Examples
Referring to fig. 1, the meibomian gland massage device 100 provided by the present embodiment is applied to the meibomian gland massage treatment, and the meibomian gland massage device 100 can simulate manual meibomian gland massage, thereby reducing the labor cost while ensuring the massage effect.
The meibomian gland massage device 100 provided by the embodiment comprises a massage component 110 and an action mechanism 130, wherein the massage component 110 is used for pressing and clamping and fixing the eyelid, transversely pressing the eyelid to be arched in the simulated manual massage process, and the action mechanism 130 is connected with the massage component 110 and used for driving the massage component 110 to act, and longitudinally pressing the eyelid which is fixed in the arched shape in the simulated manual massage process.
Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the massage assembly 110 includes a mounting member 111 and two massage airbag sets 113, the mounting member 111 is connected to the actuating mechanism 130, and the mounting member 111 is provided with a concave arc 1111. The two massage air bag groups 113 are arranged on the concave arc 1111 at intervals, the massage air bag group 113 which is relatively positioned above is used for massaging the upper eyelid, and the massage air bag group 113 which is relatively positioned downwards is used for massaging the lower eyelid.
The massage airbag unit 113 includes a left holding airbag 1131, an extruding airbag 1133, and a right holding airbag 1135, and the left holding airbag 1131, the extruding airbag 1133, and the right holding airbag 1135 are sequentially disposed on the concave arc 1111 at intervals. It can be understood that the shape of the concave arc 1111 of the mounting member 111 matches the shape of the human eye, and in this embodiment, for better fitting with the eye and preventing interference, the mounting member 111 is an arc plate-shaped structure imitating the orbit of the human eye, and the concave arc 1111 is disposed on the concave side of the mounting member 111.
In practical application, the eyelids are correspondingly attached to the left clamping air bag 1131 and the right clamping air bag 1135, when the left clamping air bag 1131 and the right clamping air bag 1135 are inflated, under the guiding action of the concave arc 1111, the left clamping air bag 1131 and the right clamping air bag 1135 push and extrude the eyelids towards the position of the squeezing air bag 1133 located between the left clamping air bag and the right clamping air bag in the transverse direction, when the eyelids are squeezed to a certain extent, the left clamping air bag 1131 and the right clamping air bag 1135 jointly realize the transverse clamping of the eyelids, and at the moment, the part of the eyelids located at the position of the squeezing air bag 1133 is in an arc shape. After the left clamping air bag 1131 and the right clamping air bag 1135 clamp and fix the eyelids, the action mechanism 130 drives the mounting part 111 to move longitudinally, and the pressing air bag 1133 is inflated in the movement process, so that the arched eyelid part formed by clamping is pressed.
It is understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the transverse direction is substantially parallel to the arrangement direction of eyelashes on the edge of the eyelids, and the longitudinal direction is substantially parallel to the contraction and relaxation direction of the eyelids during blinking.
In practical applications, in order to further ensure the effect of the relative squeezing and clamping of the eyelids, the shapes of the left clamping balloon 1131 and the right clamping balloon 1135 may be adjusted and designed correspondingly, for example: the end of each of the left and right clamp balloons 1131, 1135 that are closer to each other are inflated to a lesser extent than the end that are further away from each other.
In the meibomian gland massage apparatus 100 provided by this embodiment, the left clamping airbag 1131 and the right clamping airbag 1135 of the massage airbag set 113 located at the upper position in the longitudinal direction on the mounting member 111 of the massage assembly 110 realize clamping of the upper eyelid, and the left clamping airbag 1131 and the right clamping airbag 1135 of the massage airbag set 113 located at the lower position realize clamping of the lower eyelid.
The action mechanism 130 drives the mounting part 111 to move longitudinally, when the mounting part moves longitudinally upwards, the squeezing air bag 1133 in the massage air bag group 113 located above is deflated relatively, and the squeezing air bag 1133 in the massage air bag group 113 located below is inflated, so that the lower eyelid can be squeezed longitudinally upwards to push secretion in the meibomian glands of the lower eyelid to be squeezed out from the root of eyelashes of the lower eyelid; when the upper eyelid is pressed down, the upper eyelid is pressed down longitudinally to push the secretion in the meibomian glands of the upper eyelid to be squeezed out from the roots of the eyelashes of the upper eyelid.
Considering that the eyelid is excessively clamped by the left clamping balloon 1131 and the right clamping balloon 1135, the clamped eyelid is excessively large, in this case, the process of inflating the pressing balloon 1133 and the process of moving longitudinally to press the eyelid are very difficult, and even the eyelid is injured. Therefore, in this embodiment, the left clamping airbag 1131 and the right clamping airbag 1135 are arranged in the same transverse straight line direction of the concave arc 1111, the pressing airbag 1133, the left clamping airbag 1131 and the right clamping airbag 1135 are arranged in a staggered manner, and a space large enough for accommodating the portion of the eyelid which is pressed to be arched and convex is reserved between the left clamping airbag 1131 and the right clamping airbag 1135. The inflation of the squeeze bulb 1133 is less disturbed by the hold of this part of the eyelid and the squeeze bulb 1133 provides some margin for the squeezing of the eyelid.
The meibomian gland massage device 100 provided by the present embodiment achieves synchronous massage for the upper eyelid and the lower eyelid, and in other embodiments, the massage assembly 110 may only include one massage airbag set 113, and one massage airbag set 113 is disposed on the concave arc 1111 of the mounting member 111, at this time, the upper eyelid and the lower eyelid are massaged step by step.
In this embodiment, the massage assembly 110 further includes an air pump (not shown) and a plurality of control valves (not shown), and the air pump is connected to the left clamping bladder 1131, the right clamping bladder 1135 and the squeezing bladder 1133 through the plurality of control valves. In practical application, after the air pump is started, the control valves corresponding to different air bags are opened, and then the air bags can be inflated.
Referring to fig. 3, the actuating mechanism 130 includes a bracket 131, a lever 133 and a driving member 135, the lever 133 is rotatably connected to the bracket 131, one end of the lever 133 is connected to one side of the mounting member 111 away from the concave arc 1111, one end of the lever 133 away from the mounting member 111 is connected to the driving member 135 in a transmission manner, and the driving member 135 is configured to drive the lever 133 to swing in a longitudinal plane with respect to the bracket 131.
In practical applications, when the driving member 135 drives one end of the lever member 133 away from the mounting member 111 to rotate vertically upward, the other end of the lever member 133 drives the mounting member 111 to rotate vertically downward; when the driving member 135 drives one end of the lever member 133 away from the mounting member 111 to rotate longitudinally downward, the other end of the lever member 133 drives the mounting member 111 to rotate longitudinally upward.
In this embodiment, the driving member 135 includes a motor 1351 and an eccentric 1353, the eccentric 1353 is disposed on an output shaft of the motor 1351, and a peripheral wall of the eccentric 1353 contacts a bottom side of an end of the lever 133 away from the mounting member 111 in a longitudinal direction. During the process that the motor 1351 drives the eccentric 1353 to rotate, the outer wall of the eccentric 1353 is always attached to the bottom side of the end of the lever 133 away from the mounting member 111 in the longitudinal direction, so as to drive the end of the lever 133 away from the mounting member 111 to rotate longitudinally upward or longitudinally downward.
In addition, in consideration of being able to heat the eyelids at the same time during the massage, the meibomian gland massage apparatus 100 according to the present embodiment further includes a heating device (not shown in the drawings) provided on the mounting member 111. In view of facilitating the shedding of meibomian gland secretions squeezed out from the base of the eyelashes of the eyelids, the meibomian gland massage device 100 provided in the present embodiment further includes a vibration device (not shown) also provided on the mounting member 111.
In this embodiment, the respective working states of the air pump, the control valve and the motor 1351 are controlled by the controller, the inflation and deflation of different air bags are realized by controlling the start and stop of the air pump and the opening and closing of the corresponding control valve, so as to realize the automatic transverse clamping of the eyelid, and the automatic longitudinal extrusion of the eyelid is realized by controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the motor 1351 at intervals of a preset time. Therefore, the meibomian gland massage device 100 provided by the present embodiment can realize automated meibomian gland massage.
According to the meibomian gland massage device 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the left clamping air bag 1131 and the right clamping air bag 1135 which are arranged on the concave arc surface 1111 at intervals transversely and relatively press the eyelid in the inflating process, so that the transverse clamping of the eyelid in the manual massage process is simulated; the action mechanism 130 drives the massage air bag set 113 to move longitudinally, and the extrusion air bag 1133 in the massage air bag set 113 is inflated correspondingly in the action process, so that the longitudinal extrusion to the eyelid in the manual massage process is simulated. Therefore, the meibomian gland massage device 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention better simulates manual massage of meibomian glands, replaces manual massage, and can ensure that the massage effect does not slide down in the long-time massage process.

in step S101, the left clamping airbag 1131 and the right clamping airbag 1135 are controlled to be inflated respectively, so that the left clamping airbag 1131 and the right clamping airbag 1135 transversely press the eyelids relatively.
In practical application, when the eyelids are correspondingly attached to the left clamping air bag 1131 and the right clamping air bag 1135, the air pump is controlled to start and operate, and the control valves corresponding to the left clamping air bag 1131 and the right clamping air bag 1135 are controlled to open. The left and right clamping bladders 1131, 1135 are inflated to compress the eyelids toward each other until they together achieve a lateral clamping of the eyelids.
Further, the meibomian gland massage method may further include:
in step S102, when the left clamp airbag 1131 and the right clamp the eyelid together, the left clamp airbag 1131 and the right clamp airbag 1135 are controlled to stop inflating.
After step S101 is completed, the eyelid portion clamped by the left clamping balloon 1131 and the right clamping balloon 1135 is in an arc shape. At this time, the air pump is controlled to stop, and the control valves corresponding to the left clamping air bag 1131 and the right clamping air bag 1135 are controlled to close.
Further, the meibomian gland massage method may further include:
step S103, controlling the action mechanism 130 to act, so that the action mechanism 130 drives the mounting member 111 to move in the longitudinal direction.
The motor 1351 of the actuating mechanism 130 is controlled to operate, so that the motor 1351 drives one end of the lever member 133 away from the mounting member 111 to rotate in the longitudinal direction through the eccentric 1353, and when the end of the lever member 133 away from the mounting member 111 moves in the longitudinal direction downwards, the mounting member 111 drives the massage airbag unit 113 to move in the longitudinal direction upwards; when the end of the lever 133 away from the mounting member 111 moves longitudinally upward, the mounting member 111 drives the massage airbag unit 113 to move longitudinally downward.
Further, the meibomian gland massage method may further include:
in step S104, the pressing bladder 1133 is controlled to inflate so that the pressing bladder 1133 longitudinally presses the portion of the eyelid clamped by the left clamping bladder 1131 and the right clamping bladder 1135 together.
For the upper eyelid, when the mounting member 111 drives the massage airbag set 113 to move vertically upward, the extrusion airbag 1133 is controlled to deflate, and when the mounting member 111 drives the massage airbag set 113 to move vertically downward, the extrusion airbag 1133 is controlled to inflate, so as to realize the extrusion of the upper eyelid. For the lower eyelid, when the mounting member 111 drives the massage airbag set 113 to move vertically upward, the extrusion airbag 1133 is controlled to inflate, and when the mounting member 111 drives the massage airbag set 113 to move vertically downward, the extrusion airbag 1133 is controlled to deflate, so as to achieve the extrusion of the lower eyelid.
According to the meibomian gland massage method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the horizontal clamping of the eyelid in the manual massage process is simulated through the inflation control of the left clamping air bag 1131 and the right clamping air bag 1135; and the longitudinal extrusion of the eyelids in the manual massage process is simulated by controlling the starting and stopping of the action mechanism 130 and the inflation of the extrusion air bag 1133. Therefore, the meibomian gland massage method provided by the embodiment of the invention better simulates manual massage of meibomian glands, replaces manual massage, and can ensure that the massage effect does not slide down in the long-time massage process.
