本发明公开了一种耐高温橡胶材料,包括橡胶层,所述橡胶层内设置有若干导热铜丝,所述橡胶层上表面设置有导热泥层,所述橡胶层下表面设置有炭化层,所述导热泥层远离橡胶层的一面设置有导热网,所述导热铜丝一端穿过导热泥层与导热网连接。一种耐高温橡胶材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:A.将导热铜丝插入橡胶层内;B.将导热泥均匀涂抹于橡胶层上表面;C.将导热网加热,然后贴附于导热泥层远离橡胶层的一面;D.使用铁板贴附于橡胶层下表面,对铁板加热,使橡胶层下表面形成三毫米的炭化层。本发明通过在橡胶层一面设置炭化层使其与高温物体隔绝隔热,有效阻隔了高温物体向橡胶层的热量传导,同时通过导热泥层进一步将橡胶层的温度传导出去。

Description

一种耐高温橡胶材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶材料领域,尤其涉及一种耐高温橡胶材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
橡胶(Rubber)是指具有可逆形变的高弹性聚合物材料,在室温下富有弹性,在很小的外力作用下能产生较大形变,除去外力后能恢复原状。橡胶属于完全无定型聚合物,它的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)低,分子量往往很大,大于几十万。
早期的橡胶是取自橡胶树、橡胶草等植物的胶乳,加工后制成具有弹性、绝缘性、不透水和空气的材料。是高弹性的高分子化合物。橡胶分为天然橡胶与合成橡胶二种。天然橡胶是从橡胶树、橡胶草等植物中提取胶质后加工制成;合成橡胶则由各种单体经聚合反应而得。橡胶制品广泛应用于工业或生活各方面。
现有贴附于高温物体表面的橡胶材料,常常因高温而导致其各项物理性能下降,从而限制了橡胶材料的应用,需要作出改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐高温橡胶材料及其制备方法,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种耐高温橡胶材料,包括橡胶层,所述橡胶层内设置有若干导热铜丝,所述橡胶层上表面设置有导热泥层,所述橡胶层下表面设置有炭化层,所述导热泥层远离橡胶层的一面设置有导热网,所述导热铜丝一端穿过导热泥层与导热网连接。
优选的,所述导热网为铜制。
优选的,所述炭化层的厚度为三毫米。
优选的,所述导热网嵌于导热泥层表面。
一种耐高温橡胶材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
A.将橡胶层加热使其软化,将导热铜丝插入橡胶层内,使导热铜丝部分从橡胶层上表面露出;
B.在高温环境下将导热泥与粘接剂均匀混合,同时在橡胶层上表面划设若干凹槽,然后将导热泥均匀涂抹于橡胶层上表面,在橡胶层上表面形成两毫米的导热泥层;
C.将导热网加热,然后贴附于导热泥层远离橡胶层的一面,轻轻压紧,然后将导热铜丝压紧嵌入导热泥层内与导热网接触;
D.使用铁板贴附于橡胶层下表面,对铁板加热,使橡胶层下表面形成三毫米的炭化层后停止加热。
优选的,所述导热泥与粘接剂的混合温度为七十度至八十度。
优选的,所述凹槽的长度为五厘米。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过在橡胶层一面设置炭化层使其与高温物体隔绝隔热,有效阻隔了高温物体向橡胶层的热量传导,同时通过导热泥层进一步将橡胶层的温度传导出去。
2、通过导热铜丝、导热网,可以将橡胶层内部的温度传导出去,从而有效降低橡胶层的温度。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明,但下述实施例仅仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非全部。基于实施方式中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得其它实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法,下述实施例中所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
如图1所示,一种耐高温橡胶材料,包括橡胶层2,橡胶层2内设置有若干导热铜丝1,橡胶层上表面设置有导热泥层3,导热泥层可以将橡胶层2的温度传导出去,橡胶层2下表面设置有炭化层4,炭化层4的厚度为三毫米,炭化层4使橡胶层2与高温物体隔绝隔热,有效阻隔了高温物体向橡胶层2的热量传导,导热泥层3远离橡胶层2的一面设置有导热网5,导热网5为铜制,导热网5嵌于导热泥层表面,导热铜丝1一端穿过导热泥层3与导热网5连接,通过导热铜丝1、导热网5,可以将橡胶层2内部的温度传导出去,从而有效降低橡胶层2的温度。
一种耐高温橡胶材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将橡胶层2加热使其软化,将导热铜丝1插入橡胶层2内,使导热铜丝1部分从橡胶层2上表面露出;
(2)在高温环境下将导热泥与粘接剂均匀混合,导热泥与粘接剂的混合温度为七十度至八十度,同时在橡胶层2上表面划设若干凹槽,凹槽可以增加导热泥与橡胶层2的接触面积,使导热泥与橡胶层2结合的更加牢固,凹槽的长度为五厘米,然后将导热泥均匀涂抹于橡胶层2上表面,在橡胶层2上表面形成两毫米的导热泥层3;
(3)将导热网5加热,然后贴附于导热泥层3远离橡胶层2的一面,轻轻压紧,然后将导热铜丝1压紧嵌入导热泥层3内与导热网接触;
(4)使用铁板贴附于橡胶层2下表面,对铁板加热,使橡胶层2下表面形成三毫米的炭化层4后停止加热。

1.一种耐高温橡胶材料,其特征在于:包括橡胶层(2),所述橡胶层(2)内设置有若干导热铜丝(1),所述橡胶层(2)上表面设置有导热泥层(3),所述橡胶层(2)下表面设置有炭化层(4),所述导热泥层(3)远离橡胶层(2)的一面设置有导热网(5),所述导热铜丝(1)一端穿过导热泥层(3)与导热网(5)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温橡胶材料,其特征在于:所述导热网(5)为铜制。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温橡胶材料,其特征在于:所述炭化层(4)的厚度为三毫米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温橡胶材料,其特征在于:所述导热网(5)嵌于导热泥层(3)表面。
5.一种权利要求1所述耐高温橡胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
A.将橡胶层加热使其软化,将导热铜丝(1)插入橡胶层内,使导热铜丝(1)部分从橡胶层(2)上表面露出;
B.在高温环境下将导热泥与粘接剂均匀混合,同时在橡胶层(2)上表面划设若干凹槽,然后将导热泥均匀涂抹于橡胶层上表面,在橡胶层上表面形成两毫米的导热泥层(3);
C.将导热网(5)加热,然后贴附于导热泥层(3)远离橡胶层(2)的一面,轻轻压紧,然后将导热铜丝(1)压紧嵌入导热泥层(3)内与导热网(5)接触;
D.使用铁板贴附于橡胶层(2)下表面,对铁板加热,使橡胶层(2)下表面形成三毫米的炭化层(4)后停止加热。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种耐高温橡胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述导热泥与粘接剂的混合温度为七十度至八十度。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种耐高温橡胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述凹槽的长度为五厘米。
