The hydraulic support legs (5-5) are arranged in the box-type sleeves (5-4) and fixedly connected with bolts at the bottoms of the box-type sleeves (5-4), and the extension and retraction of the hydraulic support legs (5-5) are controlled by a hydraulic system (2-7) of the power traction vehicle head (1-1). And hoisting the rear wheel set (1-3) to the front track (6-2) integrally, enabling two groups of wheel sets (4-5) in the rear wheel set (1-3) to be in contact with the front track (6-2) of the subway respectively, moving the power traction vehicle head (1-1) to the position of the rear wheel set (1-3), dragging the rear wheel set (1-3) to retreat for a part of distance by using a traction structure (2-9), fixing the wheel sets (4-5) of the rear wheel set (1-3) on the front track (6-2) by using brake shoes to prevent vehicle sliding, releasing the traction structure (2-9) between the power traction vehicle head (1-1) and the rear wheel set (1-3), and starting the power traction vehicle head (1-1) to travel for a proper distance. Finally, the base gantry crane (6-1) hoists the carrying flat plate (1-2) to the underground, the position of the carrying flat plate (1-2) is gradually adjusted to enable the upper center plate (3-11) and the pin hole to align with the power traction headstock (1-1), the lower center plate (2-10) and the center pin (2-11) on the rear wheel set (1-3) are respectively connected with the air pressure pipeline and the hydraulic pipeline of the rear wheel set (1-3) and the hydraulic system (2-7) and the air pressure system (2-8) of the power traction vehicle head (1-1), the power traction vehicle head (1-1) is started after the carrying flat plate (1-2) is installed, the whole vehicle is driven to normally move on the subway main track (6-2), and the assembling work of the general construction transport vehicle is completed at the moment. As shown in fig. 6.

After the welding of the steel rail structure is completed, the rail welding machine (7-3) is retracted to the rail welding container (7-1), the hydraulic support legs (5-5) are controlled to shrink, the tail of the carrying flat plate (1-2) is placed back to the rear wheel set (1-3), the hydraulic support legs (5-5) are shrunk to a suspended state, the power traction vehicle head (1-1) is started, the whole vehicle is moved to the next rail welding operation position, a layer of steel plate is padded at the position of a steel rail welding line during advancing, the rubber wheels are prevented from being scalded, and the steel plate is removed after the whole vehicle passes through.
