As shown in fig. 12, 13, 14 and 15, in particular, a metal ferrule 33 for accommodating the bottom of the thermal insulation composite board 32 is fixedly mounted on the bottom plate 201, the metal ferrule 33 includes two oppositely disposed flange portions 331 and a Z-shaped connecting portion 332 connecting the two flange portions 331, and the metal ferrule 33 not only plays a role of fixing the thermal insulation composite board 32, but also plays a role of waterproofing. The top of the assembled wall body 3 is provided with an inverted U-shaped metal cutting sleeve 34, and the inverted U-shaped metal cutting sleeve 34 can play a role in protecting the wall panel 31 and the heat-insulating composite board 32. Preferably, the metal ferrule 33 and the inverted U-shaped metal ferrule 34 are preferably tinplate.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, a front connecting beam 4 is arranged between the tops of adjacent front columns, a rear connecting beam 5 is arranged between the tops of adjacent rear columns, and preferably, the front connecting beam 4 and the rear connecting beam 5 are both made of channel steel; a plurality of framework beams 6 distributed at intervals are arranged between the rear connecting beam 5 and the front connecting beam 3 in a spanning mode, and a plurality of purlins 7 distributed at intervals are arranged between every two adjacent framework beams 6. Preferably, the framework beams are hollow steel tubes, the purlins are C-shaped steel, and the framework beams 6 can be fixed on the front connecting beam 4 and the rear connecting beam 5 in a welding mode.
As shown in fig. 3, specifically, the framework beam 6 is provided with a fixing plate 61 for connecting the purlins 7, and a fastener (not shown in the figure) is provided between the fixing plate 61 and the purlins 7, and the fastener is preferably a bolt and a nut, in this embodiment, the fixing plate 61 is provided with a strip-shaped hole (not shown in the figure) for passing a bolt, and the purlins 7 are provided with through holes 71 for passing a bolt. Of course, as an alternative, a strip-shaped hole for passing the bolt may be formed on the purline 7, and a through hole for passing the bolt may be formed on the fixing plate 61.
As shown in fig. 17, the covering 8 is disposed on the top of the frame beam and outside the front pillar set, and the covering 8 may be glass, or a greenhouse film, etc., which are not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 4, 5 and 16, in order to enhance the bearing capacity of the greenhouse structure and enhance the resistance of the greenhouse against wind load and snow load, the assembled greenhouse further comprises wall reinforcing devices 9 arranged corresponding to the rear upright posts and the side upright posts, and the structural stability is good through the wall reinforcing devices 9; the wall body reinforcing device 9 comprises reinforcing seats 91 arranged corresponding to the rear upright posts 22 and the side upright posts, preferably, the reinforcing seats 91 are reinforced concrete seats, the reinforcing seats 91 are positioned outside the prefabricated foundation 1 and have certain distance with the prefabricated foundation 1, steel wire ropes 92 are arranged between the upper parts of the rear upright posts 22 and the side upright posts and the corresponding reinforcing seats 91, and basket bolts 93 are arranged on the steel wire ropes 92, so that oblique pulling force is respectively applied to corresponding assembled wall bodies through the reinforcing seats 91 and the steel wire ropes 92, and the wall body reinforcing device 9 is simple in structure and low in cost; the steel wire rope 92 can be quickly tensioned by adjusting the turn buckle 93, so that the adjustment is convenient.
In order to facilitate the end fixing of the steel wire rope 92, nuts 94 are respectively arranged on the upper portions of the rear upright post 22 and the upper portions of the side upright posts, a bolt 95 with a fixing ring 951 is connected to each nut 94 in a threaded manner, and in this embodiment, the bolt 95 penetrates through the heat-insulating composite board 32; the reinforcing base 91 is fixedly provided with a connecting ring 96, the upper end of the steel wire rope 92 is connected with the fixing ring 951, and the lower end is connected with the connecting ring 96.
In order to achieve a good reinforcing effect, the reinforcing seat 91 is buried below the ground, so that the reinforcing seat 91 and the steel wire rope 92 can respectively apply a large oblique pulling force to the corresponding assembled wall, and a good reinforcing effect is achieved.
The embodiment of the invention also discloses a construction method of the assembled greenhouse, which comprises the following steps:
A) as shown in fig. 6, laying a prefabricated foundation 1;
B) respectively fixedly installing a plurality of front upright posts 21 of the front upright post group, a plurality of rear upright posts 22 of the rear upright post group and a plurality of side upright posts 23 of the two side upright post groups on the prefabricated foundation 1; specifically, the bottom plate of each upright post is fixed on the prefabricated foundation 1 through expansion bolts;
C) as shown in fig. 10 and 11, wall panels 31 are installed between adjacent rear pillars 22 and between adjacent side pillars, and insulation composite panels 32 are installed on both sides of the wall panels 31; as shown collectively in fig. 12 to 15, specifically, metal ferrules 33 are welded on both sides of the bottom plate 201, the insulation composite panel 32 is put into the metal ferrules 33, and then the inverted U-shaped metal ferrules 34 are mounted on the top of the wall plate 31 and the insulation composite panel 32. Of course, as an alternative, it is also possible to install the thermal composite panel 32 on only one side of the wall panel 31;
D) as shown in fig. 16, installing the wall reinforcing device 9, specifically, digging a groove for placing the reinforcing seat 91 at the outer part of the prefabricated foundation, placing the reinforcing seat 91 in the groove, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5 together, installing the connecting ring 96 on the reinforcing seat 91, and preferably fixing the base of the connecting ring 96 on the reinforcing seat 91 by using expansion bolts; bolts 95 with fixing rings 951 are screwed into nuts 94 of the rear upright post 22 and the side upright posts, a steel wire rope 92 is connected between a connecting ring 96 and the fixing rings 951, and the basket bolts 93 are adjusted to tighten the steel wire rope 92;
E) as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, a front connecting beam 4 is installed between tops of adjacent front uprights 21, a rear connecting beam 5 is installed between tops of adjacent rear uprights 22, preferably, the front connecting beam 4 can be fixed on the front uprights 21 in a welding manner, the rear connecting beam 5 can also be fixed on the rear uprights 22 in a welding manner, a plurality of framework beams 6 distributed at intervals are installed between the rear connecting beam 5 and the front connecting beam 4, and preferably, two ends of the framework beams 6 are also fixed on the rear connecting beam 5 and the front connecting beam 4 respectively in a welding manner;
F) as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a plurality of purlins 7 distributed at intervals are installed between adjacent framework beams 6, and specifically, the purlins 7 are fixedly installed on fixing plates 61 of the framework beams 6 by bolts and nuts;
G) as shown in fig. 17, a cover 8 is provided on the top of the installed skeleton beam and outside the front pillar group.
Because each component of above-mentioned big-arch shelter can carry out prefabrication production earlier in the mill, then transport the scene and assemble, not only guaranteed the quality and the size accuracy of each component, construction speed is fast moreover, has shortened construction cycle greatly.
In conclusion, the fabricated greenhouse and the construction method thereof provided by the embodiment of the invention have the advantages of good heat insulation effect, factory prefabrication, quick field assembly, good structural stability, short construction period, good economic benefit and social benefit, and can be widely applied to the construction of agricultural greenhouses.
Although the invention has been described in detail above with reference to a general description and specific examples, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that modifications or improvements may be made thereto based on the invention. Accordingly, such modifications and improvements are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.
Claims (10)
1. The assembled greenhouse is characterized by comprising a prefabricated foundation, a steel structure framework and an assembled wall body;
the steel structure framework comprises a front vertical column group, a rear vertical column group and two side vertical column groups which are fixedly arranged on the prefabricated foundation; the front upright post group comprises a plurality of front upright posts which are distributed at intervals, the rear upright post group comprises a plurality of rear upright posts which are distributed at intervals, the height of each rear upright post is higher than that of each front upright post, and each side upright post group comprises a plurality of side upright posts which are gradually reduced from back to front and are distributed at intervals;
the assembled wall body comprises wall boards and heat-insulation composite boards, the wall boards are arranged between the adjacent rear upright posts and between the adjacent side upright posts, and the heat-insulation composite boards are arranged on at least one side of each wall board;
the assembled greenhouse also comprises a wall reinforcing device which is arranged corresponding to the rear upright post and the side upright post;
a front connecting beam is arranged between the tops of the adjacent front upright columns, a rear connecting beam is arranged between the tops of the adjacent rear upright columns, a plurality of framework beams distributed at intervals are spanned between the rear connecting beam and the front connecting beam, and a plurality of purlins distributed at intervals are arranged between the adjacent framework beams;
and covering materials are arranged on the top of the framework beam and the outer side of the front upright post group.
2. The assembled greenhouse of claim 1, wherein the wall reinforcing device comprises reinforcing seats corresponding to the rear upright posts and the side upright posts, the reinforcing seats are located outside the prefabricated foundation and are spaced from the prefabricated foundation, steel wire ropes are arranged between the upper portions of the rear upright posts and the side upright posts and the corresponding reinforcing seats, and basket bolts are arranged on the steel wire ropes.
3. The fabricated greenhouse of claim 2, wherein nuts are arranged on the upper portions of the rear columns and the upper portions of the side columns, and each nut is in threaded connection with a bolt with a fixing ring; the reinforcing seat is fixedly provided with a connecting ring, the upper end of the steel wire rope is connected with the fixing ring, and the lower end of the steel wire rope is connected with the connecting ring.
4. The fabricated greenhouse of claim 2, wherein the reinforcement base is buried below ground; the prefabricated foundation is arranged on the ground.
5. The assembled greenhouse of claim 1, wherein the front columns, the rear columns and the side columns each comprise a bottom plate and a section steel column arranged on the bottom plate, and the bottom plate is fixed on the prefabricated foundation through a fastener.
6. The fabricated greenhouse of claim 5, wherein the steel columns are H-shaped steel columns, and the wall panel card is inserted between the wing plate grooves of the adjacent H-shaped steel columns.
7. The fabricated greenhouse of claim 5, wherein the bottom plate is fixedly provided with a metal ferrule for accommodating the bottom of the heat-insulating composite plate, and the metal ferrule comprises two oppositely arranged flange parts and a Z-shaped connecting part for connecting the two flange parts; and an inverted U-shaped metal clamping sleeve is arranged at the top of the assembled wall body.
8. The assembled greenhouse of claim 1, wherein the framework beams are provided with fixing plates for connecting purlins, fasteners are arranged between the fixing plates and the purlins, and strip-shaped holes for the fasteners to pass through are formed in the fixing plates or the purlins.
9. The fabricated greenhouse of claim 1, wherein the prefabricated foundation comprises a plurality of concrete bases, the concrete bases on the front side are arranged at intervals, and the concrete bases on the left and right sides and the rear side are arranged in sequence.
10. A construction method of a fabricated greenhouse, which employs the fabricated greenhouse of any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
A) laying a prefabricated foundation;
B) respectively fixedly installing a plurality of front upright columns of the front upright column group, a plurality of rear upright columns of the rear upright column group and a plurality of side upright columns of the two side upright column groups on the prefabricated foundation;
C) wall boards are arranged between the adjacent rear upright columns and between the adjacent side upright columns, and a heat-insulating composite board is arranged on at least one side of each wall board;
D) installing a wall reinforcing device;
E) front connecting beams are arranged between the tops of the adjacent front upright posts, rear connecting beams are arranged between the tops of the adjacent rear upright posts, and a plurality of framework beams distributed at intervals are arranged between the rear connecting beams and the front connecting beams;
F) a plurality of purlins distributed at intervals are arranged between the adjacent framework beams;
G) and arranging covering materials at the top of the installed framework beam and the outer side of the front upright post group.
