂、填料、各种表面活性剂(乳化剂、分散剂、润湿剂等)、黏结剂、成膜剂、着色剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、助悬剂、崩解剂、消泡剂、渗透剂、增效剂、稳定剂、壁囊材料、pH调节剂、防腐剂等。并且,适当地,为了提高对特定作物耐受力,可适当添加安全剂;或者有时为了促进作物生长发育,可在混配组合物中添加常规农业肥料,制成药肥混剂。这些助剂都是农药制剂中常用或允许使用的成分,并无特别限定,可选择一种或一种以上助剂构成,具体成分和用量根据配方要求通过简单的试验确定。
实现本发明第二目的的技术方案是上述含苯磺噁唑草的除草组合物在防水稻田、冬大麦田、小麦田杂草中的应用。
进一步的,上述含苯磺噁唑草的除草组合物在防水稻田一年生和多年生杂草中的应用。
本发明的除草组合物可以用于防治各种有用作物中的杂草,所述有用作物包括但不限于常规育种作物、转基因作物、无性繁殖作物及无性繁殖材料、驯化栽培的野生植物等,特别适用于防除水稻田中的杂草,或用于非耕地、铁路、公路、森林防火道、工业场地、场院等不期望植被生长地块中的杂草。
防治的杂草包括禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草和莎草。包括但不限于以下各属的阔叶杂草:雨久花属、慈菇属、泽泻属、水竹叶属、藻属、眼子菜属、蓼属、蔊菜属、节节菜属、母草属、鬼针草属、尖瓣花属、虻眼草属、鳢肠属、飞燕草属、水八角属、丁香蓼属、水芹属、毛莨属、泽番椒属、沟繁缕属;以下各属的禾本科杂草:稗属、黎属、早熟禾属、臂形草属、马唐属、狗尾草属、千金子属:以下各属的莎草科杂草:莎草属、荸荠属、藨草属、飘拂草书属。
本发明的除草组合物可以采用多种方法使用,如兑水以常规方式喷雾使用,或直接撒施或沟施,或拌毒土撒施等,于杂草出苗前或出苗后早期均可使用。用药量可在较宽范围内变化,并且取决于土壤的状况、使用方法、作物、待防除的杂草种类及苗龄大小、当时的气候条件及其他因素。本发明组合物通常以0.001~1.0kg活性成分混合物/公顷的用量施用,更为优选地,以0.01~0.5kg活性成分混合物/公顷的用量施用。
本发明具有积极的效果:
(1)本发明的除草组合物能一次性有效防除多种一年生和多年生杂草,对水稻和稗草有很高的选择性,对水稻田难除的稗草、千金子、马唐、雨久花属、牛毛毡、慈藻、萤蔺等杂草有特效。
(2)本发明的除草组合物具有良好的协同作用,应用效果明显优于单剂理论效果总和,具有超叠加作用,可更好地控制优势杂草发生危害;另外除草组合物减少了药剂使用量,降低使用成本和环境污染,提高对作物的安全性。
具体来说,苯磺噁唑草(Fenoxasulfone)以低剂量的使用弥补了丙草胺或丁草胺品种用药剂量高、对作物有一定伤害及部分地区不能很好地适用等方面的不足,显示了卓越的除草效果,具有良好的协同、增效、减少用药量、选择性好、对抗性杂草防效突出、对作物安全的作用,实际除草效果明显优于单独使用的理论总和,在生产上具有非常实际、广泛的应用前景。
(3)混配组合物的各活性成分在杂草防治谱上具有良好的互补性,扩大了防治谱,综合有效控制各种杂草发生危害。
具体实施方式
(实施例1、39%乳油)
39%苯磺噁唑草·丙草胺乳油:苯磺噁唑草1%,丙草胺38%,解草啶12%,乳化剂顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠5%,乳化剂苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚3%,醋酸仲丁脂15%,溶剂油150#补足至100%(以上含量均为质量百分含量,下同)。
39%苯磺噁唑草·丁草胺乳油:苯磺噁唑草1%,丁草胺38%,解草啶12%,乳化剂顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠5%,乳化剂苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚3%,醋酸仲丁脂15%,溶剂油150#补足至100%。
制备方法为:将称量的所有物料投入配料釜中,搅拌溶解至完全透明得到乳油,化验合格后,转移至储罐灌装。
(实施例2、30%水分散粒剂)
30%苯磺噁唑草·丙草胺水分散粒剂:苯磺噁唑草0.77%,丙草胺29.23%,吡唑解草酯9.7%,润湿剂烷基丁二酸酯磺酸盐5%,分散剂萘磺酸盐4%,分散剂烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯4%,崩解剂硫酸钠4%,白炭黑5%,硅藻土补足至100%。

制备方法:将所有称量的物料混合均匀后,经气流粉碎机粉碎,再次混合均匀,然后,加入一定量的水将混合物捏合,挤压造粒,经干燥筛分后得到水分散粒剂。

15%苯磺噁唑草·丙草胺水乳剂:苯磺噁唑草0.38%,丙草胺14.62%,解草啶4.9%,溶剂二甲苯10%,溶剂环己酮6%,乳化剂十二烷基硫酸钠5%,乳化剂山梨糖醇酐酯4%,防冻剂丙二醇5%,水补足至100%。
15%苯磺噁唑草·丁草胺水乳剂:苯磺噁唑草0.38%,丁草胺14.62%,解草啶4.9%,溶剂二甲苯10%,溶剂环己酮6%,乳化剂十二烷基硫酸钠5%,乳化剂山梨糖醇酐酯4%,防冻剂丙二醇5%,水补足至100%。
制备方法:将称取的苯磺噁唑草和丙草胺、或者苯磺噁唑草和丁草胺用溶剂充分溶解后,投入乳化剂充分搅拌后形成油相;将防冻剂加入水中溶解,形成水相;将水相缓慢加入油相中,使用高速剪切机剪切,得水乳剂。
(实施例4、15%微乳剂)
15%苯磺噁唑草·丙草胺微乳剂:苯磺噁唑草0.38%,丙草胺14.62%,解草啶4.9%,溶剂二甲苯10%,溶剂Solvesso 1504%,乳化剂烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚8%,乳化剂磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐7%,防冻剂丙三醇4%,水补足至100%。
15%苯磺噁唑草·丁草胺微乳剂:苯磺噁唑草0.38%,丁草胺14.62%,解草啶4.9%,溶剂二甲苯10%,溶剂Solvesso 1504%,乳化剂烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚8%,乳化剂磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐7%,防冻剂丙三醇4%,水补足至100%。
制备方法:将称取的苯磺噁唑草和丙草胺、或者苯磺噁唑草和丁草胺用溶剂充分溶解后,投入乳化剂和防冻剂混合均匀,加入去离子水,进行高速剪切,得微乳剂。
(实施例5、30%可湿性粉剂)
30%苯磺噁唑草·丙草胺可湿性粉剂:苯磺噁唑草0.77%,丙草胺29.23%,吡唑解草酯9.7%,白炭黑18%,润湿剂拉开粉7%,MF-5为5%,硅藻土土补足至100%。

制备方法:将活性成分和各助剂混合均匀,投入机械粉粹机中进行初粉粹,之后经气流粉碎机粉碎,再混合均匀,制得可湿性粉剂。
(实施例6、8%颗粒剂)
8%苯磺噁唑草·丙草胺颗粒剂:苯磺噁唑草4%,丙草胺4%,润湿剂十二烷基苯磺酸钙0.6%,分散剂对甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠0.9%,着色剂碱性绿(孔雀绿)0.2%,填料膨润土补足至100%。
8%苯磺噁唑草·丁草胺颗粒剂:苯磺噁唑草4%,丁草胺4%,润湿剂十二烷基苯磺酸钙0.6%,分散剂对甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠0.9%,着色剂碱性绿(孔雀绿)0.2%,填料膨润土补足至100%。
制备方法为:将所有物料混合均匀后,加入一定量的水将此混合物捏合,挤压造粒,经干燥筛分,即得到颗粒剂。

39%苯磺噁唑草·丁草胺可分散油悬浮剂:苯磺噁唑草1%,丁草胺38%,解草啶12%,乳化剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6%,十二烷基苯磺酸钙10%、乳化剂聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酮7%,分散剂聚羧酸盐3%,增稠剂白炭黑2%,有机膨润土0.4%。分散介质油酸甲酯补足至100%。
制备方法为:将活性成分(苯磺噁唑草和丙草胺或者苯磺噁唑草和丁草胺)和乳化剂、分散剂和分散介质投入搅拌釜中,充分搅拌后,抽入高速剪切机中,进行高速剪切,再泵至砂磨机中进行充分砂磨,砂磨合格后加入增稠剂,搅拌均匀即得可分散油悬浮剂。
(实施例8、30%微囊悬浮剂)
30%苯磺噁唑草·丙草胺微囊悬浮剂:苯磺噁唑草0.77%,丙草胺29.23%,溶剂二甲苯10%,溶剂邻苯二甲酸二乙酯8%,油性囊皮4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯6%,水性囊皮丙二胺4%,乳化剂蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚7%,分散剂烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐7%,增稠剂硅酸镁铝0.3%,分散介质水补足至100%。
30%苯磺噁唑草·丁草胺微囊悬浮剂:苯磺噁唑草0.77%,丁草胺29.23%,溶剂二甲苯10%,溶剂邻苯二甲酸二乙酯8%,油性囊皮4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯6%,水性囊皮丙二胺4%,乳化剂蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚7%,分散剂烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐7%,增稠剂硅酸镁铝0.3%,分散介质水补足至100%。
制备方法为:将苯磺噁唑草和丙草胺、或者苯磺噁唑草和丁草胺用溶剂充分溶解后,加入油性囊皮,充分搅拌形成油相;将其倒入混有乳化剂和分散剂的水相中,进行高速剪切,然后加入水性囊皮,搅拌均匀,随后升温至70℃保温固化2小时,制成微胶囊,最后加入增稠剂,搅拌均匀即得微囊悬浮剂。
(试验例)
1、试验方法。
试验参照《NY/T 1155.3-2006农药室内生物测定试验准则除草剂第3部分:活性测定试验土壤雾法》进行。试验设在温室条件下进行。
选取禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草及莎草科杂草中的几种代表性杂草稗草、千金子、马唐、鸭舌草、醴肠、母草、异型莎草、萤蔺作为供试杂草。其中稗草、千金子、马唐、鸭舌草、醴肠、母草、异型莎草是一年生杂草,从田间采集杂草种子繁殖。萤蔺是多年生杂草,种子和根茎均可繁殖,我们从田间采集种子繁殖。
将供试土壤定量装至盆钵的4/5处,采用盆钵底部渗灌方式,使土壤完全湿润至饱和状态。选取饱满、均匀、无机械损伤的供试种子,将其均匀撒播于直径为30cm的圆形塑料营养钵表面,每盆播40粒,然后覆土1.0cm。覆土24小时后用手压式喷雾器喷施药液,喷液量为每个处理60毫升,以盆钵底部渗灌方式补水,使土壤完全湿润至饱和状态。药后21d,拔草称鲜重,每处理设置4次重复,设不含药剂的处理作空白对照。
采用绝对值(数测)调查法调查记录除草活性,称取各处理杂草地上部分鲜重,计算实际防效,并根据Colby法评价协同作用。参见COLBY,S.R.:“计算除草剂组合的协同和拮抗反应”,Weeds 15,p.20~22,1967:

X—除草剂1用量为P时的实际防效;
Y—除草剂2用量为Q时的实际防效;
E0—除草剂1用量为P+、除草剂2用量为Q时的理论防效,即混配除草剂的预期防效;
E—除草剂1和2按不同配比混配时的实际防效;
当E>E0时,即如果混配药剂的实际防效超过所计算的理论防效(预期防效),则该组合就具有超叠加作用,即协同作用。

Claims (8)
1.一种含苯磺噁唑草的除草组合物,其特征在于:活性成分为苯磺噁唑草和丙草胺,或者是苯磺噁唑草和丁草胺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含苯磺噁唑草的除草组合物,其特征在于:苯磺噁唑草和丙草胺的重量比为1:1~99;苯磺噁唑草和丁草胺的重量比为1:1~99。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含苯磺噁唑草的除草组合物,其特征在于:苯磺噁唑草和丙草胺的重量比为1:1~50;苯磺噁唑草和丁草胺的重量比为1:1~50。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含苯磺噁唑草的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述活性成分占除草组合物总重的0.1wt%~90wt%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的含苯磺噁唑草的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述活性成分占除草组合物总重的0.5wt%~50wt%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的含苯磺噁唑草的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述除草组合物的剂型为乳油、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂或颗粒剂;悬浮剂为可分散油悬浮剂或微囊悬浮剂。
7.权利要求1所述的含苯磺噁唑草的除草组合物在防水稻田、冬大麦田、小麦田杂草中的应用。
8.根据权利要求7所述的含苯磺噁唑草的除草组合物的应用,其特征在于:在防水稻田一年生和多年生杂草中的应用。
