本发明涉及新能源汽车领域,尤其涉及一种氢燃料电池汽车及其在低温环境下的电机能量管理方法。
背景技术
在能源和环境形势日益严峻的今天,电动汽车的开发备受瞩目,燃料电池汽车以其独特的节能环保优势得到广泛重视,由于燃料电池输出特性偏软,它通常与锂电池、蓄电池组、超级电容等辅助能源联合作为整车动力源。但实际应用中,燃料电池电堆管理系统(FCU)启动时间较长、动态响应较慢,而动力电池容量不高,容易造成输出功率不足的问题,尤其是在低温环境下,动力锂电池充放电性能偏弱,这一问题更为严重,轻则驾驶性能差、电池电量过放,重则影响各部件使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明提供一种氢燃料电池汽车在低温环境下的电机能量管理方法,包括以下步骤:
氢燃料电池汽车钥匙上电至上高压完成后,当VCU判定所述氢燃料电池汽车处于低温环境下时,所述氢燃料电池汽车进入低温环境能量管理模式;所述低温环境能量管理模式包括第一能量管理模式和第二能量管理模式,其中:
当检测到氢燃料汽车满足电机基本运行条件时,进行第一能量管理模式:当FCU不存在启动故障时,VCU发送FCU启动指令并将电机使用功率限制为0,启动PTC加热器;当FCU正常启动完成后,判断FCU输出功率PFCU是否大于FCU标定功率阈值TBDFCU,若大于,退出所述低温环境能量管理模式;
当检测到氢燃料汽车不满足电机基本运行条件时,进行第二能量管理模式:当FCU不存在启动故障时,VCU发送FCU启动指令并将电机使用功率PM、空调管理系统使用功率PHVAC、高压附件使用功率PHV均限制为0,启动PTC加热器;当FCU正常启动完成后,VCU正常输送HVAC使用功率PHVAC、高压附件使用功率PHV;当检测到PFCU+Pmax-(PHVAC+PHV+PDCDC)>TBDM时,退出所述低温环境能量管理模式;其中,PFCU表示FCU输出功率,Pmax表示BMS最大放电功率,PDCDC表示DC/DC转换器功率,TBDM表示电机运行功率标定阈值。

(1-1)、VCU检测FCU是否有不允许启动的故障,若是,VCU保存故障信息,并将故障信息发送至汽车仪表或MP5,以提示用户;否则,VCU发送FCU启动指令并开始计时,并将将电机使用功率PM限制为0,启动PTC加热器,用于FCU在低温冷启动时给冷却液辅助加热,使得冷却液尽快达到需求的温度,以缩短FCU冷启动时间;同时在汽车仪表或MP5上显示电池加热的提示信息;需要说明的是,限制PM=0的目的在于保证FCU启动功率,而FCU启动功率较大,其中,低温状态下还需开启PCU自带的PTC加热器等较大功率设备。
(1-2)、实时判断FCU启动是否完成,若FCU启动完成,执行(1-3),否则,判断计时是否超过时间阈值T,T=8min,若超过,VCU保存故障信息,并将故障信息发送至汽车仪表或MP5,否则继续执行(1-2);
(1-3)、判断FCU输出功率PFCU是否大于FCU标定功率阈值TBDFCU,TBDFCU=3kW,若大于,汽车退出模式1;否则,VCU保存故障信息,并将故障信息发送至汽车仪表或MP5。FCU启动完成后还需要判断输出功率大于3kW的目的在于,防止FCU正常启动后无功率输出,或输出功率很小,导致动力电池长时间处于放电状态导致馈电。
当不满足步骤S2中的电机基本运行条件时,需对高压附件、HVAC使用功率、电机输出功率进行限制后启动FCU,若不进行限制会造成输出功率不足从而导致FCU启动失败,同时动力电池放电快,轻则FCU还未完成启动动力电池已经馈电,重则对动力电池造成不可逆的损伤。
因此,当氢燃料汽车处于所述模式2时,包括:
(2-1)、VCU检测FCU是否有不允许启动的故障,若是,VCU保存故障信息,并将故障信息发送至汽车仪表或MP5,以提示用户;否则,VCU发送FCU启动指令并开始计时,并将电机使用功率PM、空调管理系统(HVAC)使用功率PHVAC、高压附件使用功率PHV均限制为0,启动PTC加热器,同时在汽车仪表或MP5上显示电池加热的提示信息;
(2-2)、实时判断FCU启动是否完成,若FCU启动完成,执行(2-3),否则,判断计时是否超过时间阈值T,T=8min,若超过,VCU保存故障信息,并将故障信息发送至汽车仪表或MP5,否则继续执行(2-2);
(2-3)、VCU正常输送HVAC使用功率PHVAC、高压附件使用功率PHV,当检测到FCU输出功率PFCU满足PFCU+Pmax-(PHVAC+PHV+PDCDC)>TBDM时,汽车退出模式2,其中,Pmax表示BMS最大放电功率。
S3、VCU控制汽车仪表状态“READY”指示灯亮,同时限制电机使用功率PM=PFCU-(PHVAC+PHV+PDCDC+TBDs),并实时监测BMS电芯温度,其中,TBDs表示保护余量功率阈值。所述保护余量功率阈值用于保证当整车各器件功率波动时,电机使用功率不产生较大的波动。
需要说明的是,此状态下,不加BMS放电功率的原因在于,低温环境下动力电池充放电性能较弱,防止FCU输出功率不足导致动力电池长时间处于放电状态导致馈电;且此时动力电池处于加热状态,由于电池容量较小、加热时间并不需要太长,加热到可温度标定阈值即可正常使用电池放电功率,也是保证电池使用寿命的一种方式。
S4、当检测到BMS电芯的单体最低温度大于温度标定阈值TBDt=16℃时,VCU输出电机使用功率PM=(PFCU+Pmax)-(PHVAC+PHV+PDCDC+TBDs)。
在本文中,所涉及的前、后、上、下等方位词是以附图中零部件位于图中以及零部件相互之间的位置来定义的,只是为了表达技术方案的清楚及方便。应当理解,所述方位词的使用不应限制本申请请求保护的范围。
在不冲突的情况下,本文中上述实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互结合。

Claims (5)

1.一种氢燃料电池汽车在低温环境下的电机能量管理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
氢燃料电池汽车钥匙上电至上高压完成后,当VCU判定所述氢燃料电池汽车处于低温环境下时,所述氢燃料电池汽车进入低温环境能量管理模式;所述低温环境能量管理模式包括第一能量管理模式和第二能量管理模式,其中:
当检测到氢燃料汽车满足电机基本运行条件时,进行第一能量管理模式:当FCU不存在启动故障时,VCU发送FCU启动指令并将电机使用功率限制为0,启动PTC加热器;当FCU正常启动完成后,判断FCU输出功率PFCU是否大于FCU标定功率阈值TBDFCU,若大于,退出所述低温环境能量管理模式;所述电机基本运行条件为;
PBMS-(PPTC+PHV+PDCDC)>TBDM
当检测到氢燃料汽车不满足电机基本运行条件时,进行第二能量管理模式:当FCU不存在启动故障时,VCU发送FCU启动指令并将电机使用功率PM、空调管理系统使用功率PHVAC、高压附件使用功率PHV均限制为0,启动PTC加热器;当FCU正常启动完成后,VCU正常输送HVAC使用功率PHVAC、高压附件使用功率PHV;当检测到PFCU+Pmax-(PHVAC+PHV+PDCDC)>TBDM时,退出所述低温环境能量管理模式;其中,PFCU表示FCU输出功率,Pmax表示BMS最大放电功率,PDCDC表示DC/DC转换器功率,TBDM表示电机运行功率标定阈值;
当氢能汽车退出所述低温环境能量管理模式后,VCU控制汽车仪表状态“READY”指示灯亮,同时限制电机使用功率PM=PFCU-(PHVAC+PHV+PDCDC+TBDs),并实时监测BMS电芯温度,其中,TBDs表示保护余量功率阈值;
当检测到BMS电芯的单体最低温度大于温度标定阈值TBDt时,VCU输出电机使用功率PM=(PFCU+Pmax)-(PHVAC+PHV+PDCDC+TBDs)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氢燃料电池汽车在低温环境下的电机能量管理方法,其特征在于,VCU判断环境温度是否小于低温阈值或BMS电芯的单体最高温度是否小于电芯工作温度阈值,若是,则VCU判定氢燃料汽车处于低温环境下。
3.根据权利要求1所述的氢燃料电池汽车在低温环境下的电机能量管理方法,其特征在于,判断FCU是否正常启动完成的过程为:实时判断FCU是否在时间阈值T内启动完成,若是,判定FCU正常启动完成,否则,判定FCU未正常启动,VCU保存故障信息。
4.根据权利要求1所述的氢燃料电池汽车在低温环境下的电机能量管理方法,其特征在于,所述进行第一能量管理模式时,若所述判断FCU输出功率PFCU是否大于FCU标定功率阈值TBDFCU的判断结果为否时,认为汽车故障,VUC保存故障信息。
5.一种氢燃料电池汽车,其特征在于,包括燃料电池电堆管理系统、电池管理系统、电机管理系统、空调管理系统、DC/DC转换器、以及整车控制器,用于实现权利要求1-4所述的任意一种电机能量管理方法。
