Referring to fig. 4 and 7, the discharging system 8 includes an ear band folding device 81, a mask laminating device 82 and a discharging conveyer belt 83 located at the end of the mask laminating device 82, wherein the ear band folding device 81 is arranged at the end of the mask conveyer 9 and is composed of a middle pressing plate driven by a middle vertical lifting cylinder 74 and two side pressing plates driven by two lateral driving cylinders. The ear straps on both sides of the mask are pushed to the middle of the mask by the two side pressing plates of the ear strap folding device 81, and then the ear straps are pressed and fixed by the middle pressing plate, so that the peripheries of the masks are more easily corresponding when being overlapped, and meanwhile, the masks are more easily packaged.

the ear belt shearing and positioning device comprises scissors, a transverse mechanical clamping jaw and two vertical mechanical clamping jaws, wherein the scissors, the transverse mechanical clamping jaw and the vertical mechanical clamping jaws are positioned at the edge of the ear belt feeding device, and each transverse mechanical clamping jaw and each vertical mechanical clamping jaw consists of a finger cylinder and two L-shaped fingers; the transverse mechanical clamping jaw and the scissors are driven by two cylinders to slide on a sliding rail on the discharging supporting seat respectively, and the vertical mechanical clamping jaw is rotationally arranged by a clamping jaw adjusting mechanism;
the clamping jaw adjusting mechanism comprises a vertical lifting cylinder fixed on the discharging supporting seat, two vertical clamping jaw mounting shafts fixed at the bottom of the vertical lifting cylinder and a transverse pushing cylinder used for driving the vertical cylinder mounting shafts; the tip of vertical clamping jaw installation axle is equipped with the gear, be equipped with the rack with two gear engaged with on the gas pole of horizontal promotion cylinder, horizontal promotion cylinder promotes two vertical clamping jaw installation axles respectively antiport through the meshing of rack and pinion.
