The ice wind barrel 7-2 mainly comprises three parts, namely a wind barrel shell 7-2-1, a fan 7-2-3 and a heating pipe 7-2-4. The heating pipe 7-2-4 generates heat, and the fan 7-2-3 generates wind power to blow the heat generated by the heating pipe 7-2-4 to the ground from the air outlet 7-2-2 to melt snow and ice.

When the slide rail 5 contacts with the first electromagnet 10, the first connecting frame rod 3, the second connecting frame rod 4 and the slide rail 5 are mutually attracted into a whole in an electrified way, meanwhile, the limit stop 12 and the second electromagnet 11 are disconnected in an electrified way, and the piston rod in the hydraulic cylinder 9 is continuously recovered, so that the air duct pendant component 7 is recovered to a position close to the first electromagnet 10.
