本发明涉及清洗剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种马桶树脂模具清洗剂。其以重量百分比计组成如下:水87%‑91%,氟化钠3.66%‑4.4%,草酸3.2%‑5.3%,乙酸0.5%‑1.9%,磷酸0.3%‑1%,丙酮0.2%‑0.6%,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物0.1%‑0.3%,硬脂酸0.02%‑0.05%,聚丙烯酸钠0.05%‑0.08%,偏磷酸钠0.01%‑0.03%。清洗剂中的组分与马桶树脂模具内的堵塞物发生化学反应,堵塞物的外形尺寸变小,并且悬浮在清洗剂中,之后被清洗液从树脂模具的孔隙中带出。本发明清洗效率高,清洗效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种马桶树脂模具清洗剂。
背景技术
压力注浆成型是生产马桶广泛使用的一种方法,此种方法具有适用性强、能制出任意复杂外形、生产成本低、坯体结构均匀的优点。目前的马桶压力注浆成型设备,为了提高模具的寿命,一般采用透气的树脂模具,浆料中的水分在压力的作用下从树脂模具的孔隙中排出,最终获得具有一定的强度的马桶泥坯。随着水分的排出,浆料中的一些细小颗粒也会进入到树脂模具的孔隙中,使孔隙被堵塞,导致排水速度变慢,成型所需时间延长。所以,当树脂模具经过多次使用时,需要对其进行清洗,来去除孔隙中的堵塞物。目前一般采用自来水来清洗马桶树脂模具,效果较差,所需时间较长。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,是针对上述存在的技术不足,提供了一种马桶树脂模具清洗剂。
按照本发明所采用的技术方案,一种马桶树脂模具清洗剂,以重量百分比计,所述清洗剂的组成如下:水87%-91%,氟化钠3.66%-4.4%,草酸3.2%-5.3%,乙酸0.5%-1.9%,磷酸0.3%-1%,丙酮0.2%-0.6%,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物0.1%-0.3%,硬脂酸0.02%-0.05%,聚丙烯酸钠0.05%-0.08%,偏磷酸钠0.01%-0.03%。
所述马桶树脂模具清洗剂以重量百分比计组成如下:水88%-90%,氟化钠3.9%-4.1%,草酸4.4%-4.8%,乙酸0.7%-1.0%,磷酸0.5%-0.7%,丙酮0.3%-0.5%,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物0.1%-0.2%,硬脂酸0.03%-0.04%,聚丙烯酸钠0.06%-0.07%,偏磷酸钠0.02%-0.03%。
所述马桶树脂模具清洗剂以重量百分比计组成如下:水89.17%,氟化钠4.1%,草酸4.6%,乙酸0.8%,磷酸0.6%,丙酮0.4%,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物0.2%,硬脂酸0.03%,聚丙烯酸钠0.07%,偏磷酸钠0.03%。
本发明所述的马桶树脂模具清洗剂的制备方法:先将氟化钠、草酸、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、硬脂酸、聚丙烯酸钠和偏磷酸钠加入70℃左右的热水中,搅拌使其完全溶解,等上述所得溶液降到室温后,再向其中加入乙酸、磷酸和丙酮,之后再混合均匀即可得到本发明所述的马桶树脂模具清洗剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:清洗效率高,清洗效果好。采用氟化钠、草酸、乙酸和磷酸来产生H+和F-,与马桶树脂模具中的堵塞物发生化学反应,生成可溶性物质,从而提高了清洗的效果和效率;丙酮的加入使堵塞物去除的更加彻底;聚丙烯酸钠和偏磷酸钠使得脱落的堵塞物易于悬浮在清洗剂中,之后被清洗液从树脂模具的孔隙中带出;硬脂酸可以提高清洗剂的润滑性,堵塞物的颗粒易于从孔隙中排出。
具体实施方式
马桶树脂模具孔隙内的堵塞物主要成分是高岭土,其化学式为Al2O3·2SiO2·2H2O,其在孔隙中主要呈颗粒状或片状。高岭土与氢氟酸反应的化学方程式为Al2O3·2SiO2·2H2O+18HF→2H2SiF6+2AlF3+9H2O,其中H2SiF6为水溶性物质,AlF3不溶于水但会成为絮状物悬浮在清洗剂中。
清洗原理:将马桶树脂模具泡入本清洗剂,之后将清洗剂加热到50℃左右,以提高反应速率,并且需要超声波震动或者搅动使清洗剂流动起来,来达到最佳效果。在清洗剂的作用下颗粒状或片状的高岭土颗粒外形尺寸变小,与反应产物悬浮在清洗剂中,被流动的清洗剂从模具孔隙中排出。
实施例1
一种马桶树脂模具清洗剂,以重量百分比计,所述清洗剂的组成如下:水91%,氟化钠3.66%,草酸3.2%,乙酸0.5%,磷酸1%,丙酮0.35%,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物0.2%,硬脂酸0.03%,聚丙烯酸钠0.05%,偏磷酸钠0.01%。
实施例2
一种马桶树脂模具清洗剂,以重量百分比计,所述清洗剂的组成如下:水89.17%,氟化钠4.1%,草酸4.6%,乙酸0.8%,磷酸0.6%,丙酮0.4%,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物0.2%,硬脂酸0.03%,聚丙烯酸钠0.07%,偏磷酸钠0.03%。
实施例3
一种马桶树脂模具清洗剂,以重量百分比计,所述清洗剂的组成如下:水87%,氟化钠4.4%,草酸5.3%,乙酸1.9%,磷酸0.35%,丙酮0.6%,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物0.3%,硬脂酸0.05%,聚丙烯酸钠0.08%,偏磷酸钠0.02%。
对比实施例1
用自来水作为清洗剂
清洗实验:
对上述实施例1-3和对比实施例1的清洗效果进行对比实验,如下:
1实验方法:将马桶树脂模具泡入清洗剂,之后将清洗剂加热到50℃,通过搅动使清洗剂流动起来,对马桶模具进行清洗。

1.一种马桶树脂模具清洗剂,其特征在于:以重量百分比计,所述清洗剂的组成如下:水87%-91%,氟化钠3.66%-4.4%,草酸3.2%-5.3%,乙酸0.5%-1.9%,磷酸0.3%-1%,丙酮0.2%-0.6%,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物0.1%-0.3%,硬脂酸0.02%-0.05%,聚丙烯酸钠0.05%-0.08%,偏磷酸钠0.01%-0.03%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种马桶树脂模具清洗剂,其特征在于:以重量百分比计,所述清洗剂的组成如下:水88%-90%,氟化钠3.9%-4.1%,草酸4.4%-4.8%,乙酸0.7%-1.0%,磷酸0.5%-0.7%,丙酮0.3%-0.5%,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物0.1%-0.2%,硬脂酸0.03%-0.04%,聚丙烯酸钠0.06%-0.07%,偏磷酸钠0.02%-0.03%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种马桶树脂模具清洗剂,其特征在于:以重量百分比计,所述清洗剂的组成如下:水89.17%,氟化钠4.1%,草酸4.6%,乙酸0.8%,磷酸0.6%,丙酮0.4%,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物0.2%,硬脂酸0.03%,聚丙烯酸钠0.07%,偏磷酸钠0.03%。
