In one embodiment of the present invention, the disc 2 is screwed with a bolt 21; the bolts 21 are uniformly distributed on the disc 2, and the bolts 21 are sleeved with springs 22; the spring 22 is positioned between the disc 2 and one end of the bolt 21; when the operation clamp works, part of the tumor is positioned in the maxillofacial region, so that the tumor in the maxillofacial region is difficult to clamp by the operation clamp, and the difficulty of tumor cutting on the maxillofacial region is increased; therefore, after the disc 2 is abutted to the cheek by the screw rod 17, the screw bolt 21 is connected to the disc 2 in a threaded manner, so that a worker can screw the screw bolt 21 to rotate, the other end of the screw bolt 21 can jack up the tumor through the skin, the tumor on the maxillofacial area is protruded, the operation clamp can conveniently clamp the tumor inside the maxillofacial area, the screw bolt 21 is sleeved with the spring 22, the screw bolt 21 is prevented from loosening through the spring 22, and the principle of the screw bolt is the same as that of a spring 22 gasket; according to the invention, the disc 2 is supported on the cheek side through the screw rod 17 and the bolt 21 jacks up the skin with the tumor, so that the tumor on the maxillofacial surface can be conveniently removed by a worker, and the practicability of the oral and maxillofacial surgery tumor removal device is further enhanced.
