本发明涉及禽畜饲料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种基于农作物秸秆制备湖羊饲料的方法。
背景技术:
湖羊,是太湖平原重要家畜之一,也是我国一级保护地方畜禽品种。湖羊属于有白色羔皮羊品种,具有早熟、四季发情、一年二胎、每胎多羔、泌乳性能好、生长发育快、改良后产肉性能理想、耐高温高湿等优良性状。
在湖羊的大规模养殖中,自然生长的牧草难以满足摄食需求,因此需要配合饲喂高营养的饲料。而农作物秸秆是常用的饲料加工原料,能够为湖羊的生长提供丰富的营养物质,同时农作物秸秆的利用还能解决秸秆焚烧产生的环境污染问题。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种基于农作物秸秆制备湖羊饲料的方法,不仅实现农作物秸秆的高价值再利用,还能稳定增重湖羊和提高湖羊的免疫力。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种基于农作物秸秆制备湖羊饲料的方法,由农作物秸秆添加饲料发酵剂后经发酵法制得发酵料,再向发酵料中添加辅料后经混合制得饲料;
所述饲料发酵剂由复合菌株、复合酶、营养剂和载体构成;
所述复合菌株包含乳酸菌、芽孢杆菌、光合细菌、酵母菌;
所述复合酶包含纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、蛋白酶、淀粉酶;
所述营养剂包含葡萄糖、蛋白胨、复合氨基酸、复合维生素;
所述载体选自植物淀粉、改性植物淀粉、改性环糊精中的一种。
所述复合菌株、复合酶、营养剂和载体的质量比为(5-15):(1-10):(0.5-5):(0.5-5)。
所述芽孢杆菌由地衣芽孢杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌组成。
所述农作物秸秆为新鲜采收的农作物秸秆,在采收当天或采收后次日进行发酵。
所述发酵法的条件为塑料薄膜密封发酵,发酵温度在25-35℃,发酵时间在15-60天。

本发明以植物淀粉作为载体,通过对复合菌株和复合酶的负载来实现复合菌株和复合酶与农作物秸秆的均匀混合,使复合菌株和复合酶尽可能均匀地附着在农作物秸秆上,从而在相同发酵时间内优化发酵效果;同时植物淀粉是可食用的,保证了食用安全性。
植物淀粉虽然能够作为复合菌株和复合酶的载体,但植物淀粉的负载作用有限,因植物淀粉吸湿后容易成团,从而影响复合菌株和复合酶在农作物秸秆上的均匀分散。本发明基于优化发酵效果的目的,对植物淀粉进行了改性处理,以解决植物淀粉吸湿后的成团问题。
所述改性植物淀粉是由植物淀粉经化学改性制成,其制备方法为:将3-氨基-3-环丙基丙酸溶解于乙醇中,并加入植物淀粉和催化量的浓硫酸,搅拌混匀,加热至沸腾状态下回流反应,反应结束后离心,过滤,所得滤渣用乙醇洗涤,烘干,粉碎,得到改性植物淀粉。
所述3-氨基-3-环丙基丙酸与植物淀粉的质量比为(0.5-5):(5-15)。
此外,本发明还以环糊精作为底物,同样以3-氨基-3-环丙基丙酸作为改性剂,制得的改性环糊精能够取得显著优于改性植物淀粉的发酵效果。
所述改性环糊精是由环糊精经化学改性制成,其制备方法为:将3-氨基-3-环丙基丙酸溶解于乙醇中,并加入环糊精和催化量的浓硫酸,搅拌混匀,加热至沸腾状态下回流反应,反应结束后离心,过滤,所得滤渣用乙醇洗涤,烘干,粉碎,得到改性环糊精。
所述3-氨基-3-环丙基丙酸与环糊精的质量比为(0.5-5):(5-15)。
上述制得的改性植物淀粉和改性环糊精的红外光谱检测结果显示出羟基、氨基、酯基的红外吸收峰,说明3-氨基-3-环丙基丙酸被成功接枝到了植物淀粉和环糊精的结构上,并且植物淀粉和环糊精结构中只有部分羟基被转变为酯基,剩余的羟基既能保证植物淀粉和环糊精的亲水性又能防止植物淀粉和环糊精因大量吸水后出现成团问题。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以农作物秸秆作为基料,经发酵法后与辅料混合制备湖羊饲料,所采用的发酵法不仅能最大程度上保留农作物秸秆的营养成分,实现农作物秸秆的高价值再利用,还能产生多种功能性物质,从而在使湖羊稳定增重的同时提高湖羊的免疫力,减少湖羊养殖过程中的用药次数和用药量,提高湖羊的肉质水平。

乳酸菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、光合细菌、酵母菌购自沧州旺发生物技术研究所有限公司。纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、蛋白酶、淀粉酶购自夏盛(北京)生物科技开发有限公司。葡萄糖、蛋白胨、复合氨基酸、复合维生素购自绵竹市瑞洋生物技术有限公司。
复合菌株的制备:由质量比3.5:1.8:1.5:1.2:2.6的乳酸菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、光合细菌、酵母菌混合制成。
复合酶的制备:由质量比6.7:4.3:1.2:1.5的纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、蛋白酶、淀粉酶混合制成。
营养剂的制备:由质量比4.1:3.5:0.2:0.1的葡萄糖、蛋白胨、复合氨基酸、复合维生素混合制成。

饲料的制备:将当天采收的100kg玉米秸秆粉碎成长度3-5cm的秸秆段,再加入500g饲料发酵剂,混合均匀后用塑料薄膜密封发酵,发酵温度在32℃,发酵时间30天,发酵完成后向发酵料中添加10kg辅料,混合均匀,得到饲料。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1的区别之处在于将玉米淀粉替换为等量的改性玉米淀粉,其余同实施例1。
改性玉米淀粉的制备:将4.5g 3-氨基-3-环丙基丙酸溶解于乙醇中,并加入12.3g玉米淀粉和0.3g 98%浓硫酸,搅拌混匀,加热至沸腾状态下回流反应5h,反应结束后离心,过滤,所得滤渣用乙醇洗涤,70℃下烘干,粉碎,得到改性植物淀粉。
实施例3
实施例2与实施例1的区别之处在于将玉米淀粉替换为等量的环糊精,其余同实施例1。
改性环糊精的制备:将4.5g 3-氨基-3-环丙基丙酸溶解于乙醇中,并加入13.4g环糊精和0.3g 98%浓硫酸,搅拌混匀,加热至沸腾状态下回流反应5h,反应结束后离心,过滤,所得滤渣用乙醇洗涤,70℃下烘干,粉碎,得到改性环糊精。
分别测定实施例1、实施例2、实施例3所制发酵料的成分,如表1所示。

由表1可知,经发酵后农作物秸秆的粗蛋白含量增加、粗纤维含量降低、pH值变小、乳酸菌和酵母菌含量大幅度增加,并且饲料发酵剂中不同载体的添加会影响发酵效果。

Claims (2)
1.一种基于农作物秸秆制备湖羊饲料的方法,其特征在于:将当天采收的100kg玉米秸秆粉碎成长度3-5cm的秸秆段,再加入500g饲料发酵剂,混合均匀后用塑料薄膜密封发酵,发酵温度在32℃,发酵时间30天,发酵完成后向发酵料中添加10kg辅料,混合均匀,得到饲料;
所述饲料发酵剂由复合菌株、复合酶、营养剂和载体构成,将质量比12.8:5.2:3.4:4.6的复合菌株、复合酶、营养剂和载体混合均匀,得到饲料发酵剂;
所述复合菌株由质量比3.5:1.8:1.5:1.2:2.6的乳酸菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、光合细菌、酵母菌混合制成;
所述复合酶由质量比6.7:4.3:1.2:1.5的纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、蛋白酶、淀粉酶混合制成;
所述营养剂由质量比4.1:3.5:0.2:0.1的葡萄糖、蛋白胨、复合氨基酸、复合维生素混合制成;
所述载体为改性玉米淀粉;
所述改性玉米淀粉是由玉米淀粉经化学改性制成,其制备方法为:将4.5g 3-氨基-3-环丙基丙酸溶解于乙醇中,并加入12.3g玉米淀粉和0.3g 98%浓硫酸,搅拌混匀,加热至沸腾状态下回流反应5h,反应结束后离心,过滤,所得滤渣用乙醇洗涤,70℃下烘干,粉碎,得到改性玉米淀粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于农作物秸秆制备湖羊饲料的方法,其特征在于:所述辅料由质量比5.4:4.8:2.6:0.6:0.3的麦麸、米糠、菜籽粕、鱼粉、食盐混合制成。
