Abstract

一种健康型纳米杀菌消毒剂的制备方法,按以下步骤进行:(1)在搅拌条件下向水中依次加入乙醇、葡萄糖、薄荷脑和谷氨酸钠,全部溶解制成反应溶液;(2)在搅拌条件下向反应溶液中加入纳米钛酸锌和纳米硅,继续搅拌均匀制成悬浊液;(3)在静置条件下将悬浊液超声分散15~30min。本发明制备的健康型纳米杀菌消毒剂具有去除甲醛\苯类\异味、杀菌和消毒的功效;散发的薄荷脑气味具有清凉、止痒的促进健康的作用;纳米粒子在水中处于悬浮状态,都能充分分散而不团聚;制备方法简捷,绿色环保。

一种健康型纳米杀菌消毒剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于纳米材料和环保技术领域,具体涉及一种健康型纳米杀菌消毒剂的制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,室内或车内等场所的甲醛和苯类等有害气体、病菌或病毒越发引起人们对重视,研发了一系列产品。杀菌消毒剂在用于杀灭病原微生物具有很大的作用;目前,国内外都非常重视研发对环境无害且作用快速的消毒剂。当前灭菌杀毒产品中的过氧化物很受瞩目;过氧化物类消毒剂具有强氧化能力,各种微生物对其十分敏感,能将所有微生物杀灭;这类消毒剂包括过氧化氢、过氧乙酸、次氯酸钠、二氧化氯和臭氧等,它们具有很好的杀菌消毒的优点,但是往往对人体有害、或者气味呛人、或者时效不长。
以纳米银为代表的新一代纳米消毒液具有持久的消毒能力,但纳米银消毒液的成本高,制备工艺较为复杂。采用季铵盐类化合物或醇类消毒剂虽然也有消毒和抑菌的作用,作用速度慢,而且还能造成皮肤快速脱水而导致皮肤干燥、瘙痒等问题,从而限制了季铵盐类化合物与醇类消毒剂混合消毒液的使用范围。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种健康型纳米杀菌消毒剂的制备方法,以薄荷脑、纳米硅等纳米材料作为功能原料,制成具有多种杀菌消毒功效,且能够散发的清凉止痒的薄荷脑气味,制备方法简洁环保。
本发明的方法按以下步骤进行:
1、在搅拌条件下向水中依次加入乙醇、葡萄糖、薄荷脑和谷氨酸钠,继续搅拌至全部溶解制成反应溶液;其中乙醇为水质量的3~8%,葡萄糖为水质量的2~9%,薄荷脑为水质量的0.09~0.18%,谷氨酸钠为水质量的0.06~0.09%;
2、在搅拌条件下向反应溶液中加入纳米钛酸锌和纳米硅,然后继续搅拌均匀,纳米钛酸锌悬浮分布在悬浊液中,制成悬浊液;
3、在静置条件下将悬浊液超声分散15~30min,制成健康型纳米杀菌消毒剂。
上述的步骤2中,纳米钛酸锌的粒径20~40nm,加入量为水质量的3~10%;纳米硅的粒径30~60nm,加入量为水质量的2~9%。
本发明制备的健康型纳米杀菌消毒剂具有去除甲醛\苯类\异味、杀菌和消毒的功效,不但不呛人,而且散发的薄荷脑气味具有清凉、止痒的促进健康的作用;纳米粒子在水中处于悬浮状态,都能充分分散而不团聚;制备方法简捷,绿色环保。
具体实施方式
本发明实施例中采用的乙醇、葡萄糖、薄荷脑和谷氨酸钠为市购分析纯试剂。
本发明实施例中采用的水为去离子水。
本发明实施例中采用的纳米钛酸锌和纳米硅为市购产品。
本发明实施例中超声分散时的超声频率40kHz。
下面的实施例只是用于详细说明本发明,并不以任何方式限制发明的保护范围。
实施例1
在搅拌条件下向水(100g)中依次加入乙醇、葡萄糖、薄荷脑和谷氨酸钠,继续搅拌至全部溶解制成反应溶液;其中乙醇为水质量的3%,葡萄糖为水质量的2%,薄荷脑为水质量的0.09%,谷氨酸钠为水质量的0.06%;
在搅拌条件下向反应溶液中加入纳米钛酸锌和纳米硅,然后继续搅拌均匀,纳米钛酸锌悬浮分布在悬浊液中,制成悬浊液;纳米钛酸锌的粒径20nm,加入量为水质量的3%;纳米硅的粒径30nm,加入量为水质量的2%;
在静置条件下将悬浊液超声分散15min,制成健康型纳米杀菌消毒剂。
实施例2
方法同实施例1,不同点在于:
(1)乙醇为水质量的5%,葡萄糖为水质量的4%,薄荷脑为水质量的0.12%,谷氨酸钠为水质量的0.07%;
(2)纳米钛酸锌的粒径30nm,加入量为水质量的6%;纳米硅的粒径40nm,加入量为水质量的5%;
(3)超声分散20min。
实施例3
方法同实施例1,不同点在于:
(1)乙醇为水质量的6%,葡萄糖为水质量的7%,薄荷脑为水质量的0.18%,谷氨酸钠为水质量的0.09%;
(2)纳米钛酸锌的粒径35nm,加入量为水质量的10%;纳米硅的粒径50nm,加入量为水质量的7%;
(3)超声分散30min。
实施例4
方法同实施例1,不同点在于:
(1)乙醇为水质量的8%,葡萄糖为水质量的9%,薄荷脑为水质量的0.16%,谷氨酸钠为水质量的0.08%;
(2)纳米钛酸锌的粒径40nm,加入量为水质量的7%;纳米硅的粒径60nm,加入量为水质量的9%;
(3)超声分散26min。

Claims (2)

1.一种健康型纳米杀菌消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于按以下步骤进行:
(1)在搅拌条件下向水中依次加入乙醇、葡萄糖、薄荷脑和谷氨酸钠,继续搅拌至全部溶解制成反应溶液;其中乙醇为水质量的3~8%,葡萄糖为水质量的2~9%,薄荷脑为水质量的0.09~0.18%,谷氨酸钠为水质量的0.06~0.09%;
(2)在搅拌条件下向反应溶液中加入纳米钛酸锌和纳米硅,然后继续搅拌均匀,纳米钛酸锌悬浮分布在悬浊液中,制成悬浊液;
(3)在静置条件下将悬浊液超声分散15~30min,制成纳米杀菌消毒剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种健康型纳米杀菌消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(2)中,纳米钛酸锌的粒径20~40nm,加入量为水质量的3~10%;纳米硅的粒径30~60nm,加入量为水质量的2~9%。
