Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a method for handling a barcode of a commodity according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the executing includes:
step 201, in response to the acquired service transaction request of the user, acquiring identity information of the user.
The method and principle of step 201 are similar to or the same as those of step 101, see the description of step 101, and this embodiment is not described herein again.
Optionally, this embodiment further includes: determining whether the user is a system member or not according to the acquired identity information; acquiring a service handling record of the user according to the acquired identity information; and generating and displaying a service recommendation list according to whether the user is a system member or not and according to the service handling record of the user. And generating a service recommendation list directly according to the acquired user identity information and displaying the service recommendation list to the user, so that the user can directly select the target service to be transacted according to the recommendation list, and further, the service transaction program is simplified and accelerated.
Wherein, according to the obtained identity information, determining whether the user is a system member comprises: and searching in a background server according to the acquired user identity information, if the identity information of the user is searched in the background server, determining that the user is a system member, and if the identity information of the user is not searched in the background server, determining that the user is not a system member. And if the system member of the user is determined, continuously searching the service handling record corresponding to the identity information of the user in the background server.
Generating a service recommendation list according to whether the user is a system member or not and according to the service transaction record of the user, wherein the service recommendation list comprises the following steps: if the user is determined not to be a system member, recommending system member registration service to the user; and if the user is determined to be a system member, recommending the service which needs to be handled or can be handled to the user according to the service handling record of the user. For example, if the service transaction record of the user shows that the time when the user applies for the commodity barcode or the time when the user last transacts the renewal service exceeds the limited time limit of the commodity barcode, the commodity barcode renewal service is recommended to the user.
Step 202, generating and displaying the data to be confirmed according to the acquired service handling request and the identity information of the user, so that the user can confirm the data to be confirmed.
In this embodiment, before generating the data to be confirmed, the method further includes: determining a target service which needs to be transacted by a user according to the acquired service transaction request of the user; and displaying a transaction interface of the target service to the user according to the target service to be transacted by the user, so that the user can input information and/or upload data, wherein the information input by the user and/or the uploaded data are necessary for transacting the target service, and the information input by the user and/or the uploaded data comprise target service transaction application information, a target service type and a business license. Generating the data to be confirmed comprises: and generating the data to be confirmed according to the identity information of the user and the information input by the user and/or the uploaded data, wherein the generated data to be confirmed at least comprises the identity information of the user and the information input by the user and/or the uploaded data.
After the user confirms the data to be confirmed, the user can seal and/or sign the confirmed data.
Optionally, the target service indicated by the service transaction request of the user includes a free service and a paid service, and when the target service indicated by the service transaction request is a paid service, this embodiment further includes: determining the charging amount of the target service according to the acquired service handling request and the identity information of the user; and generating and displaying a charging two-dimensional code according to the charging amount of the target service, or generating and displaying a charging detail, so that a user can pay off-line according to the charging detail. The user can carry out online payment through scanning the charging two-dimensional code, also can carry out off-line payment according to the charging details, and when the user carries out off-line payment, the user needs to keep and provide a payment voucher. The offline payment can be a fee payment by a payment agency using a payment medium, for example, a bank card can be used to pay a fee by a bank.
Step 203, responding to the received data confirmed by the user, determining whether the confirmed data is valid data, if yes, generating and displaying a service receipt corresponding to the service handling request.
In this embodiment, specifically, after the user confirms the data to be confirmed, the confirmed data needs to be uploaded, and if the target service transacted by the user is a payment service and the user pays by downloading the payment via the line, the payment voucher also needs to be uploaded.
In response to receiving the user-validated profile, determining whether the validated profile is valid, comprising: reading the official seal information or the signature information in the received confirmed data; and determining whether the official seal information or the signature information is valid information, and if so, determining that the confirmed data is valid data. The received official seal information or signature information in the confirmed data can be compared with official seal information or signature information stored in a background server in advance, and when the similarity is larger than a preset value, the official seal information or the signature information is determined to be effective information.
The service receipt is used for indicating that the service handling request is accepted, and the user can inquire corresponding service handling progress through the service receipt. The business receipt can be displayed only on the commodity bar code transaction device or can be printed after being displayed.
Optionally, when the target service indicated by the service transaction request is a payment service, the embodiment further includes: and responding to the acquired payment credential of the user, determining whether the user completes effective payment according to the payment credential, and if so, generating and displaying a business receipt corresponding to the business handling request.
Step 204, sending the service receipt to a preset server for a worker to handle the commodity barcode service according to the service receipt received by the server; or generating a printing option aiming at the business receipt, so that the user can print the business receipt and submit the paper business receipt to the appointed handling center.
In this embodiment, specifically, the service receipt is a certificate used for indicating that the service transaction request has been accepted, and a staff member of the commodity barcode transaction center can obtain the confirmed data submitted by the user according to the service receipt, and transact the corresponding service for the user according to the confirmed data.
In the embodiment, the identity information of the user is acquired by responding to the acquired service transaction request of the user; generating and displaying the data to be confirmed according to the acquired service handling request and the identity information of the user, so that the user can confirm the data to be confirmed; responding to the received data confirmed by the user, determining whether the confirmed data is valid data, and if so, generating and displaying a service receipt corresponding to the service handling request; sending the service receipt to a preset server for a worker to handle the commodity bar code service according to the service receipt received by the server; or generating a printing option aiming at the business receipt, so that the user can print the business receipt and submit the paper business receipt to the appointed handling center. According to the service handling request of the user, the automatic acquisition and the validity authentication of the data required by the service handling are directly completed, the user does not need to go to a counter of a service handling center for service handling, all data uploaded by the user are converted into electronic data, the user does not need to copy or print paper data, and the time of the user can be saved; meanwhile, the data receiving and the validity authentication are automatically completed by the system, and workers of a service handling center do not need to perform manual examination and verification, so that the service handling efficiency can be improved, and the labor cost of service handling is saved.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for handling a barcode of an article according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes:
and the obtaining unit 1 is used for responding to the obtained service transaction request of the user and obtaining the identity information of the user.
And the first processing unit 2 is used for generating and displaying the data to be confirmed according to the acquired service transaction request and the identity information of the user, so that the user can confirm the data to be confirmed.
And the second processing unit 3 is used for responding to the received data confirmed by the user, determining whether the confirmed data is valid data, and generating and displaying a service receipt corresponding to the service handling request if the confirmed data is valid data.

Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of another commodity barcode transaction apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application, and based on the embodiment shown in fig. 3, as shown in fig. 4,
the acquisition unit 1 includes:
a first obtaining subunit 11, configured to obtain login information of a user in response to an obtained service transaction request of the user; and a second obtaining subunit 12, configured to obtain, according to the login information, identity information of the user.
The method for acquiring the login information of the user by the first acquiring unit 11 includes any one of the following: acquiring a mobile phone number which passes the verification of a user; acquiring a member card number which passes the verification of a user;
obtaining business license information of a user; and acquiring the identity card information of the user.
The manner of acquiring the license information of the user by the first acquiring unit 11 includes any one of the following: acquiring a unified social credit code input by a user; scanning a two-dimensional code or a bar code in a business license of a user; and extracting the business license information in the business license photo uploaded by the user by utilizing a character recognition technology.
A second processing unit 3 comprising:
a first processing subunit 31, configured to read the official seal information or the signature information in the received confirmed data; the second processing subunit 32 is configured to determine whether the official seal information or the signature information is valid information, and if so, determine that the confirmed data is valid data.
When the target service indicated by the service transaction request is a payment service, the apparatus further includes:
the third processing unit 4 is used for determining the charging amount of the target service according to the acquired service transaction request and the identity information of the user; the fourth processing unit 5 is configured to generate and display a charging two-dimensional code according to the charging amount of the target service, or generate and display a charging detail, so that a user can perform offline payment according to the charging detail; the second processing unit 3 is further configured to, in response to the obtained payment credential of the user, determine whether the user completes valid payment according to the payment credential, and if so, generate and display a service receipt corresponding to the service transaction request.
After generating and displaying the service receipt corresponding to the service handling request, the device further comprises:
the fifth processing unit 6 is used for sending the service receipt to a preset server so that a worker can handle the commodity barcode service according to the service receipt received by the server; or, the printing option is used for generating a printing option aiming at the business receipt, so that the user can print the business receipt and submit the paper business receipt to the appointed handling center.
The device also includes:
a sixth processing unit 7, configured to determine whether the user is a system member according to the acquired identity information; the seventh processing unit 8 is configured to obtain a service transaction record of the user according to the obtained identity information; and the eighth processing unit 9 is configured to generate and display a service recommendation list according to whether the user is a system member or not and according to the service transaction record of the user.
In the embodiment, the identity information of the user is acquired by responding to the acquired service transaction request of the user; generating and displaying the data to be confirmed according to the acquired service handling request and the identity information of the user, so that the user can confirm the data to be confirmed; responding to the received data confirmed by the user, determining whether the confirmed data is valid data, and if so, generating and displaying a service receipt corresponding to the service handling request; sending the service receipt to a preset server for a worker to handle the commodity bar code service according to the service receipt received by the server; or generating a printing option aiming at the business receipt, so that the user can print the business receipt and submit the paper business receipt to the appointed handling center. Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of a device for handling a barcode of a commodity according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 5, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides a device for handling a barcode of a commodity, which can be used to execute actions or steps of the device for handling a barcode of a commodity according to the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to 2, and specifically includes: a processor 501, a memory 502 and a communication interface 503.
A memory 502 for storing a computer program.
The processor 501 is configured to execute a computer program stored in the memory 502 to implement the actions of the device for handling the barcode of the commodity in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 4, which are not described again.
Optionally, the transaction device for the item barcode may also include a bus 504. The processor 501, the memory 502 and the communication interface 503 may be connected to each other through a bus 504; the bus 504 may be a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, or the like. The bus 504 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 5, but this is not intended to represent only one bus or type of bus.

Alternatively, part or all of the above modules may be implemented by being embedded in one chip of the trajectory prediction device in the form of an integrated circuit. Claims (16)

1. A method for handling a commodity barcode is applied to a commodity barcode handling device, and comprises the following steps:
responding to the acquired service handling request of the user, and acquiring identity information of the user;
generating and displaying data to be confirmed according to the acquired service handling request and the identity information of the user, so that the user can confirm the data to be confirmed;
and responding to the received data confirmed by the user, determining whether the confirmed data is valid data, and if so, generating and displaying a service receipt corresponding to the service handling request.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the identity information of the user in response to the obtained service transaction request of the user comprises:
responding to the acquired service transaction request of the user, acquiring login information of the user, and acquiring the identity information of the user according to the login information;
the method for acquiring the login information of the user comprises any one of the following steps:
acquiring a mobile phone number which passes the verification of a user;
acquiring a member card number which passes the verification of a user;
obtaining business license information of a user;
and acquiring the identity card information of the user.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the means for obtaining the license information of the user comprises any one of the following:
acquiring a unified social credit code input by a user;
scanning a two-dimensional code or a bar code in a business license of a user;
and extracting the business license information in the business license photo uploaded by the user by utilizing a character recognition technology.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining whether the validated material is valid material in response to the received user validated material comprises:
reading the official seal information or the signature information in the received confirmed data;
and determining whether the official seal information or the signature information is valid information, if so, determining that the confirmed data is valid data.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the target service indicated by the service transaction request is a payment service, the method further comprises:
determining the charging amount of the target service according to the acquired service handling request and the identity information of the user;
generating and displaying a charging two-dimensional code according to the charging amount of the target service, or generating and displaying a charging detail, so that a user can pay off-line according to the charging detail;
and responding to the acquired payment credential of the user, determining whether the user completes effective payment according to the payment credential, and if so, generating and displaying a business receipt corresponding to the business transaction request.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after generating and displaying a service response sheet corresponding to the service transaction request, the method further comprises:
sending the service receipt to a preset server for a worker to handle the commodity bar code service according to the service receipt received by the server; or the like, or, alternatively,
and generating a printing option aiming at the business receipt, so that the user can print the business receipt and submit the paper business receipt to a designated handling center.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1-6, further comprising:
determining whether the user is a system member or not according to the acquired identity information;
acquiring a service handling record of the user according to the acquired identity information;
and generating and displaying a service recommendation list according to whether the user is a system member or not and according to the service handling record of the user.
8. An apparatus for handling a barcode of an article, the apparatus comprising:
the acquiring unit is used for responding to the acquired service handling request of the user and acquiring the identity information of the user;
the first processing unit is used for generating and displaying data to be confirmed according to the acquired service transaction request and the identity information of the user, so that the user can confirm the data to be confirmed;
and the second processing unit is used for responding to the received data confirmed by the user, determining whether the confirmed data is valid data, and generating and displaying a service receipt corresponding to the service handling request if the confirmed data is valid data.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the obtaining unit comprises:
the first acquisition subunit is used for responding to the acquired service transaction request of the user and acquiring the login information of the user;
the second obtaining subunit is configured to obtain the identity information of the user according to the login information;
the method for acquiring the login information of the user by the first acquisition unit comprises any one of the following steps:
acquiring a mobile phone number which passes the verification of a user;
acquiring a member card number which passes the verification of a user;
obtaining business license information of a user;
and acquiring the identity card information of the user.
10. The apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the manner of acquiring the license information of the user by the first acquiring unit comprises any one of:
acquiring a unified social credit code input by a user;
scanning a two-dimensional code or a bar code in a business license of a user;
and extracting the business license information in the business license photo uploaded by the user by utilizing a character recognition technology.
11. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the second processing unit comprises:
the first processing subunit is used for reading the received official seal information or signature information in the confirmed data;
and the second processing subunit is used for determining whether the official seal information or the signature information is valid information, and if so, determining that the confirmed data is valid data.
12. The apparatus according to claim 8, wherein when the target service indicated by the service transaction request is a payment service, the apparatus further comprises:
the third processing unit is used for determining the charging amount of the target service according to the acquired service transaction request and the identity information of the user;
the fourth processing unit is used for generating and displaying a charging two-dimensional code according to the charging amount of the target service, or generating and displaying a charging detail so that a user can pay off-line according to the charging detail;
and the second processing unit is also used for responding to the acquired payment credential of the user, determining whether the user completes effective payment according to the payment credential, and if so, generating and displaying a service receipt corresponding to the service handling request.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein after generating and displaying the service receipt corresponding to the service transaction request, the apparatus further comprises:
the fifth processing unit is used for sending the service receipt to a preset server so that a worker can handle the commodity bar code service according to the service receipt received by the server; or the like, or, alternatively,
and the printing option is used for generating a printing option aiming at the business receipt, so that the user can print the business receipt and submit the paper business receipt to a specified handling center.
14. The apparatus of any one of claims 8-13, further comprising:
the sixth processing unit is used for determining whether the user is a system member or not according to the acquired identity information;
the seventh processing unit is used for acquiring the business handling record of the user according to the acquired identity information;
and the eighth processing unit is used for generating and displaying a service recommendation list according to whether the user is a system member or not and according to the service handling record of the user.
15. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor; and
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1-7.
16. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions for causing the computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1-7.
