Referring to fig. 1 to 13, the ear wire feeding module includes an ear wire conveying module 2 disposed on the frame 1, an ear wire clamping and transporting module 3 for clamping and transferring the ear wire conveyed by the ear wire conveying module 2 to a welding point of the mask base body, and an ear wire cutting module 4 for cutting the ear wire.
Referring to fig. 1-13, the ear line conveying module 2 is arranged above the mask base body, and is used for driving an ear line to move along a conveying direction perpendicular to the mask base body, and includes a clamping seat 2-1, a first clamping mechanism arranged on the clamping seat 2-1, and a clamping conveying mechanism for driving the clamping seat 2-1 to move, where the first clamping mechanism includes a first clamping jaw 2-2 and a first clamping cylinder 2-3 for driving the first clamping jaw 2-2 to move; the clamping and conveying mechanism comprises a clamping and conveying cylinder 2-4, the clamping and conveying cylinder 2-4 is installed on the rack 1, and a telescopic rod of the clamping and conveying cylinder 2-4 is connected with the clamping seat 2-1; the clamping and conveying mechanism further comprises two groups of guide mechanisms 2-5 for guiding the movement of the clamping seat 2-1, the two groups of guide mechanisms 2-5 are arranged on two sides of the clamping and conveying cylinder 2-3, each group of guide mechanisms 2-5 comprises a guide rod arranged on the rack 1 and a guide sleeve or a guide hole arranged on the clamping seat 2-1, and the length direction of the guide rod is the same as the movement direction of the telescopic rod of the clamping and conveying cylinder 2-4; the guide rod is matched with the guide sleeve or the guide hole; the tail end of the guide rod is provided with a limiting block, and the size of the limiting block is larger than the aperture of the guide sleeve or the guide hole and is used for preventing the clamping seat 2-1 from being separated from the guide rod.
Through the arrangement, the clamping and conveying cylinder 2-4 drives the clamping seat 2-1 and the first clamping mechanism arranged on the clamping seat 2-1 to move to the wire taking station, and the first clamping cylinder 2-3 in the first clamping mechanism drives the first clamping jaw 2-2 to close, so that the ear wire is clamped. Then, the clamping and conveying cylinder 2-4 drives the clamping seat 2-1 and the first clamping mechanism arranged on the clamping seat 2-1 to return to the initial position, so that the ear line is driven to pass through the upper part of the mask base body along the conveying direction perpendicular to the mask base body, and the ear line is driven to pass through the second clamping jaws 3-2 of the two second clamping mechanisms positioned on the same side in the two groups of second clamping mechanisms. Subsequently, the second clamping mechanism clamps the ear wire, the first clamping mechanism loosens the ear wire, and meanwhile, the ear wire cutting module 4 cuts the ear wire at the material taking station, so that the ear wire is transferred to the ear wire clamping and carrying module 3.
Referring to fig. 1 to 13, the ear wire clamping and transporting module 3 includes a support 3-1, two second clamping mechanisms disposed on the support 3-1, a vertical driving mechanism 9 for driving the second clamping mechanisms to vertically move, and a rotary driving mechanism for driving the second clamping mechanisms to rotate, where the two groups of second clamping mechanisms are respectively disposed on the support 3-1 in sequence along a direction perpendicular to a conveying direction of the mask base, the two groups of second clamping mechanisms are respectively disposed on the support 3-1 in sequence, each group of second clamping mechanisms is two, and the two second clamping mechanisms are respectively disposed on the support 3-1 in sequence along the conveying direction of the mask base; the rotary driving mechanism is used for driving the two second clamping mechanisms in the same group to synchronously rotate and the rotating directions of the two second clamping mechanisms are opposite; the vertical driving mechanism 9 is used for driving the second clamping mechanism to move so as to place the ear wire at the position of a welding point in the mask base body;
the second clamping mechanism comprises a second clamping jaw 3-2 and a second clamping cylinder 3-3 for driving the second clamping jaw 3-2 to work, wherein the cylinder body of the second clamping cylinder 3-3 is rotatably connected to the support 3-1 through a rotating shaft.
The rotary driving mechanism comprises gears 3-6 arranged on the rotating shaft, racks 3-7 meshed with the gears 3-6 and a linear driving mechanism used for driving the racks 3-7 to move along the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the mask base body, wherein the racks 3-7 are divided into two groups, straight teeth matched with the gears 3-6 are arranged on two sides of each group of racks 3-7, and the straight teeth on two sides of each group of racks 3-7 are respectively meshed with the gears 3-6 in the two second clamping mechanisms in the same group; the linear driving mechanism is used for driving two groups of racks 3-7 to do relative motion and reverse motion and comprises a motor 3-4 and a screw rod transmission mechanism 3-5, wherein the motor 3-4 is installed on a support 3-1, a main shaft of the motor 3-4 is connected with a screw rod in the screw rod transmission mechanism 3-5, the length direction of the screw rod in the screw rod transmission mechanism 3-5 is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the mask base body, two groups of screw rod nuts in the screw rod transmission mechanism 3-5 are respectively connected with the two groups of racks 3-7, and the spiral directions of threaded holes in the two groups of screw rod nuts are opposite.
Through the arrangement, after the ear wire conveying module 2 transfers the ear wire to the ear wire clamping and carrying module 3, the motor 3-4 drives the screw rod to rotate, so that the screw rod nut and the rack 3-7 arranged on the screw rod nut are driven to linearly move, and the moving direction is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the mask base body; because the screw directions of the threaded holes of the two lead screw nuts are opposite, the two lead screw nuts move relatively or reversely, namely the two groups of racks 3-7 move oppositely or reversely, so that the second clamping mechanisms at the two sides of each group of racks 3-7 can be driven to synchronously rotate reversely, and in this way, the two second clamping mechanisms positioned at the same side in the two groups of second clamping mechanisms drive the two end parts of one lug wire to move to the two welding points positioned at the same side in the mask base body; and the two second clamping mechanisms on the other side drive the two end parts of the other ear line to move to the two welding points on the other side in the mask base body. Finally, vertical actuating mechanism 9 drives two sets of second fixture downstream, the ear wire is loosened to the second fixture to place the ear wire on the gauze mask base member, accomplish the material loading of ear wire. In the structure, the four second clamping mechanisms can be driven to rotate by one motor 3-4, and the rotary driving mechanism is arranged above the mask base body and does not occupy the space on two sides of the guide rail, so that the structure is quite compact, and the volume is greatly reduced. In addition, because the ear wire in the ear wire feeding module stretches across the upper part of the mask base body before welding, the two ends of the ear wire move to the mask body for welding during welding, and the ear wire after welding is positioned within the range of the edge of the mask body, on one hand, the ear wire cannot be involved with a mechanism outside the guide rail in the conveying process, and on the other hand, the position of the ear wire does not need to be arranged in the subsequent mask packaging process. In addition, because ear wire transport module 2 sets up the top of gauze mask base member, this ear wire transport module 2 drives the ear wire certainly the gauze mask base member top is passed, and the direction of motion of ear wire is perpendicular with the direction of motion of gauze mask base member for ear wire transport module 2 does not occupy the too much space in guide rail both sides, because of doing benefit to the reduction volume.
Referring to fig. 1-13, the brackets 3-1 in the ear wire feeding modules of the multiple ear wire welding devices 10 are connected through a connecting frame, the vertical driving mechanism 9 is used for driving the connecting frame to move vertically, and the vertical driving mechanism 9 is driven by a cylinder or a driving mode combining a motor and a screw rod transmission mechanism; in the embodiment, a mode of combining a motor and a screw rod transmission mechanism is adopted; the vertical driving mechanism 9 further comprises a plurality of groups of vertical guiding mechanisms which are respectively arranged at four opposite corners of the connecting frame and used for guiding the vertical movement of the connecting frame; each group of vertical guide mechanisms adopts a mode of combining a guide rod and a guide sleeve. Through the arrangement, the vertical movement of the second clamping mechanism in the multiple groups of lug wire welding devices 10 can be realized through the vertical driving mechanism 9, so that the cost is saved.
The first clamping mechanisms in this embodiment are two groups, and the two groups of first clamping mechanisms are arranged on the clamping seat 2-1 along the conveying direction of the mask base body, wherein the distance between the two groups of first clamping mechanisms is equal to the distance between the two groups of second clamping mechanisms. Like this, ear wire transport module 2 can transfer two ear wires to ear wire clamp and get in carrying module 3 at every turn, and then improves the speed that the ear wire was carried.
Referring to fig. 1 to 13, the ear wire cutting module 4 is configured to cut an ear wire, after a second clamping mechanism in the ear wire clamping and transporting module 3 clamps an ear wire, the ear wire cutting module 4 cuts the ear wire, the ear wire cutting module 4 includes an ear wire cutting mechanism and an ear wire pressing mechanism for pressing the ear wire to be cut to facilitate cutting by the ear wire cutting mechanism, wherein the ear wire pressing mechanism includes a pressing base 4-1, a pressing block 4-2 disposed on the pressing base 4-1, and a pressing cylinder for driving the pressing block 4-2 to move vertically, a groove engaged with the pressing block 4-2 is disposed on the pressing base 4-1 at a position corresponding to the pressing block 4-2, and stepped surfaces 4-4 are formed at two ends of the groove, the ear line passes through the upper part of the stepped surface 4-4; the pressing cylinder drives the pressing block 4-2 to move downwards to press the ear line on the stepped surface 4-4; the ear line shearing mechanisms are two groups, the two groups of ear line shearing mechanisms are respectively positioned between the step surfaces 4-4 at the two sides of the groove and the two groups of first clamping mechanisms, and each group of ear line shearing mechanism comprises scissors 4-5 and a shearing cylinder 4-6 used for driving the scissors 4-5 to do shearing action. In addition, two groups of guide wheels 4-3 are also arranged on the pressing seat 4-1, and each group comprises two guide wheels; for guiding the ear wire.
Through the arrangement, after the ear wire is clamped by the second clamping mechanism on the ear wire clamping and carrying module 3, the pressing cylinder drives the pressing block 4-2 to move vertically to press the ear wire on the stepped surface 4-4, so that the ear wire between the second clamping mechanism and the ear wire pressing mechanism is in a tightening state, and the ear wire shearing mechanism can conveniently shear the ear wire. In addition, a certain distance is arranged between the scissors 4-5 in the ear line cutting mechanism and the pressing block 4-2, so that after the ear line cutting mechanism cuts off the ear line, the ear line is still exposed partially, and the first clamping mechanism in the ear line conveying module 2 is convenient to clamp the ear line.
Referring to fig. 1-13, the two groups of ear wire welding modules 5 are arranged, the two groups of ear wire welding modules 5 are respectively arranged at the upstream position and the downstream position of the ear wire feeding module, each group of ear wire welding modules 5 comprises an ultrasonic welding head 5-1 arranged at the lower end of the mask base body, a movable die 5-2 arranged above the mask base body and a movable die driving mechanism for driving the movable die 5-2 to move vertically so as to press the two ends of the ear wires at the ultrasonic welding head 5-1 to realize ear wire welding, wherein the two groups of movable dies 5-2 are respectively arranged at the two sides of the ultrasonic welding head 5-1, and the two groups of movable dies 5-2 are respectively driven by the two groups of movable die driving mechanisms; the movable die driving mechanism comprises a support frame 5-5, a movable die driving cylinder 5-3 arranged on the support frame 5-5 and a vertical guide mechanism 5-4 used for guiding the vertical movement of the movable die 5-2, wherein the support frame 5-5 is arranged on the rack 1, and a telescopic rod of the movable die driving cylinder 5-3 is connected with the movable die 5-2; the two groups of vertical guide mechanisms 5-4 are respectively arranged at two sides of the movable die driving cylinder 5-3 and are composed of guide rods and guide sleeves. When the ear wire feeding module respectively places two ear wires at welding points on two sides of the mask base body, the movable die drives the air cylinder 5-3 to drive the movable die 5-2 to move downwards, so that two end parts of the ear wires and the mask base body are pressed at the ultrasonic welding joint 5-1 together, and the welding of the ear wires is completed.
Mask base member conveyor 6 in this embodiment adopts the mode that conveying roller carried, through the motor motion of upper and lower complex conveying roller promptly to the realization is carried the mask base member. The specific structure of the mask cutting device 7 in this embodiment can be implemented by using a mask cutting device available on the market, and will not be described in detail here.
Referring to fig. 1 to 13, the operation principle of the flat mask manufacturing apparatus of the present invention is:
when in work, the mask base body conveying device 6 drives the mask base body to move to the ear line welding station and the mask cutting station in sequence to complete two processes of ear line welding and mask cutting, wherein,
the specific process of welding the ear wire comprises the following steps:
firstly, the ear wire conveying module 2 drives the ear wire to move, so that the ear wire passes through the upper part of the mask base body along the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the mask base body, at the moment, the two groups of second clamping mechanisms in the ear wire clamping and carrying module 3 are opened, and the ear wire conveying module 2 can drive the ear wire to pass through the clamping ends of the second clamping mechanisms respectively. Subsequently, the second clamping mechanism clamps the ear wire, the ear wire shearing module 4 shears the ear wire, and at the same time, the first clamping mechanism in the ear wire conveying module 2 releases the ear wire, so that the ear wire is transferred to the second clamping mechanism of the ear wire clamping and transporting module 3. Then, rotary driving mechanism drives two second fixture synchronous rotations of organizing together, and rotates opposite direction to drive the ear wire and move the solder joint top in the gauze mask base member, afterwards, vertical actuating mechanism drives second fixture downstream works as when second fixture is close the gauze mask base member, second fixture loosens the ear wire, makes the both ends of ear wire accurately contact with two solder joints on the gauze mask base member, thereby accomplish ear wire material loading work. When the ear wire feeding module respectively places two ear wires at welding points on two sides of the mask base body, the movable die drives the air cylinder 5-3 to drive the movable die 5-2 to move downwards so as to press two end parts of the ear wires and the mask base body together at the ultrasonic welding joint 5-1, and the welding work of the ear wires is completed.
The specific process of cutting the mask is as follows:
mask base member conveyor 6 drives the motion of mask base member for the mask base member that has accomplished ear line welded moves mask cutting device 7 department, mask cutting device 7 cuts the mask base member into independent plane mask.
In the above process, because the ear line welding device 10 is a plurality of sets, therefore, the mask base body stays at each time, the ear line welding of the two sides of a plurality of plane masks can be completed on the mask base body by the plurality of sets of ear line welding devices 10, so that the ear line welding speed and the mask cutting speed can be matched, the mask base body conveying device 6 can drive the mask base body to move a plurality of distances taking the width of the plane masks as a unit, for example, the ear line welding device 10 is five sets, namely, the mask base body stays once, namely, the ear line welding can be completed on the mask base body by five plane masks, after the ear lines are welded, the mask base body conveying device 6 can drive the mask base body to move, the moving distance is the width of five plane masks, and meanwhile, the ear line cutting device 7 can also continuously cut five plane masks, thereby greatly improving the production efficiency of the mask.

the ear wire welding modules are arranged in two groups, the two groups of ear wire welding modules are respectively arranged at the upstream position and the downstream position of the ear wire feeding module, and each group of ear wire welding modules comprises an ultrasonic welding head arranged at the lower end of the mask base body, a movable die arranged above the mask base body and a movable die driving mechanism used for driving the movable die to move vertically so as to press the two end parts of the ear wires at the ultrasonic welding head to realize ear wire welding; when two second clamping mechanisms in two sets of second clamping mechanisms for clamping the same ear wire synchronously rotate to send two end parts of the ear wire to the lower part of the movable die, the movable die driving mechanism drives the movable die to move to weld the ear wire on the mask base body.

The flat mask production apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of ear wire welding devices are arranged in a plurality of groups, and the plurality of groups of ear wire welding devices are sequentially arranged on the frame along the transportation direction of the mask base body.

The flat mask production apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the two sets of movable dies are respectively disposed on both sides of the ultrasonic welding head, and the two sets of movable dies are respectively driven by two sets of movable die driving mechanisms; the movable die driving mechanism comprises a support frame, a movable die driving cylinder arranged on the support frame and a vertical guide mechanism used for guiding the vertical movement of the movable die, wherein the support frame is arranged on the rack, and a telescopic rod of the movable die driving cylinder is connected with the movable die; the two groups of vertical guide mechanisms are respectively arranged on two sides of the movable die driving cylinder and are composed of guide rods and guide sleeves.

The flat mask production equipment according to claim 3, wherein the second clamping mechanisms are connected to the support through rotating shafts, the rotating driving mechanism comprises gears arranged on the rotating shafts, racks meshed with the gears and a linear driving mechanism for driving the racks to move along a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the mask base body, wherein the racks are divided into two groups, two sides of each group of racks are provided with straight teeth matched with the gears, and the straight teeth on two sides of each group of racks are respectively meshed with the gears in the two second clamping mechanisms in the same group; the linear driving mechanism is used for driving the two groups of racks to synchronously move oppositely and reversely.

The flat mask production apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the linear driving mechanism comprises a motor and a screw transmission mechanism, wherein the motor is mounted on the support, a main shaft of the motor is connected with a screw in the screw transmission mechanism, a length direction of the screw in the screw transmission mechanism is perpendicular to a conveying direction of the mask base body, two sets of screw nuts in the screw transmission mechanism are respectively connected with the two sets of racks, and a screwing direction of threaded holes in the two sets of screw nuts is opposite.

The production equipment of the planar mask according to claim 5, wherein the brackets in the ear wire feeding modules of the plurality of groups of ear wire welding devices are connected through a connecting frame, and the vertical driving mechanism is used for driving the connecting frame to move vertically; the vertical driving mechanism is driven by a cylinder or a driving mode of combining a motor and a screw rod transmission mechanism; the vertical driving mechanism also comprises a plurality of groups of vertical guide mechanisms, wherein the plurality of groups of vertical guide mechanisms are respectively arranged at four opposite corners of the connecting frame and are used for guiding the vertical movement of the connecting frame; each group of vertical guide mechanisms adopts a mode of combining a guide rod and a guide sleeve.

The flat mask production equipment according to claim 1, wherein the first clamping mechanism comprises a first clamping jaw and a first clamping cylinder for driving the first clamping jaw to move; the clamping and conveying mechanism comprises a clamping and conveying cylinder, the clamping and conveying cylinder is mounted on the rack, and a telescopic rod of the clamping and conveying cylinder is connected with the clamping seat; the clamping and conveying mechanism further comprises two groups of guide mechanisms for guiding the movement of the clamping seat, the two groups of guide mechanisms are respectively arranged on two sides of the clamping and conveying cylinder, each group of guide mechanisms comprises a guide rod arranged on the rack and a guide sleeve or a guide hole arranged on the clamping seat, and the length direction of the guide rod is the same as the movement direction of a telescopic rod of the clamping and conveying cylinder; the guide rod is matched with the guide sleeve or the guide hole; the tail end of the guide rod is provided with a limiting block, and the size of the limiting block is larger than the aperture of the guide sleeve or the guide hole.
8. A production method using the flat mask production apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
(1) the mask roll feeding device conveys cloth for manufacturing the mask forwards, the cloth for manufacturing the mask moves to a mask preorder processing station under the traction of a first mask base body conveying device and a second mask base body conveying device in the mask base body conveying device, and the preorder processing device processes the cloth to manufacture a mask base body;
(2) the first mask base body conveying device and the second mask base body conveying device in the mask base body conveying device continuously pull the manufactured mask base body to move to the ear line welding station, the first mask base body conveying device and the second mask base body conveying device which are positioned on the front side and the rear side of the ear line welding device enable the mask base body positioned between the first mask base body conveying device and the second mask base body conveying device in the mask base body to be in a tightened state, and the tightening degree of each position is the same; then, the ear wire welding device welds the ear wire on the mask base body;
(3) after the ear line welding is finished, the second mask base body conveying device pulls the mask base body which is subjected to the ear line welding to move to the mask cutting station, and the mask cutting device cuts the mask base body into an independent plane mask;
(4) and (4) repeating the steps (1) to (3) to realize the continuous production of the plane mask.
