Example 2
In this embodiment, a detailed structure of the meibomian gland massager is provided.
The structure of the meibomian gland massager is shown in figure 1, the eyelid holder 1 and the meibomian gland massaging rod 2 are made of titanium alloy, the eyelid holder 1 and the meibomian gland massaging rod 2 are convenient to clean and disinfect on the basis of ensuring medical safety for repeated use, and the eyelid holder in figure 1 is in a tightening and clamping state under the action of a spiral retracting buckle.
The eyelid gripper 1 comprises an upper gripper leaf, a lower gripper leaf and a spiral retracting buckle, wherein the upper gripper leaf consists of an upper handle part 3 and an upper clamping part 4 positioned at the head of the upper handle part, the lower gripper leaf consists of a lower handle part 5 and a lower clamping part 6 positioned at the head of the lower handle part, the upper clamping part 4 is hollow-out flat plate-shaped, and the lower clamping part 6 is flat plate-shaped.
Specifically: the flat plate forming the upper clamping part 4 is a hollowed-out fan-shaped flat plate, and the position of the central angle of the hollowed-out fan-shaped flat plate is connected with the head of the upper handle part into an integrated structure; the flat plate forming the lower clamping part 6 is a fan-shaped flat plate, and the part of the central angle of the fan-shaped flat plate is connected with the head of the lower handle part into an integrated structure. The edges of the flat plate forming the upper clamping part 4 and the flat plate forming the lower clamping part 6 are smooth and have no edges, the outer contour shapes of the hollowed-out fan-shaped flat plate forming the upper clamping part 4 and the outer contour shapes of the fan-shaped flat plate forming the lower clamping part 6 are the same, the central angles of the hollowed-out fan-shaped flat plate forming the upper clamping part 4 and the fan-shaped flat plate forming the lower clamping part 6 are 90 degrees, and the chord lengths corresponding to the central angles of the hollowed-out fan-shaped flat plate forming the upper clamping part 4 and the fan-shaped flat plate forming the lower clamping part 6 are 2.2cm. The meibomian gland massage bar 2 consists of a hand-held part 7 and a pressing column 8, wherein the pressing column 8 is a smooth column, the side surface of the pressing column is connected with one end part of the hand-held part 7, the hand-held part is connected with the middle part of the pressing column, and the axis of the pressing column is mutually perpendicular to the hand-held part; the length of the pressing column 8 in the axial direction is 10mm, the diameter of the pressing column is 3mm, and the overall size of the pressing column is smaller than the size of the hollowed-out area of the upper clamping part 4, so that the movable massage in the hollowed-out area of the upper clamping part 4 is realized. Example 3
In this embodiment, the method for using the meibomian gland massager provided by the invention is described, and the operation of massaging the meibomian glands of a patient by using the meibomian gland massager provided by the invention is as follows:
the eyelid holder and the meibomian gland massage rod of the meibomian gland massager are cleaned and disinfected, an operator uses the left hand to put the upper clamping part of the upper page of the eyelid holder on the inner side of the eyelid, the lower clamping part of the lower page of the holder on the outer side of the eyelid, the operator uses the right hand to rotate the nut of the spiral retracting buckle, so that the upper clamping part and the lower clamping part are in parallel and inward tightening, the eyelid area to be massaged is clamped in a mutual fit manner, then the operator uses the left hand to overturn the eyelid holder to overturn the eyelid outwards, and then the operator uses the right hand to hold the meibomian gland massage rod, so that the side face of the pressing column (namely the side face of the cylinder) contacts the eyelid on the inner side of the eyelid, and the meibomian gland is massaged from inside to outside by the pressing column in parallel, so as to achieve the meibomian gland massage effect.
Claims (10)
1. A meibomian gland massager is characterized by comprising an eyelid holder (1) and a meibomian gland massaging bar (2),
the eyelid gripper (1) comprises an upper gripper page, a lower gripper page and a spiral retracting buckle, wherein the upper gripper page consists of an upper handle part (3) and an upper gripper part (4) positioned at the head of the upper handle part, the lower gripper page consists of a lower handle part (5) and a lower gripper part (6) positioned at the head of the lower handle part, the upper gripper part (4) is in a hollowed-out flat plate shape, the lower gripper part (6) is in a flat plate shape, the flat plates forming the upper gripper part and the lower gripper part are matched with the eyelid shape, the upper gripper part (4) and the lower gripper part (6) are mutually parallel to form a gripping pair, the tail part of the upper handle part (3) is connected with the tail part of the lower handle part (5), and the spiral retracting buckle is used for adjusting the distance between the upper gripper part (4) and the lower gripper part (6);
the meibomian gland massage rod (2) consists of a handheld part (7) and a pressing column (8), wherein the pressing column (8) is a smooth cylinder, the side surface of the pressing column is connected with one end part of the handheld part (7), and the axis of the pressing column is mutually perpendicular to the handheld part; the size of the pressing column (8) is smaller than that of the hollowed-out area of the upper clamping part (4) so as to realize the movable massage in the hollowed-out area of the upper clamping part (4);
when the eyelid massaging device is used, the upper clamping part of the upper page of the eyelid clamping device is placed on the inner side of an eyelid, the lower clamping part of the lower page of the eyelid clamping device is placed on the outer side of the eyelid, the eyelid clamping device is turned over to outwards turn the eyelid after the eyelid area to be massaged is clamped by adjusting the spiral retracting buckle, and the eyelid is massaged directly from the palpebral conjunctiva on the inner side of the eyelid through the palpebral gland massaging rod.

The meibomian gland massager according to claim 1, characterized in that the upper clamping portion (4) is provided with a hollowed-out area, the shape of the hollowed-out area is matched with the shape of the eyelid, and the area of the hollowed-out area is at least 70% of the area of the whole upper clamping portion.
3. The meibomian gland massager according to claim 2, characterized in that the outer contour shape of the plate constituting the upper clamping portion (4) is the same as the outer contour shape of the plate constituting the lower clamping portion (6).

The meibomian gland massager according to claim 3, characterized in that the plate forming the upper clamping part (4) is a hollowed-out fan-shaped plate, and the part of the central angle of the hollowed-out fan-shaped plate is connected with the head of the upper handle part; the flat plate forming the lower clamping part (6) is a sector flat plate, and the part of the central angle of the sector flat plate is connected with the head part of the lower handle part.

The meibomian gland massager according to claim 4, characterized in that the central angle between the hollowed-out fan-shaped flat plate constituting the upper clamping part (4) and the fan-shaped flat plate constituting the lower clamping part (6) is 90 ° -120 °, and the chord length corresponding to the central angle between the hollowed-out fan-shaped flat plate constituting the upper clamping part (4) and the fan-shaped flat plate constituting the lower clamping part (6) is 2.0-2.2 cm.

The meibomian gland massager of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the upper and lower gripper leaves are disposed vertically opposite each other, the projection of the upper gripper leaf in the vertical direction falling entirely on the lower gripper leaf with a gap therebetween when the screw retracting buckle is in an open state.

The meibomian gland massager according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the upper handle portion (3) of the upper page of the holder and the lower handle portion (5) of the lower page of the holder are provided with anti-slip patterns (11), and the hand-held portion (7) of the meibomian gland massaging stick is provided with anti-slip patterns (11).
