Abstract

Description

无线电话听筒 支架接线器
本发明涉及一种接线器,用于把一无线电话连接于其台座进行信号和电力传输,并具有一种用于防止静电放电损害台座电路的装置。
通常见到的无线电话,带有沿着无线电话的一底面布置成一行的许多平面接触表面,用于在电话放置在台座上的听筒支架上时与各电源和信号触片相连。这种电气连接不仅提供用于无线电话电池重新充电的电力,而且还提供用于当电话放在台座上时控制并与电话联通的各种信号。由于电活需要从其听筒支架上拿掉和重置,听筒支架接线器(即置放于台座之中用于连接无线电话触片的接线器)需要考虑到在无线电话各触片相对于接线器的尺寸在定位时的较大的允差变化。
由于无线电话经常在其听筒支架上拿掉和重置,因此需要在电话的整个寿命期间具有可靠的连接,同时适应于定位方面的较大允差。还需要保护台座的电路系统,特别是使之不受静电放电的损害,这种放电可能发生在外设之间,或发生在将电话拿掉时发生在听筒支架接线器的暴露的各触片之间。当然,一种长远的需要是,提供一种比较紧凑和经济的连接装置。
因而本发明的一项目的是,提供一种听筒支架接线器,能够以一种紧凑、经济和可靠的方式适应于各个配对触片定位时的较大允差。
本发明的另一项目的是,提供一种听筒支架连接器,可以以一种经济、紧凑和可靠的方式防止静电放电的损害。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,即提供一种听筒支架接线器,具有与一台座的电子电路系统电气连接的连接端,以及一与可拿掉的装置连接的接触端,此接线器中在连接端与接触端之间配置软弹簧装置,其中接线器的两个或更多的触片在靠近接触端处带有延伸段,用于顶靠一设置在接线器里面的短路横杆。在本发明的一项实施例中,短路横杆整体地模制在接线器的一外壳上,并设置在靠近触片的与外壳相邻的顶部壁板。短路横杆可以是一导线,在制造期间把许多听筒支架接线器连接起来,降低其运输和搬运成本。短路横杆可以通过把各触片之一连接于台座的接地电路系统而予以接地。
本发明的优选实施例将参照附图予以详细说明,附图中:
图1是经过听筒支架接线器的横截面视图;
图2是听筒支架许多触片,以及一短路横杆的等轴视图;以及
图3是一听筒支架接线器的等轴视图。
参见图1,电气听筒支架接线器2包括:一绝缘外壳4,具有从一配接端部8伸展到一印刷电路板装配端部10的接线柱容腔6;以及装在容腔6之中的接线柱12。接线器2还包括一短路横杆14,顶在外壳4的顶部壁板16上。
接线柱12包括一连接段18、一弹簧段20和一接触段22。连接段18包括一印刷电路板装配柱24,伸出于装配表面10以下,用于插进一印刷电路板的各经过镀敷的通孔。不过,连接段18还可以配置其它连接装置,用于连接一印刷电路板或者其它装置上的配对的接线器或端子。接线柱12是从金属板材冲切出来的,因而基本上是平面的,所以可与接线器2的其它各触片以紧凑的方式并排装在一起。各接线柱容腔6具有各相邻容腔6之间的一些侧面壁板26,它们也构成了触片弹簧段20的一种横向导引。触片弹簧段20包括安装在交替的U形弯头30、32对置两端处的弹簧梁杆28,该弯头以蜿蜒方式把各弹簧梁杆28连接起来。
弹簧段20的上端34连接于接触段22,它包括一弧形的、凸出的接触表面36,在接触段22处于其最上面位置时,突出在外壳配接表面8之外。接触表面36上的圆弧形轮廓超过180°。一延伸段38从接触段22的相对于弹簧段20上端34的对置一侧伸出,延伸段38贴靠短路横杆14,横杆14则在各接触段22处于最上面位置时沿横向伸过许多接线柱12的延伸段38。
短路横杆14可以是一导电件,诸如一金属导线,由绝缘外壳4在模制时蒙盖起来,短路横杆14的部分40伸进容腔6,用于在处于最上面位置时与延伸段38作电气接触。
参见图2,图中画出接线器外壳4拿掉后,听筒支架接线器2的许多接线柱12、12′和12″。短路横杆14将各延伸段38与许多接线柱12电气连接起来,由此接线柱12′之一连接于台座或装置的接地电路系统(用标号42示意性地表示出来),而连接段18与该台座或装置相连。连接段18因而使由短路横杆14连接的所有接线柱12接地。不过,可能会有某种不使一些接线柱12″,比方一些电源触片,短路而接地的愿望,这一点可以通过除去这些接线柱的短路延伸段38而予以实现。这很容易办到,只要在冲压过程期间切掉这些触片的短路延伸段38即可。
一种诸如一部无线电话的用于电气连接于听筒支架接线器2的装置可能包括基本上是平面的各接触表面,这些接触面与各接线柱12、12′和12″的各弧形接触表面配合,从而此装置的各接触表面克服弹簧段20的弹力而压下接触段22,使各短路延伸段38脱开短路横杆14。无线电话一般可能不仅具有一种朝向听筒支架接线器的动作,而且还具有一种在连接期间用于把无线电话放到它在台座上的最终闭合位置上去的摇摆动作。听筒支座接线器2牢固地安装在台座上,角度很大的各弧形表面36因而允许在连接期间配对装置接触段具有较大的转动动作。蜿蜒的弹簧段和许多弹簧梁杆28使得接触段22具有较大的轴向位移,于是可以允许配对装置接触段相对于接触段22的定位具有较大的允差。接触段22在铅直方向受到围绕接触段22的外壳4各轴向导引壁板44的有效导引。各接触段22因而可以被一外在物件压下,直至这一物件抵靠各轴向导引壁板44的配接端部8为止,从而不会使各接线柱受力过度或受到损伤。
短路横杆14可以很经济地通过配置比如一根简单的圆柱形导线而制作出来,借此,短路横杆还可以用来连接许多经模制蒙盖住导线的外壳,导线用以在制造和搬运期间把各外壳保持在一起,在所需的装配阶段通过切掉连接各相邻外壳的短路横杆部分,外壳就可以分离开来。短路横杆也可以用一种金属板材制造出来,此外可以配置一些辅助孔,使之更加易于运输。
参照图3和图1,可以安放一盖罩50以盖住突出在外壳4之外的各接触段22,并在配对装置撤掉时保护接触段。盖罩用弹性装置(未画出)装于外壳4,并且在配对装置(比如无线电话)连接在其听筒支架上的期间是可以压下的。盖罩50设有一些槽孔52,使得接触段穿过它们而连接于该装置。
因而本发明的优点在于,连接于听筒支架接线器的电子电路系统的静电放电损伤可以通过配置一简单和经济的短路横杆而予以避免,此横杆在诸如一无线电话这样的配对装置撤掉而听筒支架接线器各接线器外露时可把听筒支架接线器各接线器连接起来。短路横杆的优点在于,它还可提供一种用于在制造和搬运期间把许多接线器外壳或接线器连接起来以降低成本的装置。因此,这种听筒支架式接线器紧凑、经济,而又可靠。

Claims (15)

1.一种听筒支架接线器,用于把一经常拿掉和重置的装置连接于一台座,此接线器包括:一绝缘外壳(4),其中具有容腔(6),以及装在容腔(6)之中的各接线柱(12、12′),接线柱包括电气连接于台座电路系统的连接段(18),电气连接于可拿掉的装置的配对触片的接触段(22),以及在接触段和连接段中间用接触段(22)的弹性偏移来补偿在装置定位方面的较大允差的软弹簧段(20),听筒支架接线器(2)包括一在脱开可拿掉的装置时电气连接于各接线柱(12、12′、12″)的短路横杆(14)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的接线器,其特征在于,所述接线柱(12、12′)包括靠近所述接触段(22)的、与所述短路横杆(14)电气接触的短路延伸段(38)。
3.按照权利要求2所述的接线器,其特征在于,所述短路延伸段(38)从所述接触段(22)的对置一侧伸向所述弹簧段(34)。
4.按照前述任何一项权利要求所述的接线器,其特征在于,所述弹簧段(20)包括许多弹簧梁杆(28),由各U形弯头(30)连接成一蜿蜒的结构。
5.按照权利要求1或2所述的接线器,其特征在于,所述接触段(22)在其弹性轴向移动方向受到从所述外壳(4)的一配接端部(8)沿轴向伸展的外壳导引壁板(44)的导引,导引壁板的配接端部(8)形成防止所述接线柱弹簧段(20)受力过度的拱座。
6.按照权利要求1或2所述的接线器,其特征在于,所述短路横杆(14)模制在所述外壳(4)里面。
7.按照权利要求1或2所述的接线器,其特征在于,所述短路横杆(14)的位置垂直于各所述接线柱(12、12′)的所述短路延伸段(38)。
8.按照权利要求1或2所述的接线器,其特征在于,所述短路横杆(14)是一金属导线。
9.按照权利要求1或2所述的接线器,其特征在于,所述短路横杆(14)是一条冲压的金属板材,带有一些用于运输的辅助孔。
10.按照权利要求1或2所述的接线器,其特征在于,所述接线柱之一是一电气连接于地线的接地接线柱(12′)。
11.按照权利要求1或2所述的接线器,其特征在于,所述短路横杆(14)在制造和搬运期间伸展在许多接线器之间,其一些部分可以从外壳切下而分离各接线器。
12.按照权利要求1或2所述的接线器,其特征在于,所述短路横杆(14)顶靠在靠近所述配接端部(8)的所述顶部外壳壁板(16)上。
13.按照权利要求1或2所述的接线器,其特征在于,所述接线柱基本上是扁平的。
14.按照权利要求1或2所述的接线器,其特征在于,所述接线器包括一盖罩(50),在配对装置拿掉时盖住所述接触段(22),此盖罩(50)在接合配对装置以把所述装置连接于所述听筒支座接线器期间是可以朝向所述配接端部(8)作弹性偏移的。
15.按照权利要求14所述的接线器,其特征在于,所述盖罩(50)在其一上部壁板上具有一些在所述接触段(22)下压期间可以穿过的槽孔(52)。
