Drawings
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below in conjunction with a washing machine with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:
FIG. 1 is a logic flow diagram of the control method of the present invention.
Detailed Description
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments of the present invention are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, the washing device of the present invention may be not only a washing machine, but also a washing and drying machine, and those skilled in the art can adjust the washing device as required to suit the specific application, and the adjusted technical solution will still fall into the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the control method of the present invention mainly includes:
and step S01, after the washing machine is started, weighing the laundry by a weighing sensor arranged on the washing machine, or acquiring the weight of the laundry by adopting a fuzzy weighing mode of a driving motor. Since the technical means of installing the weighing sensor in the washing machine, the technical means of weighing the laundry by the weighing sensor, and the technical means of weighing the laundry by driving the motor in a fuzzy manner are conventional technical means in the art, they will not be described herein too much.
In step S02, it is detected whether the user issues the command water level to the washing machine by whether the operation button or the touch display screen provided on the washing machine is operated. The command water level is a water level different from an original default water level of the washing machine, and the command water level is a water level set by a user according to the user's own needs. Wherein the original default water level is a water level set when the washing machine leaves a factory, or a water level stored and executed in each program of the washing machine currently. Preferably, each of said masses corresponds to one of said command levels and one of said original default levels. The quality corresponding to the command water level and the original default water level may be a specific value or a range of values, and those skilled in the art may set the quality according to actual needs.
In step S03, if the washing machine detects the command water level, the washing machine is filled with washing water to the command water level.
Step S04, and determining the historical number of times the command water level was detected under the weight.
And step S05, judging whether the history times reach preset times. The preset number is the number of times that the usage habit of the user on the water level can be judged, and the number may be any feasible number, such as 3 times, 4 times, 5 times, 8 times, and the like.
At step S06, if the historical number of times reaches a preset number of times, the command water level is determined as the latest default water level corresponding to the weight. I.e. replacing the original default level with the commanded level. Based on this, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the original default water level is a previous default water level before the change, and the latest default water level is a subsequent default water level after the change.
In step S07, if the history number does not reach a preset number, the original default water level corresponding to the weight is maintained.
In step S08, if the washing machine does not detect the command water level, the washing machine is filled with washing water to the original default water level. As will be understood by those skilled in the art, the original default water level may be a default water level of the washing machine when the washing machine is shipped from a factory, or may be a default water level updated after a history number of times reaches a preset number of times.
In step S09, the washing machine detects whether the user issues an operation command to the washing machine by detecting whether the operation button and/or the touch display screen thereon is operated, and determines the type of the operation command. When the washing machine detects that it is the start instruction, step S12 is performed.
In step S10, when the operation command detected by the washing machine is a water level adjustment command, the washing machine is caused to determine a desired water level according to the detected result.
Step S11, the washing machine is caused to continue to fill or drain the washing water to the desired level.
In step S12, the washing machine is started to start the washing operation.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the order of steps S01 and S02 may be changed. That is, step S02 may be executed first and then step S01 may be executed.
The control method of the present invention is exemplified by a pulsator washing machine.
For example, when the pulsator washing machine washes 1.5Kg to 2.5Kg of laundry, the original default water level to be filled is 40cm, but the user feels that the original default water level is a little low and needs to be adjusted to the command water level of 50 cm. The preset number of times described above is 3 times.
Firstly, a user puts the clothes to be washed into a washing barrel, and the pulsator washing machine weighs 2Kg of the clothes to be washed through a weighing sensor on the pulsator washing machine.
Then, the pulsator washing machine judges whether the historical number of times of filling washing water to 50cm reaches 3 times when corresponding to the laundry with the weight of 1.5Kg to 2.5 Kg. When the historical times are equal to or more than 3 times, directly filling the washing water to 50 cm; when the number of histories is less than 3, the washing water is directly filled to 40 cm.
When the historical times are less than 3 times, the user sets a desired water level by manipulating a "water level adjustment button" or a "touch display" provided on the pulsator washing machine. Thereby the pulsator washing machine fills the washing water to a desired water level. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, when the expected water level is the command water level of 50cm, the pulsator washing machine continues to fill washing water to 50cm on the basis of the default water level of 40 cm; when the expected water level is any other water level, the pulsator washing machine continues to fill washing water to the any water level on the basis of the default water level of 40 cm. The arbitrary water level may be 45cm, 55cm, 60cm, etc. In addition, the skilled person can also drain the washing water in a proper amount based on the default water level as required.
After the washing water is filled to a desired level, the user can press a "start" or "start" button provided on the pulsator washing machine to start the washing operation of the pulsator washing machine, thereby washing the laundry.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that when the user does not need to adjust the washing water level, the "start" or "start" button can be directly pressed when the washing machine fills the washing water to the default water level of 40cm, so that the pulsator washing machine starts the washing operation to wash the laundry.
In addition, those skilled in the art may also cause the pulsator washing machine to automatically start a washing operation after filling the washing water to a default water level (including an original default water level and a latest default water level) or a desired water level (including a command water level) for a preset time period, as needed. The preset time duration refers to a time for allowing a user to perform water level adjustment, and may be any time duration, for example, 1min, 1.5min, 3min, and the like. Preferably, the pulsator washing machine sends a prompt message within the preset time period after the washing water is filled in place, so as to prompt a user whether to continuously adjust the washing water level. The prompt message may be a voice announcement or a beep.
Alternatively, a person skilled in the art may also directly start the washing operation after the washing machine fills the washing water in place, and then enable the user to adjust the water level of the washing machine during the washing process of the washing machine.
Although not shown in the drawings, in another possible embodiment of the invention, different from the preferred embodiment described above:
if the washing machine does not detect the commanded water level, the washing machine is caused to display the original default water level.
Further, an instruction issued by the user is detected. When the detected user's command is a water level adjustment command, that is, it is detected that the user operates a "water level adjustment button" or a "touch display" provided on the washing machine, a desired water level is determined, and the washing machine is filled with washing water to the desired water level. When the detected user's command is a water filling or starting command, i.e., it is detected that the user operates a "water filling" or "starting" button provided on the washing machine, the washing machine is caused to fill the washing water to the original default water level that is displayed.
Based on the above description, those skilled in the art can understand that the washing machine can determine the usage habit of the user for the water level of the washing water according to the historical times of the user for adjusting the water level of the washing water, and further enable the washing machine to directly fill the washing water into the washing tub to the instruction water level after the instruction water level is executed for the preset times, thereby avoiding the trouble that the user needs to adjust the water level of the washing water when the user uses the washing machine again, and optimizing the use experience of the user.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
