Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an oil-containing sewage and sludge separation device, and belongs to the technical field of sewage treatment.
Background
The oily sewage of the oil field is mainly obtained from the processes of H phase separation of oil well produced liquid, dehydration (salt) treatment, oil well cleaning and back flushing of equipment. The early developed oil field mostly adopts a treatment process of 'gravity settling-air flotation (hydrocyclone) -filtration', and the oily sewage after treatment reaches the standard is mainly reinjected into the stratum or directly discharged outside. As the development of oil fields enters the middle and later stages, the average water content in the produced liquid of the oil well rises year by year, the total amount of the oil-containing sewage generated by the oil field even reaches about 95 percent, and the total amount of the oil-containing sewage generated along with the oil field is increased by 2 to 3 times and exceeds the maximum design amount of the original treatment process flow. In addition, because the oily sewage contains mineral salts, the environment or stratum can be greatly influenced by direct discharge or reinjection which does not reach the standard. In order to protect the ecological environment, the national establishment of the discharge standard of petroleum is stricter, and the discharge requirement of enterprises in the newly issued discharge standard of oily sewage is greatly improved. Therefore, how to effectively control and treat the oily sewage becomes a great problem for oil field production enterprises.
For onshore oil fields, large-scale treatment equipment such as a gravity settling tank, an air floatation tank and the like is added in the sewage treatment process due to the consideration of no occupied space, and the designed treatment capacity is improved to a certain extent. However, as the total amount of sewage increases, the retention time in the gravity settling tank is inevitably shortened, so that the oil content of the sewage entering the subsequent treatment equipment is improved, and the oil content of the discharged water does not reach the standard.
By combining multiple conventional water treatment technologies, this is desirable for compact and efficient purposes. Among them, the air flotation and rotational flow integrated (or called as air flotation) treatment technology based on the combination of rotational flow and air flotation two unit treatment technologies attracts the most attention.
However, the sludge content in the oil-containing sludge is high, the existing air floatation and rotational flow integrated (or called air floatation) treatment device can only separate oil and water, so that the sludge content in the separated water is high, secondary treatment is needed, the sludge easily blocks a pipeline, the sludge at the bottom of the regular cleaning device is needed, and the operation cost of an enterprise is increased.

The motor drives the cutter shaft to rotate, so that the cutter shaft drives the spiral blade to rotate, large-particle sludge in sewage is crushed, the spiral blade generates vortex, centrifugal force is generated, water and mud are thrown simultaneously to throw away the first partition plate, the mud moves downwards from the first partition plate due to the fact that the mud is large, the mud flows out from the mud outlet, and the water enters the water outlet cavity from the centrifugal hole of the first partition plate and flows out from the water outlet.
Furthermore, the aeration device comprises an aeration disc, an air inlet pipe and an aeration pump which are fixedly arranged in the centrifugal cavity, the air inlet pipe penetrates through the water outlet cavity and the centrifugal cavity to be communicated with the aeration disc, and the air inlet pipe is connected with the aeration pump. The aeration disc generates bubbles which are fully contacted with the sewage containing oil, and the bubbles float to the oil removal cavity and are discharged to the outside from the oil outlet.
Preferably, in order to better drain water and mud, the bottoms of the centrifugal cavity and the water outlet cavity are both conical, and the water outlet and the mud outlet are both arranged at the lowest part of the conical.
Has the advantages that: the invention firstly injects the oily wastewater to be treated into the water collecting tank, starts the aeration pump to enable the aeration disc to generate micro bubbles, and fully contacts the generated micro bubbles with the oily wastewater to realize high-efficiency flotation, firstly, oil content is separated and removed, then the cutter shaft is driven to rotate under the action of the rotating motor, large-particle sludge contained in the wastewater is crushed by the spiral blade, then, the vortex generated by the rotation of the spiral blade generates centrifugal force, so that water and mud are centrifugally whipped at the same time, the mud falls into the mud outlet to be discharged due to the separation of larger particle size by the centrifugal holes, and water is whipped out by the centrifugal force to enter the water outlet cavity and is discharged from the water outlet, thereby finally realizing the separation of oil, water and mud in the oily wastewater, and having wide application prospect.
