Preferably, the automatic mask production equipment further comprises: a sterilization chamber for providing a sterile production environment; all parts of the automatic mask production equipment are installed in the sterilization chamber, so that the sterilization effect is further improved, and the production quality is further ensured.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the automatic mask production apparatus further includes: a signal processing control device 10; the signal processing control device 10 is respectively connected with the cloth welding device 2, the cutter device 3, the shunt device 4, the first ear band welding device 7 and the second ear band welding device 8, and is used for controlling the operation of the cloth welding device 2, the cutter device 3, the shunt device 4, the first ear band welding device 7 and the second ear band welding device 8. Preferably, the signal processing control device can be implemented by a digital signal processor such as a DSP or an FPGA.

The present embodiment provides a mask production process, which can be implemented by the mask automatic production apparatus of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, including the following steps, preferably, the components for controlling the cloth welding device 2, the cutter device 3, the shunt device 4, the first ear band welding device 7 and the second ear band welding device 8 in the following steps can be the signal processing control device 10:
s1, the feeding frame 1 outputs the raw material cloth 100 to the cloth welding device 2;
s2, the cloth welding device 2 welds the raw material cloth tightly into a whole to form a cloth welding strip 101, and outputs the cloth welding strip to the cutter device 3, and the first disinfection device 91 sterilizes the welding process;
s3, cutting the melt cloth strip 101 by the cutter device 3 to form a single mask outer part 102, outputting the single mask outer part to the flow dividing device 4, and sterilizing and disinfecting the cutting process by the first disinfecting device 91;
s4, the diversion device 4 diverts the single mask outer part 102 and outputs the split stream to the first conveying device 5 and the second conveying device 6 respectively;
s5, the first conveying device 5 conveys the single mask shell 102 to the first ear band welding device 7, and the second conveying device 6 conveys the single mask shell 102 to the second ear band welding device 8;
and S6, respectively carrying out ear band welding on the single mask outer piece by the first ear band welding device 7 and the second ear band welding device 8 to form and output the finished mask 103.
According to the mask production process, the step of shunting is carried out after the mask is cut into the single mask appearance piece, so that the production efficiency is improved. The sterilization is respectively carried out in the steps of welding and cutting, so that the bacterium content of the mask is reduced, and the production quality of the mask is improved.
Preferably, the step of S4 includes:
s41, controlling the moving frame 401 to move to enable the second conveying table 48 to move to the input port 4021 of the fixed frame 402, wherein the first conveying table 44 is just aligned with the first output port 4022 of the fixed frame 402;
s42, controlling the first electromagnetic device 45 to lose magnetism while the single mask outer shape outputted from the cutter device 3 is conveyed onto the second conveying table 48, so that the first metal strip 441 of the first conveying table 44 is not attracted and the first conveying table 44 falls down, thereby releasing the clamping of the single mask outer shape on the first conveying table 44;
s43, controlling the second electromagnetic device 49 to have magnetism, the second metal strip 481 of the second conveying table 48 is attracted and the second conveying table 48 is lifted, the second electromagnetic device 49 and the second conveying table 48 hold the single mask outer piece therebetween, and simultaneously, controlling the first push plate 4025 to push the single mask outer piece on the first conveying table 44 to be output from the first output port 4022 to the first conveying device 5;
s44, controlling the moving frame 401 to move to enable the first conveying table 44 to move to the input port 4021 of the fixed frame 402, wherein the second conveying table 48 is just aligned with the second output port 4023 of the fixed frame 402;
s45, controlling the second electromagnetic device 49 to lose magnetism while the single mask outer shape outputted from the cutter device 3 is conveyed onto the first conveying table 44, and the second metal strip 481 of the second conveying table 48 is not attracted and the second conveying table 48 falls down to loosen the clamping of the single mask outer shape on the second conveying table 48;
s46, the first electromagnetic device 45 is controlled to have magnetism, the first metal strip 441 on the first conveying table 44 is attracted, the first conveying table 44 rises, the first electromagnetic device 45 and the first conveying table 44 clamp the single mask outer-shaped piece therebetween, and the second push plate 4026 is controlled to push the single mask outer-shaped piece on the second conveying table 48 to be output from the second output port 4023 to the second conveying device 6.

Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. Claims (8)

1. An automated mask production apparatus, comprising: the device comprises a material placing frame (1), a cloth welding device (2), a cutter device (3), a flow dividing device (4), a first conveying device (5), a second conveying device (6), a first ear belt welding device (7), a second ear belt welding device (8) and a first sterilizing device (91);
the output end of the material placing frame (1) is connected with the input end of the cloth welding device (2) and is used for storing and outputting raw material cloth;
the output end of the cloth welding device (2) is connected with the input end of the cutter device (3) and is used for tightly welding the raw material cloth into a whole and outputting a welding cloth strip;
the output end of the cutter device (3) is connected with the input end of the flow dividing device (4) and is used for cutting the melt cloth strip into single mask outer pieces and outputting the single mask outer pieces;
a first output port of the shunting device (4) is connected with an input end of the first conveying device (5), and a second output port of the shunting device (4) is connected with an input end of the second conveying device (6) and used for shunting and outputting the single mask external part;
the output end of the first conveying device (5) is connected with the input end of the first ear band welding device (7) and is used for conveying the single mask external piece to the first ear band welding device (7);
the output end of the second conveying device (6) is connected with the input end of the second ear band welding device (8) and used for conveying the single mask external piece to the second ear band welding device (8);
the first ear band welding device (7) and the second ear band welding device (8) respectively perform ear band welding on the single mask external piece and output the ear band welding;
the first disinfection device (91) is arranged on the side of the cloth welding device (2) and the side of the cutter device (3) and is used for sterilizing and disinfecting the production process of the cloth welding device (2) and the cutter device (3).
2. The mask automatic production apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the flow dividing device comprises: the device comprises a moving frame (401), a fixed frame (402), a first push plate (4025) and a second push plate (4026);
the moving frame (401) is arranged on the fixed frame (402) and is used for moving in the fixed frame (402) to alternately convey the single mask outer piece output from the cutting knife device (3) to the first conveying device (5) and the second conveying device (6);
the fixing frame (402) is a square strip-shaped container with an upper opening, the middle part of one side wall is provided with an input port (4021), the right part of the other side wall opposite to the one side wall is provided with a first output port (4022), the left part is provided with a second output port (4023), and the middle part of the other side wall opposite to the input port (4021) is provided with a front baffle (4024); the input port (4021) is connected with the output end of the cutter device (3), the first output port (4022) is connected with the input end of the first conveying device (5), and the second output port (4023) is connected with the input end of the second conveying device (6);
the first push plate (4025) is arranged close to the right side of one side wall of the fixed frame (402) and corresponds to the position of the first outlet (4022), and is used for entering the fixed frame (402) from a through hole on the right side of one side wall and pushing out a single mask external piece conveyed on the movable frame (401) from the first outlet (4022) to the first conveying device (5);
the second push plate (4026) is arranged close to the left side of one side wall of the fixed frame (402) and corresponds to the position of the second outlet (4023), and is used for entering the fixed frame (402) from the through hole on the left side of one side wall and pushing out the single mask outer piece conveyed on the movable frame (401) from the second outlet (4023) to the second conveying device (6).

The mask automatic production apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the moving frame (401) comprises: a first clamping and conveying device and a second clamping and conveying device; the frame body of the moving frame (401) is an annular frame, the left side and the right side of the upper part of the annular frame are respectively provided with a cover edge (4011), and the left side and the right side of the lower part of the annular frame are respectively provided with a first lifting hole (4012) and a second lifting hole (4013);
the first clamping and conveying device comprises a first lifting rod (42), a first limiting ring (43), a first conveying platform (44) and a first electromagnetic device (45); the first lifting rod (42) is inserted into the first lifting hole (4012), the first limiting ring (43) is sleeved on the first lifting rod (42), the first conveying table (44) is installed at the upper end part of the first lifting rod (42), a first metal strip (441) is installed on the table surface of the first conveying table (44), and the first electromagnetic device (45) is hung on the cover edge (4011) above the first conveying table (44);
the second clamping and conveying device comprises a second lifting rod (46), a second limiting ring (47), a second conveying platform (48) and a second electromagnetic device (49); the second lifting rod (46) is inserted into the second lifting hole (4013), the second limiting ring (47) is sleeved on the second lifting rod (46), the second conveying platform (48) is installed at the upper end portion of the second lifting rod (46), the second metal strip (481) is installed on the table top of the second conveying platform (48), and the second electromagnetic device (49) is hung on the cover edge above the second conveying platform (48).
4. The mask automatic production apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising: a second sterilizing device (92) and a third sterilizing device (93);
the second disinfection device (92) is covered on the conveying channel of the first conveying device (5) and is used for disinfecting and sterilizing the single mask external piece conveyed by the first conveying device (5);
the third sterilizing device (93) is covered on the conveying channel of the second conveying device (6) and is used for sterilizing the single mask external piece conveyed by the second conveying device (6).
5. The mask automatic production apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising: a sterilization chamber for providing a sterile production environment; all parts of the automatic mask production equipment are arranged in the sterilizing chamber.
6. The mask automatic production apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising: a signal processing control device (10);
the signal processing control device (10) is respectively connected with the cloth welding device (2), the cutter device (3), the shunt device (4), the first ear belt welding device (7) and the second ear belt welding device (8) and is used for controlling the operation of the cloth welding device (2), the cutter device (3), the shunt device (4), the first ear belt welding device (7) and the second ear belt welding device (8).
7. A mask production process is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the material placing frame (1) outputs a raw material cloth (100) to the cloth welding device (2);
the cloth welding device (2) tightly welds the raw material cloth into a whole to form a cloth welding strip (101) and outputs the cloth welding strip to the cutter device (3), and the first disinfection device (91) sterilizes the welding process;
the cutter device (3) cuts the melt cloth strip (101) to form a single mask outer piece (102), the single mask outer piece is output to the flow dividing device (4), and meanwhile the first disinfection device (91) conducts sterilization and disinfection on the cutting process;
the shunting device (4) shunts the single mask external piece (102) and respectively outputs the shunted single mask external piece to the first conveying device (5) and the second conveying device (6);
a first conveying device (5) conveys the single mask external piece (102) to a first ear band welding device (7), and a second conveying device (6) conveys the single mask external piece (102) to a second ear band welding device (8);
the first ear band welding device (7) and the second ear band welding device (8) respectively perform ear band welding on the single mask external piece to form a finished mask (103) and output the finished mask.
8. Mask production process according to claim 7, characterized in that the step of shunting the single mask outer (102) by the shunting device (4) to be respectively delivered to the first delivery device (5) and the second delivery device (6) comprises:
controlling the moving frame (401) to move to enable the second conveying table (48) to move to the input port (4021) of the fixed frame (402), wherein the first conveying table (44) is just aligned with the first output port (4022) of the fixed frame (402);
controlling the first electromagnetic device (45) to lose magnetism while the single mask external piece output from the cutter device (3) is conveyed to the second conveying table (48), wherein the first metal strip (441) of the first conveying table (44) is not attracted, and the first conveying table (44) falls down to release the clamping of the single mask external piece on the first conveying table (44);
controlling the second electromagnetic device (49) to have magnetism, enabling a second metal strip (481) of the second conveying table (48) to be attracted and the second conveying table (48) to ascend, clamping a single mask outer piece between the second electromagnetic device (49) and the second conveying table (48), and simultaneously controlling the first push plate (4025) to push the single mask outer piece on the first conveying table (44) to be output to the first conveying device (5) from the first output port (4022);
controlling the moving frame (401) to move to enable the first conveying table (44) to move to the input port (4021) of the fixed frame (402), and enabling the second conveying table (48) to be just aligned with the second output port (4023) of the fixed frame (402);
while the single mask external piece output from the cutter device (3) is conveyed to the first conveying table (44), the second electromagnetic device (49) is controlled to lose magnetism, the second metal strip (481) of the second conveying table (48) is not attracted, and the second conveying table (48) falls down, so that the clamping of the single mask external piece on the second conveying table (48) is released;
the first electromagnetic device (45) is controlled to have magnetism, the first metal strip (441) of the first conveying table (44) is attracted, the first conveying table (44) ascends, the first electromagnetic device (45) and the first conveying table (44) clamp the single mask outer piece between the first electromagnetic device and the first conveying table, and meanwhile the second push plate (4026) is controlled to push the single mask outer piece on the second conveying table (48) to be output to the second conveying device (6) from the second output port (4023).
