Description

Shared automobile management device, system and method, parking lot management device and method
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a shared vehicle management device, system and method, and a parking lot management device and method, and more particularly, to a shared vehicle management device, system and method, and a parking lot management device and method, which manage a shared vehicle shared among a plurality of users.
Background
In recent years, as energy and environmental issues have been more and more emphasized, how to more effectively utilize automobiles has become a focus issue. In order to more effectively utilize automobiles, shared automobiles in which a plurality of automobiles are shared among a plurality of users are increasingly popular. Through the car sharing system, a plurality of members registered in advance can share a plurality of cars. Therefore, the utilization rate of the automobiles can be improved, the number of the automobiles is reduced, and individuals do not need to maintain and manage the retained automobiles, so that the automobile maintenance management system has various advantages.
In order to further improve the convenience of the shared automobile users, in a parking lot near a commercial area or a residential area, a dedicated parking area (parking space) for parking the shared automobile is provided. The user sharing the automobile can loan out or return the shared automobile in such a dedicated parking area. Thus, the shared automobile can be used more efficiently and conveniently by providing a dedicated parking area for the shared automobile near the destination of the shared automobile user or at a position convenient for the shared automobile user to use.
After lending the shared vehicle from the parking lot, if the parking lot is a toll parking lot, the user of the shared vehicle needs to pay a parking fee corresponding to a period from the time when the shared vehicle enters the parking lot to the time when the shared vehicle exits the parking lot. However, the shared automobile is already parked in the parking lot before being lent by the user, and the user may pay the parking fee before the shared automobile is lent by himself or herself together with the payment of the parking fee. Also, the shared automobile may be parked in the parking lot for a long time before being lent, and thus the parking fee paid in excess by the user when lending the shared automobile may be large.
In the related art, in order to avoid the user from being charged with the parking fee corresponding to the period from when the shared vehicle enters the parking lot to when the user borrows the shared vehicle, the user needs to request the shared vehicle provider to return the parking fee through data communication using a portable device such as a smartphone, which increases the amount of operation of the portable device and increases the data communication traffic between the portable device and the server of the shared vehicle provider. Also, the shared car provider needs to inform the user of the manner in which the corresponding parking fee will be returned to the user, further causing an increase in the processing load of the server and affecting the convenience of using the shared car.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-described problems of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a shared vehicle management device, a system and a method, and a parking lot management device and method, which appropriately deal with parking fees of shared vehicles in parking lots.
One embodiment of the present invention provides a shared vehicle management apparatus that manages a shared vehicle shared among a plurality of users, including: a loan return information acquisition unit that acquires information relating to the returning of the shared automobile by the user; a position detection unit that detects a current position of the shared vehicle; a parking fee charging unit configured to charge a parking fee of the shared vehicle in a parking lot from a return time when the shared vehicle is returned in the parking lot, based on the information acquired by the lending return information acquiring unit and the position of the shared vehicle detected by the position detecting unit; and a parking fee processing unit that processes the parking fee of the shared vehicle charged by the parking fee charging unit.
Therefore, the parking fee from the previous user returning the shared automobile can be clearly separated, the parking fee can be appropriately processed, the operation that the user requests to return after paying the parking fee is avoided, the processing amount and the data communication amount of relevant equipment are reduced, and the convenience of sharing the automobile is improved.
In the shared vehicle management apparatus, the parking fee charging unit may charge the parking fee for a first parking period from the return time to the lent lending time in the parking lot when the shared vehicle is returned in the parking lot and lent after the return, based on the information acquired by the lending return information acquisition unit and the position of the shared vehicle detected by the position detection unit, and the parking fee processing unit may process the parking fee for the first parking period of the shared vehicle charged by the parking fee charging unit.
Through the processing, the convenience of using the shared automobile by the user can be greatly improved. In particular, the above effect is particularly remarkable in the case where the first parking period is long, that is, the shared automobile is parked in the parking lot for a long time.
The shared vehicle management device may further include: a parking fee standard acquisition unit that acquires charge standard information of a parking fee that can be returned to the parking lot of the shared vehicle; the parking fee charging unit calculates a parking fee for the shared vehicle during the first parking period in the parking lot based on the charging standard information of the parking lot to which the shared vehicle is returned.
Therefore, the shared automobile management device does not need to be provided with a storage part for storing the charging standard information of the parking lot in advance, and the cost of the shared automobile management device is saved. Moreover, the charging standard information of the parking lot can be updated in real time.
In the shared vehicle management device, the shared vehicle management device may perform data communication with a parking lot management device of a parking lot to which a shared vehicle is returned, and the parking fee charging unit may acquire a parking fee of the shared vehicle during the first parking period in the parking lot from the parking lot management device.
Therefore, the shared automobile management device does not need to acquire the charging standard information of the parking lot or calculate the parking fee of the shared automobile based on the charging standard information, and the cost of the shared automobile management device is further saved.
In the shared vehicle management device, the parking fee processing unit may settle the parking fee for the first parking period charged by the parking fee charging unit for the parking lot management device of the parking lot to which the shared vehicle is returned.
Therefore, when the user drives the shared automobile to exit from the parking lot, extra parking fee does not need to be paid, the convenience of using the shared automobile is further improved, and the operation amount, the processing amount and the data communication amount of portable equipment such as a smart phone and the like held by the user are saved.
The shared vehicle management device may further include: a parking fee determination unit configured to determine whether or not the parking fee charged by the parking fee charging unit during the first parking period is equal to or less than a predetermined first fee threshold; and a user usage charge charging unit that charges a user usage charge from the lending to the returning of the shared vehicle when the shared vehicle is lent after the returning and then returned again, based on the information acquired by the lending and returning information acquisition unit; when the parking fee determination unit determines that the parking fee is equal to or less than a first fee threshold, the parking fee processing unit subtracts the parking fee during the first parking period, which is charged by the parking fee charging unit, from the user usage fee of the shared vehicle, and sets the obtained difference fee as the actual usage fee of the shared vehicle.
Thus, when the parking fee of the shared automobile from the time of being returned to the time of being lent out is suitable for deduction from the user use fee, the shared automobile management device can be eliminated from the processing of settling the parking fee to the parking lot management device, and the processing amount and the data communication amount can be further saved.
In the shared vehicle management apparatus, the parking charge billing unit may be configured to bill the parking charge for a second parking period from a return time of the shared vehicle to a current time in a parking lot when the shared vehicle is returned in the parking lot and is still in an un-lent state, based on the information acquired by the loan return information acquisition unit and the position of the shared vehicle detected by the position detection unit, and the shared vehicle management apparatus may further include a presentation unit configured to present the parking charge for the second parking period in the parking lot, which is billed by the parking charge billing unit, when the parking charge for the shared vehicle becomes equal to or greater than a second charge threshold.
Therefore, the shared automobile with the high parking cost in the parking lot can be found in time, so that the shared automobile can be lent from the parking lot as soon as possible by taking measures, the utilization rate of the shared automobile can be improved, and the parking cost and the operation cost of the shared automobile are saved.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, embodiments, and specific examples. The following description is only an example for the convenience of understanding the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. In the embodiments, the components of the apparatus may be changed, deleted or added according to the actual situation, and the steps of the method may be changed, deleted, added or changed in order according to the actual situation.
(first embodiment)
The first embodiment of the present invention will be specifically explained. First, the shared vehicle management system 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described. Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a shared vehicle management system 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the shared vehicle management system 1 includes, for example, a shared vehicle management apparatus 10 and a parking lot management apparatus 20. The shared vehicle management apparatus 10 manages a shared vehicle 30 shared among a plurality of users. In fig. 1, only one shared automobile 30 is shown, but the shared automobile management apparatus 10 can manage a plurality of shared automobiles 30. The parking lot management device 20 manages a parking lot that can return the shared automobile 30.
The shared vehicle management device 10 is, for example, a server device including one or more computers, or may be realized by cloud computing. The shared vehicle management apparatus 10 is operated by, for example, a provider of the shared vehicle 10. The parking lot management device 20 is, for example, a server device composed of one or more computers, or may be implemented based on cloud computing. The parking lot management device 20 is operated by, for example, a manager of a parking lot.
Data communication between the shared vehicle management apparatus 10 and the shared vehicle 30 may be performed by wireless. Data communication may be performed between the shared vehicle management apparatus 10 and the parking lot management apparatus 20 by wired or wireless means. The data communication between the parking lot management device 20 and the shared vehicle 30 may be performed by wireless, or the data communication may be indirectly exchanged via another device such as the shared vehicle management device 10 instead of direct data communication. At least one of the shared vehicle management device 10, the parking lot management device 20, and the shared vehicle 30 may perform data communication with a portable device such as a smartphone held by the user.
Next, the shared vehicle management apparatus 10 according to the present embodiment will be described. Fig. 2 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the shared vehicle management apparatus 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the shared vehicle management device 10 includes a loan return information acquisition unit 11, a position detection unit 12, a parking fee accounting unit 13, and a parking fee processing unit 14. The above-described respective units of the shared vehicle management apparatus 10 may be realized by a processor provided in the shared vehicle management apparatus 10 executing a program corresponding to the functions of the respective units, or may be realized by a dedicated circuit, for example. The following specifically describes a specific configuration of the shared vehicle management apparatus 10.
The loan-return-information acquisition unit 11 acquires information on the user loan-return shared vehicle 30. For example, when the user loans or returns the shared automobile 30, the loan/return information acquisition unit 11 may acquire, from the shared automobile 30, information indicating that the shared automobile 30 is loaned or returned, the information including a loan time at which the shared automobile 30 is loaned or a return time at which the shared automobile 30 is returned. Alternatively, the loan return information acquisition unit 11 may acquire the information from a portable device such as a smartphone owned by the user who lents or returns the shared automobile 30.
The position detection unit 12 detects the current position of the shared automobile 30. For example, the position detection unit 12 acquires the current position of the shared vehicle 30 detected by a positioning device (for example, GPS positioning device) mounted on the shared vehicle 30 by data communication. Alternatively, the position detection unit 12 may perform data communication with a portable device such as a smartphone that is held by a user who uses the shared automobile 30, and acquire the current position detected by the portable device as the current position of the shared automobile 30.
The parking fee charging unit 13 acquires the information acquired by the loan-return-information acquiring unit 11 and the position of the shared vehicle 30 detected by the position detecting unit 12. When the shared vehicle 30 is returned in the parking lot, the parking fee of the shared vehicle 30 from the time of return of the returned shared vehicle is charged in the parking lot. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram for explaining the parking fee from the return time in the first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the user a enters the parking lot at time t1, returns the shared automobile 30 at time t2, and then the user B lends the shared automobile 30 at time t3 and exits the parking lot at time t 4. Here, the time t2 at which the user a returns the shared vehicle 30 in the parking lot is the return time, and the parking fee billing unit 13 calculates the parking fee from the return time t 2.
For example, the parking fee accounting unit 13 may determine whether or not the shared automobile 30 is returned within the parking lot by comparing the position of the shared automobile 30 when returned with the position of the parking lot based on the parking lot position information stored in advance or the parking lot position information acquired from the parking lot management device 20. Further, the parking fee charging unit 13 may calculate the parking fee of the shared automobile 30 from the time of return in the parking lot based on the previously stored charging standard information of the parking lot or the charging standard information of the parking lot acquired from the parking lot management device 20.
The parking fee processing unit 14 processes the parking fee of the shared automobile 30 charged by the parking fee charging unit 13. For example, the parking fee processing unit 14 may settle the parking fee of the shared automobile 30 from the time of return in the parking lot by performing data communication with the parking lot management device 20 that manages the parking lot, for example, using an electronic settlement technique. The settlement may be performed in real time before the shared automobile 30 is parked in the parking lot and lent, may be performed periodically based on a predetermined time interval (for example, every hour), or may be performed together when the shared automobile 30 is lent.
Alternatively, the parking fee processing unit 14 may request the parking lot management device 20 to temporarily stop the user from paying the parking fee from the return time when the shared automobile 30 is driven out of the parking lot by performing data communication with the parking lot management device 20 that manages the parking lot, and the shared automobile management device 10 may periodically (for example, daily or monthly) settle the parking fee corresponding to the parking fee generated during the period with the parking lot management device 20.
Alternatively, the parking fee processing unit 14 may perform data communication with the shared automobile 30 or a portable device such as a smartphone held by the user lending the shared automobile 30, and notify the user of the parking fee of the shared automobile 30 from the return time in the parking lot when the user lends the shared automobile 30 so that the user can take appropriate measures. For example, the user may request the shared vehicle management apparatus 10 to settle the parking fee for the period before paying the parking fee, or select whether to loan out the shared vehicle 30 based on the information.
As shown in fig. 3, the entry time t1 when the user a drives the shared vehicle 30 into the parking lot may be different from the return time t2 when the shared vehicle 30 is returned in the parking lot. The parking fee corresponding to the period between the entry time t1 and the return time t2 can be paid by the user a. Alternatively, if the parking fee corresponding to the period from time t1 to time t2 is not paid by the user a when the user B exits the parking lot, the same processing as that described above for the parking fee from the return time t2 may be performed for the parking fee in this period. That is, the return time at which the user a returns the shared automobile 30 in the parking lot may be considered as the entry time t1 at which the user a actually drives the shared automobile 30 into the parking lot. Alternatively, if the period from time t1 to time t2 is short and no substantial parking fee is incurred, this may be ignored.
Next, an example of a shared vehicle management method executed by the shared vehicle management apparatus 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described. Fig. 4 is a flowchart of an example of the shared vehicle management method according to the first embodiment of the present invention. The flow of fig. 4 is executed in real time by the shared vehicle management apparatus 10, for example. The following step S101 corresponds to a loan return information acquisition step, step S102 corresponds to a position detection step, steps S103 and S104 correspond to a parking fee charging step, and step S105 corresponds to a parking fee processing step.
In step S101, the lending return information acquiring unit 11 acquires information related to the user lending return shared automobile 30. For example, the loan return information acquisition unit 11 acquires information indicating that the user a returns the shared automobile 30 at time t 2.
In step S102, the position detection unit 12 detects the current position of the shared automobile 30. For example, the position detection unit 12 detects that the shared automobile 30 is located in the parking lot at time t 2.
In step S103, the parking fee accounting unit 13 determines whether or not the shared vehicle 30 is returned within the parking lot, based on the information acquired in step S101 and the position of the shared vehicle 30 detected in step S102. If it is determined that the shared automobile 30 is not returned in the parking lot, the return is continued to S101. As described above, if it is determined that the shared automobile 30 is returned within the parking lot, step S104 is executed next.
In step S104, the parking fee accounting unit 13 accounts the parking fee of the shared vehicle 30 from the returned time point in the parking lot. For example, the parking fee charging unit 13 charges the shared vehicle 30 for the fee from the return time t2 based on the charging criteria for the parking lot.
In step S105, the parking fee processing unit 14 processes the parking fee of the shared automobile 30 charged in step S104. For example, the parking fee processing unit 14 settles the generated parking fee to the parking lot management device 20 at the parking lot fee accumulation interval (for example, every 1 hour) before the shared automobile 30 is lent again, so as to maintain the state where the parking fee of the shared automobile 30 from the return time t2 is settled. Thus, no additional parking fees need be paid whenever the user B subsequently loans the shared vehicle 30. Of course, the parking fee processing unit 14 is not limited to this, and may adopt various methods described above or other methods as appropriate, as the parking fee processing method from the return time t 2.
The execution sequence of steps S101 and S102 is not limited to this, and both steps may be executed in real time or periodically at predetermined time intervals (for example, 1 minute or the like), or step S102 may be executed only when information indicating that the user has lent or returned the shared automobile 30 is acquired in step S101, so as to acquire the position of the shared automobile 30 at that time.
According to the shared vehicle management apparatus 10 and the shared vehicle management method executed by the same of the present embodiment, it is possible to clearly separate the parking fee from the return of the shared vehicle 30 by the previous user, to appropriately handle the parking fee, to avoid an operation of requesting the return after the user pays the parking fee, to reduce the amount of processing and data traffic of the relevant equipment, and to improve the convenience of the shared vehicle 30.
(specific example of the first embodiment)
A specific example of the first embodiment of the present invention is described below. In this specific example, the configuration of the shared vehicle management apparatus 10 is the same as that of the first embodiment, and will not be described again. The flow of the shared vehicle management method according to this specific example will be described below. Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a shared vehicle management method in one specific example of the first embodiment of the present invention. The flow of fig. 5 is executed in real time by the shared vehicle management apparatus 10, for example. Step S201 described below corresponds to a loan return information acquisition step, step S202 corresponds to a position detection step, steps S203 to S207 correspond to a parking fee charging step, and step S208 corresponds to a parking fee processing step. Steps S201, S202, and S203 are the same as steps S101, S102, and S103, respectively, and are not described herein again.
If the parking fee accounting unit 13 determines in step S203 that the shared vehicle 30 is not returned in the parking lot, the return is continued to S201. On the other hand, if it is determined that the shared vehicle 30 is returned within the parking lot, step S204 is executed next.
In step S204, the parking fee accounting unit 13 further determines whether or not the shared automobile 30 will generate a parking fee in the parking lot. For example, the parking fee charging unit 13 may determine whether the parking lot is a charged parking lot or not, or determine whether the parking lot is charged in a corresponding time slot, based on pre-stored charging standard information of the parking lot or charging standard information of the parking lot acquired from the parking lot management device 20. Alternatively, in the case where the parking lot employs different charging standards for the shared automobile 30 and other vehicles, it is determined whether the parking lot charges the shared automobile 30. Thus, the parking fee charging unit 13 determines whether or not the shared automobile 30 will generate a parking fee in the parking lot. If it is determined that the parking fee is not generated, the flow is ended. If it is determined that the parking fee will be generated, step S205 is performed next.
In step S205, the parking fee accounting unit 13 accounts the parking fee of the shared vehicle 30 from the return time in the parking lot. Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram for explaining the first parking period and the shared vehicle use period in one specific example of the first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, since the user a returns the shared automobile 30 in the parking lot at time t2, the parking fee billing unit 13 bills the parking fee of the shared automobile 30 in the parking lot from the return time t 2. As described above in the first embodiment, in some cases, the return time at which the user a returns the shared automobile 30 to the parking lot may be considered to be substantially the entry time t1 at which the user a enters the parking lot.
Next, in step S206, the parking fee accounting unit 13 determines whether the shared vehicle 30 is lent in the parking lot, based on the information indicating that the shared vehicle 30 is lent or returned and the position of the shared vehicle 30, which are acquired in real time or periodically. If it is determined that the shared vehicle 30 has not been lent in the parking lot, the return proceeds to step S205, where the parking fee of the shared vehicle 30 from the return time t2 in the parking lot is charged. If it is determined that the shared automobile 30 is lent in the parking lot, step S207 is executed next.
In step S207, the parking fee accounting unit 13 accounts the parking fee for the first parking period from the return time to the lent time of the shared automobile 30 in the parking lot. As shown in fig. 6, the parking fee charging unit 13 charges the parking fee for the shared vehicle 30 during the first parking period from the return time t2 to the lending time t3 in the parking lot.
Next, in step S208, the parking fee processing unit 14 processes the parking fee of the shared automobile charged in step S207 for the first parking period. For example, as shown in fig. 6, in the case where the user B exits the parking lot at time t4, the parking fee processing part 14 may settle the parking fee for the first parking period to the parking lot management device 20 between the loan time t3 and the exit time t4 of the user B. Thus, the user B does not need to pay the parking fee during the first parking period when driving the shared automobile 30 out of the parking lot.
According to this specific example, as shown in fig. 6, the first parking period (time t2 to time t3) does not belong to the shared automobile use period (time t3 to time t5) of the user B, and the parking fee for the first parking period should not be paid by the user B, so that the convenience of the user B using the shared automobile 30 can be greatly improved by the above processing. In particular, the above-described effect is particularly remarkable in the case where the first parking period is long, that is, the shared automobile 30 is parked in the parking lot for a long time.
In the above-described flow of the present specific example, the parking fee of the shared automobile 30 during the first parking period may be charged only when the shared automobile 30 is determined to be lent out in the parking lot in step S206, without performing real-time or periodic charging of the parking fee of the shared automobile 30 from the return time in the parking lot in step S205. This can further reduce the amount of processing for sharing the vehicle management apparatus 10.
In the present embodiment and its specific examples, the shared vehicle management apparatus 10 may further include a parking fee standard acquisition unit (not shown). The parking fee standard acquisition unit acquires, for example, charge standard information that can return the parking fee of the parking lot sharing the vehicle 30 by data communication with the parking lot management device 20. Further, the parking fee accounting unit 13 calculates the parking fee (the parking fee from the return time or the parking fee during the first parking period) of the shared vehicle 30 in the parking lot based on the accounting criterion information of the parking lot to which the shared vehicle 30 is returned.
Thus, the shared vehicle management device 10 does not need to have a storage unit for storing the charging standard information of the parking lot in advance, and the cost for sharing the vehicle management device 10 is saved. Moreover, the charging standard information of the parking lot can be updated in real time.
In the present embodiment and its specific example, the shared vehicle management device 10 can perform data communication with the parking lot management device 20 that shares the parking lot to which the vehicle 30 is returned. Further, the parking fee accounting unit 13 acquires the parking fee (the parking fee from the return time or the parking fee during the first parking period) of the shared automobile 30 in the parking lot from the parking lot management device 20, for example, using a network such as the internet or using a parking lot management system.
Thus, the shared vehicle management apparatus 10 does not need to acquire the charge standard information of the parking lot and calculate the parking fee of the shared vehicle 30 based on the charge standard information, thereby further saving the cost of the shared vehicle management apparatus 10.
In the present embodiment and its specific example, as described above, the parking fee processing unit 14 may settle the parking fee charged by the parking fee charging unit 13 (the parking fee from the return time or the parking fee during the first parking period) for the parking lot management device 20 sharing the parking lot to which the vehicle 30 is returned. In addition, the user may be notified that the parking fee is paid for the corresponding period before the user exits the parking lot by performing data communication with a portable device such as the shared vehicle 30 or a smart phone held by the user, and the payment by the user is not required.
Thus, as described above, the user B does not need to pay additional parking fee when driving the shared automobile 30 out of the parking lot, the convenience of using the shared automobile 30 by the user is further improved, and the operation amount, the processing amount, and the data communication amount of the portable device such as the smartphone held by the user are saved.
(second embodiment)
The second embodiment of the present invention will be specifically explained. In addition to the above-described specific example of the first embodiment, the present embodiment changes the processing of the parking fee to be charged. The following description focuses on differences of the present embodiment from the specific example of the first embodiment, and the description of the present embodiment will be omitted with respect to the same or similar contents as or to the specific example of the first embodiment.
First, the configuration of the shared vehicle management apparatus 10A according to the present embodiment will be described. Fig. 7 is a block diagram showing the configuration of a shared vehicle management apparatus 10A according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the shared vehicle management apparatus 10A is the shared vehicle management apparatus 10 according to the first embodiment and its specific example, to which a parking fee determination unit 15 and a user charge billing unit 16 are added. The following is a detailed description.
The parking fee determination unit 15 determines whether or not the parking fee for the first parking period charged by the parking fee charging unit 13 is equal to or less than a predetermined first fee threshold. Here, the first fee threshold may be set according to actual circumstances, and may be set to, for example, a fixed fee, i.e., a basic fee, which the user must pay to use the shared vehicle 30, or may be set to a value equal to or less than the basic fee.
The user usage charge accounting unit 16 accounts the user usage charge from lending to refunding of the shared vehicle 30 when the shared vehicle 30 is refunded after being lent based on the information acquired by the lending and refunding information acquisition unit 11. For example, the user charge charging unit 16 charges the user charge from loan to refund of the shared vehicle 30 based on a predetermined charging standard for the shared vehicle charge.
Further, when the parking fee determination unit 15 determines that the parking fee for the first parking period is equal to or less than the first fee threshold, the parking fee processing unit 14 subtracts the parking fee for the first parking period charged by the parking fee charging unit 13 from the user's use fee for the shared vehicle 30, and sets the obtained difference fee as the actual use fee for the shared vehicle 30.
The flow of the shared vehicle management method according to the present embodiment will be described below. Fig. 8 is a flowchart of an example of a shared vehicle management method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The flow of fig. 8 is executed in real time by the shared vehicle management device 10A, for example. Step S301 described below corresponds to a loan return information acquisition step, step S302 corresponds to a location detection step, steps S303 to S307 correspond to a parking fee charging step, step S308 corresponds to a parking fee determination step, steps S310 to S311 correspond to a user usage fee charging step, and step S309 and step S312 correspond to a parking fee processing step. Steps S301 to S307 are the same as steps S201 to S207 in the above specific example of the first embodiment described with reference to fig. 5, and are not described again here.
In step S308, the parking fee determination unit 15 determines whether or not the parking fee in the first parking period charged in step S307 is equal to or less than a predetermined first fee threshold. If it is determined that the parking fee during the first parking period is not equal to or less than the first threshold value (exceeds the first threshold value), step S309 is executed. In step S309, the parking fee processing unit 14 settles the parking fee for the first parking period to the parking lot management device 20.
If it is determined in step S308 that the parking fee in the first parking period is equal to or less than the first threshold value, step S310 is executed. Fig. 9 is a table for explaining parking fee processing in the second embodiment of the present invention. An example of the present embodiment will be described below with reference to fig. 6 and 9. Assume that the loan time (time t3) at which the user B loans the shared automobile in fig. 6 is 14:00 on 1/9/2019, and the return time (time t2) at which the shared automobile was last returned by the user a is 14:00 on 1/8/2019, i.e., the first parking period (time t2 to t3) is 24 hours from 14:00 on 1/8/2019 to 14:00 on 1/9/2019. Based on the charging criteria for the parking lot, the parking fee for the first parking period is 48 dollars. Assume that the predefined first fare threshold is 50 dollars for the base fare for the shared car 30. In this example, since the parking fee (48 yuan) during the first parking period is equal to or less than the first threshold value (50 yuan), step S310 is performed.
In step S310, the user charge accounting unit 16 determines whether or not the shared automobile 30 is returned again, based on the information indicating that the user lent the shared automobile 30. If it is determined that the shared automobile 30 has not been returned again, the return continues to step S310. If it is determined that the shared automobile 30 is returned again, step S311 is executed. In this example, the return time (time t5) at which the user B returns the shared automobile 30 is 14:00 on 1/10/2019, and the user usage charge accounting unit 16 determines that the shared automobile 30 is returned again at this time, and executes step S311.
In step S311, the user usage charge accounting unit 16 accounts the user usage charge from lending to refunding of the shared automobile 30. In this example, based on the charging standard of the usage charge of the shared automobile 30, the usage charge of the user B between the loan time (time t3) of 2019, month 1, day 9, 14:00, and the return time (time t5) of the user B, month 1, month 10, day 2019, 14:00, is charged, and the usage charge of the user is determined to be 200 yuan.
In step S312, the parking fee processing unit 14 subtracts the parking fee for the first parking period charged by the parking fee charging unit 13 from the user' S use fee of the shared automobile 30, and sets the obtained difference fee as the actual use fee of the shared automobile 30. In this example, the user use fee is 200 dollars, the parking fee in the first parking period is 48 dollars, and the parking fee processing unit 14 collects the difference 152 dollars as the actual use fee to the user. Note that, the user may be notified that the parking fee paid in excess will be offset from the user's use fee of the shared vehicle 30 by data communication with the shared vehicle 30 or a portable device such as a smartphone held by the user.
According to the present embodiment, the shared vehicle management apparatus 10A determines the parking fee for the shared vehicle 30 from the time of being returned to the time of being lent thereafter (the first parking period), and determines whether the parking fee is suitable for deduction from the use fee of the user lending the shared vehicle 30. The parking fee is paid to the parking lot management device 20 by the user lending the shared automobile 30 in a condition suitable for deduction, and the shared automobile management device 10A deducts the parking fee from the shared automobile use fee of the user. Thus, when the parking fee for the period from the time when the shared automobile 30 is returned to the time when it is lent out thereafter is appropriately offset from the user use fee, the shared automobile management device 10A can be eliminated from the process of settling the parking fee to the parking lot management device 20, and the processing amount and the data communication amount can be further saved.
In addition, according to the above example, when the parking fee for the shared automobile 30 from the return to the lending thereof is not suitable for the deduction of the user use fee, the shared automobile management device 10A may settle the parking fee to the parking lot management device 20 in accordance with the specific example of the first embodiment. Therefore, regardless of whether the parking fee during the period from the returning of the shared automobile 30 to the lending thereof is suitable for the deduction from the user use fee, the operation of the user requesting the returning after paying the parking fee can be avoided, thereby reducing the processing amount and data communication amount of the relevant equipment and improving the convenience of the shared automobile 30.
(third embodiment)
The third embodiment of the present invention will be specifically explained. In the present embodiment, in addition to the first or second embodiment, a notice is added to the shared automobile 30 in a state where it is not lent. Hereinafter, differences of the present embodiment with respect to the first or second embodiment will be mainly described, and the same or similar contents as those of the first or second embodiment will not be described in the present embodiment.
First, the configuration of the shared vehicle management apparatus 10B according to the present embodiment will be described. Fig. 10 is a block diagram showing the configuration of a shared vehicle management apparatus 10B according to a third embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 10, the shared vehicle management apparatus 10B is the shared vehicle management apparatus 10 according to the first embodiment, to which a presentation unit 17 is added. Of course, the shared vehicle management apparatus 10B may be configured to add the presentation unit 17 to the shared vehicle management apparatus 10A according to the second embodiment.
In the present embodiment, the parking fee charging unit 13 charges the parking fee during the second parking period from the return time when the shared vehicle 30 is returned to the parking lot to the current time in the parking lot, when the shared vehicle 30 is still in the un-lent state while being returned to the parking lot, based on the information acquired by the lending return information acquiring unit 11 and the position of the shared vehicle 30 detected by the position detecting unit 12. The presentation unit 17 presents the parking fee of the shared vehicle 30 charged by the parking fee charging unit 13 when the parking fee during the second parking period in the parking lot is equal to or more than the second fee threshold value. Here, the second fee threshold may be set in advance according to actual conditions, for example, according to a charging standard of a parking lot and/or an operation cost of the shared automobile 30.
The flow of the shared vehicle management method according to the present embodiment will be described below. Fig. 11 is a flowchart of an example of a shared vehicle management method according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The flow of fig. 11 is executed in real time by the shared vehicle management apparatus 10B, for example. Step S401 described below corresponds to a loan return information acquisition step, step S402 corresponds to a position detection step, steps S403 to S406 correspond to a parking fee charging step, and steps S407 to S408 correspond to a presentation step. Steps S401 to S406 are the same as steps S201 to S206 in the above specific example of the first embodiment described with reference to fig. 5, and are not repeated herein.
If the parking fee accounting unit 13 determines in step S406 that the shared vehicle 30 has been lent from the parking lot, the flow ends. Alternatively, various processes for the parking fee during the first parking period may be combined with the above specific example of the first embodiment or the above second embodiment, and will not be described again here.
If the parking fee accounting unit 13 determines in step S406 that the shared automobile 30 has not been lent from the parking lot, step S407 is executed, and the presentation unit 17 determines whether or not the parking fee of the shared automobile 30 in the second parking period from the previous return time to the current time in the parking lot is equal to or greater than the second fee threshold. If it is determined that the parking fee during the second parking period is not equal to or greater than the second fee threshold, the return and continuation step S405 continues to charge in real time or periodically. If it is determined that the parking fee during the second parking period is equal to or greater than the second fee threshold, step S408 is executed. Here, assuming that the second fee threshold is 50 yuan, step S408 is executed when the parking fee during the second parking period becomes 50 yuan or more.
In step S408, the presentation unit 17 presents that the parking fee for the shared automobile 30 during the second parking period in the parking lot is equal to or more than the second fee threshold. For example, the presentation unit 17 may present this to the manager who uses the shared vehicle management apparatus 10B or an external shared vehicle server so as to take appropriate measures for the shared vehicle 30. For example, the shared vehicle management apparatus 10B or the external shared vehicle server may increase the dispatching priority of the shared vehicle 30 among a plurality of shared vehicles, or change the parking position of the shared vehicle 30 in the parking lot, or provide a benefit to the user lending the shared vehicle 30, or the like.
According to the embodiment, the shared automobile 30 with too high parking cost in the parking lot can be found in time, so that measures can be taken to enable the shared automobile 30 to be lent out of the parking lot as soon as possible, the utilization rate of the shared automobile 30 can be improved, and the parking cost and the operation cost of the shared automobile can be saved.
(fourth embodiment)
The fourth embodiment of the present invention will be specifically explained. The present embodiment performs similar processing by the parking lot management device 20 to the shared vehicle management devices 10, 10A, 10B in the first to third embodiments.
First, the configuration of the parking lot management device 20 according to the present embodiment will be described. Fig. 12 is a block diagram showing the configuration of a parking lot management device 20 according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 12, the parking lot management device 20 includes a loan return information acquisition unit 21, a location acquisition unit 22, a parking fee standard storage unit 23, a parking fee charging unit 24, and a parking fee processing unit 24. The above-described respective units of the parking lot management device 20 may be realized by a processor provided in the parking lot management device 20 executing a program corresponding to the functions of the respective units, or may be realized by a dedicated circuit. The following specifically describes a specific configuration of the parking lot management device 20.
The lending return information acquiring unit 21 acquires information on the lending return shared automobile 30 by the user from the shared automobile 30 or the shared automobile management devices 10, 10A, and 10B that manage the shared automobile. The position acquisition unit 22 acquires the current position of the shared vehicle 30 from the shared vehicle 30 or the shared vehicle management devices 10, 10A, and 10B. The parking fee standard storage unit 23 stores information on the charging standard of the parking fee in the parking lot. The parking fee charging unit 24 charges the parking fee of the shared automobile 30 from the returned time in the parking lot based on the charging standard information stored in the parking fee standard storage unit 23 when the shared automobile 30 is returned in the parking lot based on the information acquired by the lending and returning information acquisition unit 21 and the position of the shared automobile 30 acquired by the position acquisition unit 22. The parking fee processing unit 25 causes the shared vehicle management devices 10, 10A, and 10B to process the parking fee of the shared vehicle 30 charged by the parking fee charging unit 24.
That is, the processes performed by the respective sections of the shared vehicle management apparatuses 10, 10A, and 10B in the first to third embodiments described above may be executed by the parking lot management apparatus 20 based on data interaction among the shared vehicle management apparatuses 10, 10A, and 10B, the parking lot management apparatus 20, and the shared vehicle 30.
Next, an example of a parking lot management method executed by the parking lot management device 20 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described. Fig. 13 is a flowchart of an example of a parking lot management method according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. The flow of fig. 13 is executed in real time by the parking lot management device 20, for example. In step S501, the lending/returning information acquisition unit 21 acquires information on the user lending/returning the shared automobile 30 from the shared automobile 30 or the shared automobile management devices 10, 10A, and 10B. In step S502, the position acquisition unit 22 acquires the current position of the shared automobile 30 from the shared automobile 30 or the shared automobile management devices 10, 10A, and 10B. In step S503, the parking fee accounting unit 24 determines whether or not the shared automobile 30 is returned within the parking lot, based on the information acquired in step S501 and the position of the shared automobile 30 acquired in step S502. If it is determined that the vehicle has not been returned in the parking lot, the process returns to continue with step S501. If it is determined to be returned within the parking lot, step S504 is performed. In step S504, the parking fee billing unit 24 bills the parking fee of the shared automobile 30 in the parking lot from the returned time based on the billing standard information of the parking lot. In step S505, the parking fee processing unit 25 causes the shared vehicle management devices 10, 10A, and 10B to process the parking fee of the shared vehicle 30 charged in step S504.
The execution sequence of steps S501 and S502 is not limited to this, and for example, the current position of the shared vehicle 30 acquired in step S502 may enter the parking lot, and step S501 may be started to acquire information indicating that the user loans and returns the shared vehicle 30, for example, under the trigger condition that the shared vehicle 30 is detected by a detection device at an entrance of the parking lot. This can save the processing amount and data traffic of the parking lot management device 20.
According to the parking lot management device 20 and the parking lot management method executed by the same, the same technical effects as those of the shared vehicle management devices 10, 10A, and 10B and the shared vehicle management methods executed by the same in the above embodiments can be obtained. Further, by executing the above-described processing by the parking lot management device 20, the parking fee of the shared automobile 30 from the return in the parking lot can be charged more reliably based on the charging criteria of the parking lot.
The embodiments and specific examples of the present invention have been described above with reference to the accompanying drawings. The above-described embodiments and specific examples are merely specific examples of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Those skilled in the art can modify the embodiments and specific examples based on the technical idea of the present invention, and various modifications, combinations, and appropriate omissions of the elements can be made, and the embodiments obtained thereby are also included in the scope of the present invention. For example, the above embodiments and specific examples may be combined with each other, and the combined embodiments are also included in the scope of the present invention.
However, the steps included in the shared vehicle management method or the parking lot management method according to each of the above embodiments of the present invention may be implemented as steps included in a shared vehicle management program or a parking lot management program, or as a recording medium on which the shared vehicle management program or the parking lot management program is recorded, and the same technical effects are obtained.
