The first fixing rod can move left and right in the horizontal plane and cannot move up and down, and the first fixing rod can limit the up-and-down rotation of the pack basket.
Wherein, for the rotation of the pack basket of convenience, there is the clearance between solid fixed ring and the pack basket, utilizes first support frame and second support frame with the unsettled rotation of being convenient for of pack basket, first axis of rotation and second axis of rotation all are connected with pack basket side middle part, the structure and the size homogeneous phase of first support frame and second support frame are the same, the height of first support frame is h, the height of pack basket is m, wherein, h is greater than 0.5 m.
In the embodiment of the present application, the fixing ring is usually made of stainless steel, and the inner diameter of the fixing ring is larger than the opening size of the open end of the pack basket.
In the embodiment of the present application, bearings 10 for mounting the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are mounted in the second cylinder and the third cylinder, respectively.
Example two
In a second embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of the first embodiment, the apparatus further includes a second fixing rod, one end of the first fixing rod is hinged to the frame body of the first support frame, the other end of the first fixing rod is provided with a first limiting hole, and the first fixing rod can rotate around the first support frame in a horizontal plane; one end of a second fixed rod is hinged to the frame body of the second supporting frame, a second limiting hole is formed in the other end of the second fixed rod, the second fixed rod can rotate in the horizontal plane around the second supporting frame, and a first limiting lug used for penetrating through the first limiting hole and a second limiting lug used for penetrating through the second limiting hole are arranged on the outer wall of the pack basket. The limiting lug is embedded into the limiting hole for fixing and is convenient to detach.
EXAMPLE III
In a third embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of the first embodiment, please refer to fig. 6, where fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a slider, the apparatus further includes a plurality of screwing screws 21, each slider corresponds to one screwing screw, the slider is provided with screwing screw holes, and the screwing screws are used for extending toward the inner wall of the groove after one end of the screwing screw is inserted into the screwing screw holes.
Example four
In the fourth embodiment of the invention, on the basis of the first embodiment, buffer layers are arranged on the inner wall of the pack basket, the inner surface of the sealing cover and the inner surface of the hole cover, the buffer layers can be made of sponge, the thickness of the buffer layers can be 1-3CM, a water absorbing layer can be additionally arranged on the inner wall of the pack basket by adding the water absorbing layer, the water absorbing layer is filled with water absorbing materials, and the water absorbing layer can ensure that the inside of the pack basket is dry and is beneficial to storage of oranges.
EXAMPLE five
In a fifth embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 7 on the basis of the first embodiment, fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of a pack basket with additional armrests and cross bars, the apparatus further includes armrests 22, one end of each armrest is hinged to the bottom surface of the pack basket, and a plurality of cross bars 23 are uniformly fixed on the side surfaces of the pack basket along the vertical direction.
EXAMPLE six
In a sixth embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of the first embodiment, please refer to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic hanging and placing diagram of a transfer pipe, the apparatus further includes a hook 25 and a pulling rope 26, one end of the pulling rope is fixedly connected with the hook, and the other end of the pulling rope is fixedly connected with the transfer pipe. The transmission pipe is hung on the branch 24 through a hook and a traction rope.
EXAMPLE seven
In a seventh embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of the first embodiment, please refer to fig. 9, where fig. 9 is a schematic diagram illustrating an installation of a decelerating plate of a transmission pipe, a decelerating plate 27 is installed in a terminal of the transmission pipe, the decelerating plate is hinged to an inner wall of the transmission pipe, the decelerating plate is a circular plate, and a diameter of the decelerating plate is smaller than an inner diameter of the transmission pipe.
Example eight
In an eighth embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of the first embodiment, please refer to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a pack basket carrying a third support frame, the apparatus further includes a third support frame 28 and a support pad 29, one end of the third support frame is hinged to the bottom surface of the pack basket, the other end of the third support frame is connected to the support pad, the third support frame may be a stainless steel support frame, and the support pad may be a rubber support pad.
Example nine
In a ninth embodiment of the present invention, the present embodiment provides an orange picking method based on the shipping equipment for orange picking, please refer to fig. 11, where fig. 11 is a schematic flow chart of the orange picking method, and the method includes:
acquiring flatness information of the ground in a preset area of the fruit tree; if the farmer observes that the ground beside the fruit tree is flat, 4 sunken areas are formed in the area;
generating insertion positions and depths of corresponding fixing nails based on the collected ground flatness information; marking the positions and the depths of the 4 depressed areas respectively;
based on the insertion position and the depth of the generated fixing nail, inserting the corresponding fixing nail into the ground to fix the fixing ring; inserting 4 fixing nails into the 4 sunken areas, and finally enabling the fixing ring to be in a horizontal fixing state;
rotating the pack basket to enable the bottom of the pack basket to face upwards, closing the pack basket sealing cover, opening the pack basket hole cover, and connecting the transmission pipe with the transmission hole;
connecting a first fixing rod with the pack basket, and fixing the pack basket by using the first fixing rod;
a picker stands above the bottom of the pack basket to pick oranges;
putting picked oranges into a transmission pipe and transmitting the oranges to a pack basket;
after the oranges are picked, the transmission pipe is taken down, the hole cover is closed, and the first fixing rod is separated from the packbasket;
rotating the pack basket to enable the open end of the pack basket to face upwards;
and (5) taking the fixing nails out of the ground, and carrying the packbasket up to finish the whole orange picking process.
Referring to fig. 12, in fig. 12, different fixing nails are respectively inserted into different recessed positions, and the extending lengths are different, so that the fixing ring is finally made to be in a horizontal state to ensure the stability of the device.
While preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including preferred embodiments and all such alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the invention.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.

Claims (10)

1. A shipping apparatus for orange picking, said apparatus comprising:
the device comprises a pack basket, a fixing ring, a plurality of sliding blocks, a plurality of first cylinders, a plurality of fixing nails, a first support frame, a second cylinder, a third cylinder, a first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft, a sealing cover, a hole cover, a transmission pipe and a first fixing rod;
the open end of the pack basket is provided with an openable sealing cover, the other end of the pack basket is provided with a transmission hole, the transmission hole is provided with an openable hole cover, and the lower end of the transmission pipe is used for butting with the transmission hole when the hole cover is opened;
the outer side of the fixing ring is provided with a groove along the circumferential direction of the fixing ring, the groove is connected end to form a circular ring shape, each sliding block is partially embedded into the groove, each sliding block corresponds to one first cylinder, each first cylinder corresponds to one fixing nail, the upper end of each fixing nail is positioned above the corresponding first cylinder, the lower end of each fixing nail penetrates through the corresponding first cylinder and then extends to the lower part of the corresponding first cylinder, the fixing nails are in threaded connection with the first cylinders, and the side barrel bodies of the first cylinders are fixedly connected with the parts, which are not embedded into the grooves, of the corresponding sliding blocks;
the lower end of the first support frame is fixedly connected with the left end of the upper surface of the fixing ring, the lower end of the second support frame is fixedly connected with the right end of the upper surface of the fixing ring, the left end of the second cylinder is fixedly connected with the upper end of the first support frame, the right end of the second cylinder is open, the right end of the third cylinder is fixedly connected with the upper end of the second support frame, and the left end of the third cylinder is open; the left end of the first rotating shaft extends into the second cylinder from the right end of the second cylinder, the right end of the first rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the left side of the pack basket, and the first rotating shaft can rotate in the second cylinder; the right end of the second rotating shaft extends into the third cylinder from the left end of the third cylinder, the left end of the second rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the right side of the pack basket, and the second rotating shaft can rotate in the third cylinder; one end of the first fixing rod is connected with the frame body hinge of the first support frame, the other end of the first fixing rod can be detachably connected with the outer wall of the pack basket, and the first fixing rod is used for fixing the pack basket.

The orange picking shipping device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the device further comprises a second fixing rod, one end of the first fixing rod is hinged with the frame body of the first support frame, the other end of the first fixing rod is provided with a first limiting hole, and the first fixing rod can rotate around the first support frame in a horizontal plane; one end of a second fixed rod is hinged to the frame body of the second supporting frame, a second limiting hole is formed in the other end of the second fixed rod, the second fixed rod can rotate in the horizontal plane around the second supporting frame, and a first limiting lug used for penetrating through the first limiting hole and a second limiting lug used for penetrating through the second limiting hole are arranged on the outer wall of the pack basket.

The orange picking shipping apparatus of claim 1, wherein the apparatus further comprises a plurality of tightening screws, each sliding block corresponding to one of the tightening screws, the sliding blocks having a tightening screw hole, the tightening screws being adapted to extend toward the inner wall of the groove after one end thereof is inserted into the tightening screw hole.
4. The orange picking shipping apparatus of claim 1, wherein bearings for mounting the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are mounted in the second cylinder and the third cylinder, respectively.
5. The orange picking shipping apparatus of claim 1, wherein the pack basket inner wall, the sealing lid inner surface and the lid inner surface are provided with a cushioning layer.
6. The orange picking shipping apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a handrail, one end of the handrail is hinged to the bottom surface of the pack basket, and a plurality of cross bars are uniformly fixed to the side surfaces of the pack basket along the vertical direction.
7. The orange picking shipping apparatus of claim 1, wherein said apparatus further comprises a hook and a pull rope, one end of the pull rope is fixedly connected to the hook, and the other end of the pull rope is fixedly connected to the transfer tube.
8. The orange picking shipping apparatus of claim 1, wherein a speed reduction plate is mounted within the end of the transfer tube, the speed reduction plate being hingedly connected to the inner wall of the transfer tube.
9. The orange picking shipping apparatus of claim 1, wherein the apparatus further comprises a third support frame and a support pad, wherein one end of the third support frame is hingedly connected to the bottom surface of the pack basket, and the other end of the third support frame is connected to the support pad.
10. An orange picking method based on the shipping apparatus for orange picking of any of claims 1-9, characterized in that the method comprises:
acquiring flatness information of the ground in a preset area of the fruit tree;
generating insertion positions and depths of corresponding fixing nails based on the collected ground flatness information;
based on the insertion position and the depth of the generated fixing nail, inserting the corresponding fixing nail into the ground to fix the fixing ring;
rotating the pack basket to enable the bottom of the pack basket to face upwards, closing the pack basket sealing cover, opening the pack basket hole cover, and connecting the transmission pipe with the transmission hole;
connecting a first fixing rod with the pack basket, and fixing the pack basket by using the first fixing rod;
a picker stands above the bottom of the pack basket to pick oranges;
putting picked oranges into a transmission pipe and transmitting the oranges to a pack basket;
after the oranges are picked, the transmission pipe is taken down, the hole cover is closed, and the first fixing rod is separated from the packbasket;
rotating the pack basket to enable the open end of the pack basket to face upwards;
and (5) taking the fixing nails out of the ground, and carrying the packbasket up to finish the whole orange picking process.
