A submarine fishing net clearing device is characterized by comprising a base (1), a rotating platform (2) arranged on the base, a base motor arranged in the base and used for driving the rotating platform to rotate, a plurality of support rods (3) arranged on the base, rollers (31) arranged at the lower end of each support rod, a traction rod (4) arranged at the front side of the base, a horizontal towing rod (21) arranged at the rear side of the rotating platform, and a swing motor (211) arranged at the rear end of the horizontal towing rod, a swing rod (212) connected with the rotating shaft of the swing motor, a hydraulic oil cylinder (213) arranged at the rear end of the swing rod, a rotating motor (214) connected with a telescopic rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder, a turntable (215) connected with a rotating shaft of the rotating motor, a plurality of stirring rods (2151) arranged on the lower surface of the turntable, a horizontal support rod (11) arranged on the rear side of the base, and a fishing net collecting box (5) arranged at the rear end of the horizontal support rod; the base is provided with a ballast tank, and also comprises a fishing net tearing mechanism arranged in the fishing net collecting box and a camera arranged on the base; the camera, the base motor, the swing motor, the rotating motor, the hydraulic oil cylinder and the fishing net tearing mechanism are all electrically connected with the controller.

The underwater net removal device of claim 1, wherein the net collection box comprises a rectangular support plate (51), a front baffle (52) and a rear baffle (53) provided on a front edge and a rear edge of the rectangular support plate, respectively; the fishing net tearing mechanism comprises a longitudinal roller (61) arranged on the upper surface of a rectangular supporting plate, a roller supporting frame (62), a rolling motor used for driving the roller to rotate and a plurality of conical bulges (63) which are arranged on the upper surface of the rectangular supporting plate in a staggered mode, a plurality of tearing rods (611) which are arranged in a staggered mode are arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the longitudinal roller, and each tearing rod is matched with each conical bulge in a staggered mode; the roller motor is electrically connected with the controller.

The underwater fishing net removing device according to claim 2, wherein the outer peripheral surface of the drum is further provided with 4 axial grooves, and each axial groove is provided with a strip-shaped projection (612); the lower end of the strip-shaped bump is hermetically connected with the axial groove through a strip-shaped sealing plate (6121), and a first return spring (6122) is arranged between the lower surface of the strip-shaped sealing plate and the bottom surface of the axial groove;
the lower part of the tearing rod is positioned in a radial groove (613) arranged on the peripheral surface of the roller, the lower end of the tearing rod is in sealing connection with the radial groove through a circular sealing plate (6131), a second reset spring (6132) is arranged between the lower surface of the circular sealing plate and the bottom surface of the radial groove, gas is contained in the axial groove and the lower part of the radial groove, and the bottom of the axial groove is communicated with the bottom of a group of radial grooves parallel to the axial groove.

The underwater fishing net removing device according to claim 2, wherein the fishing net collecting box further comprises a front box body (54) with an open left end and a collecting net accommodating chamber (55) connected to a right end of the front box body; a plurality of drain holes are arranged on the side wall of the front box body; the outer side of the right part of the front box body is provided with a front cylinder (541) and a rear cylinder (542) respectively, telescopic rods of the front cylinder and the rear cylinder are connected with a front telescopic block (543) and a rear telescopic block (544) respectively, the front box body comprises a right rear end plate (545) and a right front end plate (546) which are used for sealing the right part of the front box body, the right rear end plate and the right front end plate are connected with the inner side wall of the front box body in a rotating mode, openings used for passing through the front telescopic block and the rear telescopic block are formed in the side wall of the right side of the right front end plate and the right rear end plate respectively, the front telescopic block and the rear telescopic block can be contacted with the right side face of the right front end plate and the right rear end plate respectively, drain holes are formed in the right front end plate and the right rear end plate respectively, a pressure.

The underwater fishing net removing device according to claim 4, wherein the collecting net accommodating chamber is formed by a cylindrical case body extending rightwards along the front case body, an opening is arranged at the upper end of the cylindrical case body, a plurality of drain holes are arranged on a lower side plate of the cylindrical case body, a front side plate and a rear side plate, a collecting net (551) with an opening at the left end is arranged in the collecting net accommodating chamber, an elastic rope (552) is arranged at the left end of the collecting net and is connected with a fixed ring (553) arranged at the right end of the front case body, a sliding plate (561) is arranged in the right part of the cylindrical case body, a baffle plate (562) is arranged at the right end of the cylindrical case body, a limit check ring (563) is arranged on the side wall at the left side of the sliding plate, the sliding plate is hermetically connected with the side wall, a buffer spring (564) is arranged between the sliding plate and the baffle plate, a, the floating airbag is connected with the cylindrical box body through a connecting wire and is connected with the collecting net through a connecting rope.
6. The underwater fishing net removing device according to claim 1, wherein a support column (56) is provided on a lower surface of the fishing net collecting box, and rollers are provided on the support column.

The underwater fishing net removing device according to claim 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6, wherein the ballast tank is provided with a water pipe and an air pipe, the water pipe is provided with an electromagnetic valve, the air pipe is connected with an inflator pump, and the electromagnetic valve and the inflator pump are both electrically connected with the controller.
