The sealing and compression tape for clothes, prepared in examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 3, was used for sealing of polyester fabric, PE-coated nonwoven fabric, PU-coated nonwoven fabric, and tested for peel force and hydrostatic pressure, and the test results are shown in table 1.
The peel force test is carried out according to ISO 8510.
Wherein, the adherend is destroyed, that is, the adhesive force of the sealing strip adhesive tape for clothing is larger than the strength of the adhered fabric.
The test standard of hydrostatic pressure is carried out with reference to GBT 4744-.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002455162150000131
Figure BDA0002455162150000141
As can be seen from Table 1, when the sealing pressing strip adhesive tape for clothes prepared in the embodiments 1 to 6 is used for bonding seams, the adhesive tape has a good bonding effect, can effectively seal and prevent water, has no special requirements on the types of fabrics to be bonded at the seams, is suitable for various base fabrics, and has no damage to the base fabrics. Wherein, the stripping force with the terylene cloth is more than 9N, and the hydrostatic pressure is more than 2.8 KPa; the peeling force of the PE coating non-woven fabric is more than 6N, and the hydrostatic pressure is more than 2.4 KPa; the stripping force of the PU coating non-woven fabric is more than 6N, and the hydrostatic pressure is more than 2.3 KPa.
The VA content of the main resin EVA of example 7 is too low, which may increase the molecular chain crystallinity, increase the melting point, affect the molecular chain mobility, and further affect the degree of wetting of the adhesive to the adherend during the pressing process.
The VA content of the main resin EVA of example 8 is too high, which does not affect the adhesion, but the main resin has a lower melting point, a lower strength in the use temperature range, and a deformation risk, and meanwhile, the main resin price is greatly increased, and the material cost is too high.
The melt index of the main resin polyurethane in example 9 is too low, which reduces the degree of wetting of the adhesive to the adherend during the pressing process, and affects the bonding effect, and requires longer pressing time and higher pressing temperature.
The melt index of the main resin polyurethane of example 10 is too high, without significant negative effect on the adhesion itself, but the material has a lower melting point, is weaker in strength in the temperature range of use and risks deformation.
In comparative example 1, the main resin and the tackifying resin are not in the range defined in the present application, and excessive tackifying resin does not adversely affect adhesion, but the strength of the tackifying resin itself is insufficient, which results in a large drop in hydrostatic pressure test results.
In comparative example 2, the addition amount of the tackifying resin is too low, the infiltration degree of the adhesive on the adherend is insufficient, the adhesive force is obviously reduced, and the hydrostatic pressure is greatly reduced.
Comparative example 3 the use of other types of primary resins resulted in a significant reduction in adhesion and hydrostatic pressure and failure to achieve adhesion to the adherend.
The present invention is illustrated by the above-mentioned examples, but the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned detailed process equipment and process flow, i.e. it is not meant to imply that the present invention must rely on the above-mentioned detailed process equipment and process flow to be practiced. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.
