The opening section of the first nose line guide passage 531 is in a circular arc shape matching the contour of the nose line.
The arc-shaped first nose line guide channel 531 can be attached to the outline of the nose line, the end with the larger caliber on the first nose line guide channel 531 can enable the nose line to smoothly penetrate through the first nose line guide channel, and the smaller caliber on the other end can enable the positioning of the nose line before welding with the mask body to be more accurate, so that the smoothness degree of feeding of the nose line can be improved, and the positioning of the nose line before welding with the mask body can be more accurate.
The first nose line cutting device 52 comprises a nose line cutter wheel 522 capable of rotating, a first cutting edge 521 is arranged on the circumferential side wall of the nose line cutter wheel 522, and a first cutting groove 55 matched with the cutting path of the first cutting edge 521 is formed on the feeding surface 51.
When the first cutting edge 521 rotates to cut the nose line, the first cutting edge 521 passes through the first cutting groove 55, and the first cutting groove 55 is provided for the first cutting edge 521 to pass through when rotating.
The feeding surface 51 is provided with a welding and shaping mechanism 6, the welding and shaping mechanism 6 is sequentially provided with a mask guide part 56 through which the mask can pass, a first tooth module 57 for pressing a nose line on the mask and a nose line welding device 58 along the feeding direction, and a first guide channel 53 is arranged in the mask guide part 56.
When the nose line moves into the mask body, the first tooth module 57 clamps and fixes the nose line in the mask body, and then the nose line welding device 58 welds and fixes the nose line in the mask body.
The end of the mask guiding portion 56 close to the first tooth module 57 is provided with a first narrowing channel 561, and the width of the first narrowing channel 561 along the two side surfaces of the feeding direction is gradually reduced.
When the mask body continues to feed along the first narrowing passage 561, the surface area of the mask body is gradually reduced, and the mask body is further narrowed to reduce the mask body.
The end surface of the first narrowing channel 561 near the first tooth module 57 is provided with a first downward pressing portion 5611, and the first downward pressing portion 5611 is inclined from high to low along the feeding direction.
Because the first tooth module 57 is arranged in a roller module manner, the mask body can smoothly enter the first tooth module 57 and the nose line welding device 58, and the production process is more flow-path.
The feeding surface 51 is provided with a welding and shaping mechanism 6, and the welding and shaping mechanism 6 is sequentially provided with a mask folding component 61, a first pressure feeding wheel set 62, a second gear module 63, a second pressure feeding wheel set 64, a first cutter wheel set 65 and a third pressure feeding wheel set 66 along the feeding direction; a mask welding device 67 positioned on the other side of the feeding surface 51 is arranged below the second tooth module 63; the mask folding assembly 61 includes a folding roller 611 and a folding plate group 612 which are sequentially arranged along the feeding direction, and the folding roller 611 is arranged at the side of the first nose line cutting device 52 along the feeding direction.
The mask body is folded into a plurality of creases through the surface part of the mask folding component 61, then the materials are continuously fed under the extrusion of the first pressing and conveying wheel set 62 and the pre-fixing before the pressing of the second gear module 63 is completed, then the pressing and forming of the mask body and the welding and forming of the mask welding device 67 are completed through the second gear module 63, and then the mask body is cut into single mask bodies through the first cutter wheel set 65 after passing through the second pressing and conveying wheel set 64. The folding rollers 611 are two groups of oppositely arranged pressing rollers, the two groups of pressing rollers are opposite in orientation and mutually abutted, the folding plate groups 612 are two groups of oppositely arranged folding frames which are staggered, the folding frames are the folding plate groups 612 which are arranged in a stepped mode, and the mask body sequentially passes through the folding rollers 611 and the folding plate groups 612 to complete the folding process of the mask body.
The ear belt welding mechanism 8 comprises an ear belt welding frame 81, a first linear driving device 82 fixedly arranged on the ear belt welding frame 81, a connecting part 83 in driving connection with the first linear driving device 82, and first welding heads 84 respectively arranged at the tail ends of the connecting part 83; the connecting portion 83 is further provided with a welding mounting frame 86 in sliding connection with the connecting portion, the welding mounting frame 86 is provided with a second linear driving device 811, a third linear driving device 812 and a second motor 813, the tail end of the second motor 813 is provided with a rotating plate 815, two ends of the rotating plate 815 are respectively provided with an ear band supporting frame 816, and two sides of the rotating plate 815 are respectively provided with two corresponding elastic hooks 817 rotatably connected with the two corresponding elastic hooks. The second linear driving device 811 is provided with two stop blocks 818 which are in driving connection with the second linear driving device, and when the two stop blocks 818 move downwards, the elastic hooks 817 are driven to cling to the side surface of the rotating plate 815; the third linear driving device 812 is provided with a line pressing bending plate 819 in driving connection with the third linear driving device. The ear band cutting mechanism 85 comprises a scissors driving device 852 and a pneumatic scissors 853 arranged on a piston rod of the scissors driving device 852, wherein the scissors driving device 852 drives the pneumatic scissors 853 to extend into/withdraw from the middle of two corresponding elastic hooks 817.
The ear strap material continues to feed into the rotating plate 815. The ear belt material is wound on the rotating plate 815 and the ear belt supporting frame 816, and the elastic hook 817 hooks the ear belt material. The second linear driving device 811 drives the two stoppers 818 to move downwards, when the two stoppers 818 move downwards, the two elastic hooks 817 are driven to cling to the side surface of the rotating plate 815 and press the ear belt material on the surface of the rotating plate 815, meanwhile, the scissors driving device 852 drives the pneumatic scissors 853 to extend into the middle of the two corresponding elastic hooks 817, the pneumatic scissors 853 cut the ear belt material, and the cut ear belt has two thread ends. Then, the third linear driving device 812 drives the wire bending plate 819 to move downward to press the ear wire, and simultaneously, the first linear driving device 82 drives the two first welding heads 84 to move downward, respectively, and the first welding heads 84 weld the two ends of the ear strap to one side of the cloth. After the welding is completed, the third linear driving device 812 drives the line pressing bent plate 819 to move upwards, meanwhile, the two first linear driving devices 82 respectively and simultaneously drive the two first welding heads 84 to move upwards, after the welding is completed, the thread heads of the ear strap materials are hooked on the elastic hooks 817, the rotating plate 815 rotates for a circle and pulls the ear strap materials through the elastic hooks 817, and the next cycle is continued.
Utmost point ear folding mechanism 9, including ear area folding base 91, be equipped with the first installation position 911 that is used for placing the ear area on ear area folding base 91, the side of ear area folding base 91 is rotated and is connected with ear pressing belt swing arm 92, and ear pressing belt swing arm 92 is equipped with the upset pole 93 that is used for driving the ear area upset near the side of first installation position 911, rotates on the ear pressing belt swing arm 92 and is connected with the ear area power device 94 that can order about its rotation.
The first mounting position 911 is provided with a first groove 95 matching with the turning rod 93.
The ear band folding base 91 is provided with a bearing seat 96, the bearing seat 96 is provided with an ear band power device 94 moving along the direction vertical to the top end face of the first mounting position 911, and the movable end of the ear band power device 94 is provided with an ear band pressing part 90.
The side of the ear strap folding base 91 is provided with a second mounting position 912 for placing a mask, the bearing seat 96 is provided with a mask pressing power device 98 positioned above the second mounting position 912, and the movable end of the mask pressing power device 98 is provided with a mask pressing plate 99 for pressing the mask body.
After the welding of the ear straps is completed on the ear strap welding mechanism 8, the ear straps are unfolded and laid on the two sides of the mask body, and the turnover rod 93 is positioned in the first groove 95 at the moment, so that the ear straps cover the turnover rod 93; when the mask body moves to the second mounting position 912, the ear belt also moves to the first mounting position 911 and covers the turnover rod 93, at the moment, the ear belt power device 94 drives the turnover rod 93 to rotate through the ear belt pressing swing arm 92, the turnover rod 93 rotates towards the direction close to the mask body, and then the ear belt is driven to turn towards the direction of the mask body and is folded; subsequently, the ear strap power device 94 drives the ear strap pressing portion 90 to approach the ear strap, and presses the ear strap onto the mask body. The ear belt is overturned and folded in the mask body in an automatic processing mode, so that unnecessary pollution to the mask body caused by manual operation is avoided, the area of the folded ear belt exposed out of the mask body is reduced when the ear belt is folded, and the mask is convenient to store and place.
The ear belt power device 94 includes a swing arm linear driving mechanism 941, the turning rod 93 is inserted into one end of the ear pressing belt swing arm 92, and the movable end of the swing arm linear driving mechanism 941 is rotatably connected to one end of the ear pressing belt swing arm 92 far away from the turning rod 93.
The cross section of the ear pressing belt swing arm 92 is parallelogram.
The swing arm linear driving mechanism 941 drives the ear pressing belt swing arm 92 to rotate so as to swing the turnover rod 93, thereby folding the ear belt. The cross section of the ear pressing belt swing arm 92 is parallelogram, so that when the turning rod 93 rotates into the first groove 95, the ear pressing belt swing arm 92 is also attached to the surface of the first mounting position 911.
The pole lug folding mechanism 9 is connected with a fourth conveying line 14 used for discharging finished products of the mask along one side of the feeding direction, a fifth conveying line 15 is arranged at the discharging end of the fourth conveying line 14, a finished product pressing driving device 17 is arranged on the fourth conveying line 14, and a finished product pressing part 18 which can extend to the fifth conveying line 15 is arranged at the movable end of the finished product pressing driving device 17.
The fifth conveyor line 15 is disposed below the discharge end of the fourth conveyor line 14, so that after the mask body is folded on the tab folding mechanism 9, the mask body is moved from the discharge end of the fourth conveyor line 14 to the fifth conveyor line 15, and then the finished product press-fit driving device 17 drives the finished product press-fit portion 18 to press the mask body onto the fifth conveyor line 15.

An automatic mask machine is characterized by comprising a feeding mechanism (4), a forming mechanism (5), a welding and shaping mechanism (6), a connecting conveying line (7) for conveying a mask body, an ear belt welding mechanism (8) for welding a mask ear belt and an ear tab folding mechanism (9) for folding the mask ear belt, which are sequentially arranged; the mask pushing linear driving device is characterized in that the number of the ear belt welding mechanisms (8) is a plurality, the ear belt welding mechanisms are arranged on the side of the connecting conveying line (7), the ear belt welding mechanisms (8) are connected with the connecting conveying line (7) through a first conveying line (10), a mask pushing linear driving device (16) used for driving a mask body to slide into the first conveying line (10) is arranged on the side of the connecting conveying line (7), and the number of the first conveying lines (10) is matched with the number of the ear belt welding mechanisms (8); the ear belt welding mechanism (8) is connected with the ear tab folding mechanism (9) through a second conveying line (11).

The automatic mask machine according to claim 1, wherein the welding shaping mechanism (6) is connected with the connecting conveyor line (7) through a third conveyor line (13), an ejecting rotating shaft (131) is connected to the third conveyor line (13) in a rotating mode, an ejecting swing arm (132) used for ejecting a mask body is arranged on the ejecting rotating shaft (131), the ejecting swing arm (132) is located in the third conveyor line (13), and the ejecting swing arm (132) is driven to rotate through an ejecting power device (133) and enables the mask body to enter the connecting conveyor line (7) after being overturned.

The automatic mask machine according to claim 1, wherein the first conveying line (10) comprises two rotating wheels (101) with the same rotating direction and the same feeding direction, wherein a linear conveying ring (102) coaxially wound on the other rotating wheel (101) is sleeved on the circumferential side wall of one rotating wheel (101); the number of the linear conveying rings (102) is at least two and is evenly distributed along the axial direction of the rotating wheel (101).

The automatic mask machine according to claim 1, wherein the forming mechanism (5) comprises a feeding and conveying mechanism for placing the nose line and a first nose line cutting device (52), a first guide channel (53) for passing the nose line is arranged on the side of the feeding and conveying mechanism close to the first nose line cutting device (52), the first nose line cutting device (52) comprises a first cutting edge (521) arranged on the opening of the first guide channel (53), and the cutting direction of the first cutting edge (521) is arranged in the axial direction of the first guide channel (53).
