The invention discloses a laboratory fruit fly culture bottle interface device, which comprises a fruit fly culture bottle, a fruit fly collection bottle and a collection bottle interface device, wherein the bottle interface device comprises a collection bottle interface device and a culture bottle interface device; the invention provides experimental equipment which is beneficial to safely and quickly collecting the fruit flies and can conveniently take and use a proper amount of fruit flies; meanwhile, the experimental equipment has the characteristics of simple manufacture, low cost, convenient operation, economy, practicability and feasibility.

The invention relates to the technical field of experimental equipment, in particular to experimental equipment for a drosophila collector for laboratory culture.
Background
During the course of biological teaching experiments, fruit flies are often cultured in laboratories. At present, culture medium is generally placed in a colorless wide-mouth bottle, then fruit flies to be cultured are placed in the bottle, and then the bottle mouth is plugged by a cotton ball plug wrapped by gauze for culture, as shown in figure 1. When the experiment needs to use the fruit flies, the cotton ball plug is quickly pulled out, and the two bottle mouths are butted up and down by using another wide-mouth bottle with the size similar to that of the wide-mouth bottle for culturing the fruit flies, so that the fruit flies fly upwards to the collecting bottle. This collection method has several problems in practical operation: (1) when the bottle openings are butted, part of the fruit flies easily escape. (2) The upper part and the lower part are butted, so that most of the fruit flies fly to the upper part from the lower part, and the required time is long. (3) The upper bottle mouth and the lower bottle mouth are butted, two bottles are often fixed manually, otherwise, the two bottle mouths are staggered, and fruit flies are all dropped. (4) Sometimes, in order to collect the fruit flies as soon as possible, the culture bottle is placed at the upper part, the collection bottle is placed at the lower part, the bottom of the culture bottle is hit, the fruit flies are frightened to run into the collection bottle, but sometimes the culture medium is cracked, and part of the culture medium fragments can fall into the collection bottle in the hitting process.

The plugboard handle 321 is fixedly connected with the switch circular plugboard 324. The switch circular insert plate 324 is plugged through a semicircular rectangular gap 325 to open or close the passage out of the culture bottle interface device 32. The culture bottle interface device 32 can be connected with the bottle mouth of the fruit fly culture bottle 1 through the lower inner wall thread 327 and is fixed on the fruit fly culture bottle 1.

(6) The switch bolt 316 is rotated to push the round fine mesh disk 314 away from the cylindrical channel 313, further compressing the spring 315, the channel of the cylindrical channel 313 is opened, and the fruit flies are attracted by the light to fly toward the bottom of the fruit fly collecting bottle 2. (7) After the fruit flies are collected, the switch bolt 316 is rotated again, the round ultra-fine mesh disk 314 is pulled to move towards the cylindrical channel 313, so that the channel of the cylindrical channel 313 is blocked, and the fruit flies cannot fly through the round ultra-fine mesh disk 314. (8) After collection is completed, the vial interface 31 is separated from the vial interface 32, and the black elastic sleeve 322 is rolled up. (9) The fruit fly collector and the fruit fly incubator are respectively stored and kept.
