一种包含双环磺草酮的三元除草组合物
技术领域
本发明属于农药制剂领域,具体涉及一种包含双环磺草酮的三元除草组合物。
背景技术
双环磺草酮是日本史迪士开发的对羟基苯基丙酮酸双氧化酶(HPPD)的抑制剂,通过抑HPPD影响质体醌的合成,再由质体醌对八氢番茄红素脱氢酶(PDS)作用,从而最终影响类胡萝卜素的生物合成,使叶片白化。其为选择性除草剂,通过杂草的根和茎基部吸收,再传输至整株植物,苗前、苗后早期使用防除水稻直播田、移栽田的一年生和多年生杂草。
嘧草醚属于嘧啶(硫)苯甲酸酯类除草剂,为乙酰乳酸合成酶抑制剂。嘧草醚可于杂草芽前至苗后后期施用,很快就被稗草的茎叶吸收,通过内吸传导至整个植株,抑制乙酰乳酸酶从而阻碍支链氨基酸的合成,逐渐发挥药效杀死杂草。嘧草醚在使用剂量下对水稻高度安全,且没有品种敏感度差异,可在水稻生长的各个时期施用。
丙草胺(又名扫弗特),是具有高选择性的水稻田专用除草剂。对水稻安全,杀草谱广。杂草种子在发芽过程中吸收药剂,根部吸收较差,作芽前土壤处理。适用于水稻防除稗草、光头稗、千金子、牛筋草、牛毛毡、窄叶泽泻、水苋菜、异型莎草、鸭舌草等和阔叶杂草。
除草活性成分长期单一使用,容易造成杂草抗药性的产生,增加除草剂用药量,污染环境。将多种活性成分组合使用实现增效、扩大防治谱、减缓抗药性的产生是目前农药复配研究热点。现有技术中并没有将双环磺草酮、嘧草醚和丙草胺组合使用的文献报道。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种可扩大防治谱、减缓抗药性的产生的三元除草组合物。
本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种包含双环磺草酮的三元除草组合物,活性成分包含双环磺草酮、嘧草醚和丙草胺。
所述的除草组合物,双环磺草酮、嘧草醚和丙草胺的重量比为3-18∶0.9-3.6∶18-54。优选双环磺草酮、嘧草醚和丙草胺的重量比为5-18∶1.5-3.6∶25-40;进一步优选的,双环磺草酮、嘧草醚和丙草胺的重量比优选为15∶3∶30。
所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,双环磺草酮、嘧草醚和丙草胺在制剂中的含量为5-70%;优选的,双环磺草酮、嘧草醚和丙草胺在制剂中的含量为25-50%。
所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,还包含安全剂。所以安全剂为本领域常见的安全剂种类;优选为解草啶。
所述的除草组合物还含有农药辅助成分,所述辅助成分包括润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、消泡剂、抗冻剂、增稠剂和溶剂中的一种或多种。
所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述除草组合物剂型为可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、油悬浮剂等;优选为可分散油悬浮剂。
所述的除草组合物用于防治水稻田杂草,所述的杂草为禾本科、阔叶、莎草科杂草;优选用于水稻田稗草、千金子、鸭舌草、莎草。
有益效果:
本发明提供的除草组合物,对水稻田杂草表现出明显的增效作用,组合物的防治效果比单剂有了明显提高,降低了农药的使用剂量,扩大了除草谱,一次用药即解决各种杂草问题,弥补了单剂使用时的缺陷和局限性。并且对作物安全。
具体实施方式
下面用实施例来进一步说明本发明,但本发明并不受其限制。下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,通常按照常规条件,或按照制造厂商所建议的条件。
实施例1复配组合物对稗草室内生物测定
试验对象:稗草
试验方法:土壤喷雾处理。处理前12h将杂草均匀一致的播种在100cm2的盆内,覆土淋水至土壤水分饱和,然后置于通风大厅中,待处理。试验处理在通风良好的大厅中进行,先处理空白对照、然后处理供试药剂。喷雾装置设置:喷雾压力1.95kgf/cm2、喷液量50ml/m2、喷头高度45cm。处理后置于通风大厅中2-3h后移到温室进行常规培养。以后15d调查稗草的鲜重防效;试验重复三次。
采用Colby法评价除草组合物的联合作用类型。评价标准:当E-E0>0%时,表示为增效作用;当E-E0<0%时,表现为拮抗作用。

由上表可知,复配对稗草具有明显的增效作用。三种物质组合使用可以有效降低农药使用剂量。
实施例2:制剂配方与制备
制剂1:48%双环磺草酮·嘧草醚·丙草胺可分散油悬浮剂

制备方法:采用湿法研磨,先将活性成分双环磺草酮、嘧草醚、丙草胺与辅料分散剂NNO、农乳500、OP-7、有机膨润土、大豆油、油酸甲酯按比例混合,并用高剪切分散机进行预分散2-3min,然后倒入砂磨机中研磨1.5-2.5h,激光粒度分析仪检测D90小于5微米时停止研磨,过滤即得。
制剂2:32%双环磺草酮·嘧草醚·丙草胺可分散油悬浮剂

制备方法:采用湿法研磨,先将活性成分双环磺草酮、嘧草醚、丙草胺与辅料分散剂NNO、农乳500、OP-7、有机膨润土、大豆油、油酸甲酯按比例混合,并用高剪切分散机进行预分散2-3min,然后倒入砂磨机中研磨1.5-2.5h,激光粒度分析仪检测D90小于5微米时停止研磨,过滤即得。
实施例3复配组合物对水稻田杂草的田间防效。
试验杂草:水稻田稗草、千金子、鸭舌草、莎草
试验方法:土壤喷雾处理。施药时间为水稻抛秧后5d,杂草萌发前进行土壤喷雾处理;药后30天调查杂草鲜重防效。

由上表可知,与单剂相比,复配施用可以显著提高其对杂草的防治效果,具有显著的增效作用。并且田间观察对水稻作物安全。

Claims (6)

1.一种包含双环磺草酮的三元除草组合物,其特征在于,活性成分包含双环磺草酮、嘧草醚和丙草胺,双环磺草酮、嘧草醚和丙草胺的重量比为15∶3∶30。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,双环磺草酮、嘧草醚和丙草胺在制剂中的含量为5-70%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,还包含安全剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述除草组合物还含有农药辅助成分,所述辅助成分包括润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、消泡剂、抗冻剂、增稠剂和溶剂中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述除草组合物剂型为可分散油悬浮剂。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的除草组合物用于防治水稻田杂草。
