Abstract
The invention discloses a welding liquid injection machine, which comprises a rack, wherein the rack is provided with a workbench; the liquid injection station is arranged on the workbench and used for placing a lower die; the welding mechanism is arranged on the upper side of the liquid injection station and is driven to lift by the lifting mechanism; a liquid injection pump arranged on the workbench; and the liquid injection mechanism is communicated with the liquid injection pump to drive the liquid injection station to inject liquid into the lower die. According to the invention, the liquid is injected by the liquid injection mechanism, and the welding mechanism welds and scalds the upper die and the lower die, so that the trouble of time and labor consumption in the past is avoided.

In an embodiment of the invention, an injection station 20 is placed on the upper side of a workbench 11 of a frame 10, the injection station 20 is used for placing a lower die of a contact lens die, physiological saline is extracted from an injection pump 50 through an injection mechanism 60 and is moved to the position above the lower die of the injection station 20 for dripping, the injection work is completed, then an upper die of the contact lens die is clamped by a mechanical arm to cover the lower die, a welding mechanism 30 is driven to descend through a lifting mechanism 40, the hot sealing of the upper die and the lower die is completed, the operation is automatic, the injection and die assembly of the contact lens die are realized in one step, the trouble that the die assembly needs to be manually taken and put in the past is avoided, the equipment is small, the production line type processing is eliminated, the cost is effectively reduced, in addition, an electric cabinet is also arranged on the lower side of the frame.
It is worth mentioning that 8 sets of mold cavities for bearing the contact lens molds are arranged on the circumference of the liquid injection station 20, and the multiple sets of mold cavities operate together to improve the efficiency.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic view of a liquid injection mechanism 60 according to an embodiment of the present application. The liquid injection mechanism 60 includes a liquid injection tray 61; a plurality of liquid injection pipes 62 mounted on the liquid injection tray 61, the liquid injection pipes 62 being communicated with a liquid injection pump 63; a liquid injection lifting cylinder 63 for driving the liquid injection tray 62; a slide rail 64 for installing the liquid injection disc 61, wherein the slide rail 64 guides the liquid injection station 20; and a pushing cylinder 65 for driving the liquid injection tray 61 to slide. In one embodiment of the present invention, the liquid injection pipe 62 is connected to the liquid injection pump 50 through a liquid pipe and driven by the push cylinder 65 on the slide rail 64, so that the liquid injection tray 61 at the front end is driven to be above the lower mold of the liquid injection station 20, and then driven to be lifted by the liquid injection lifting cylinder 63, so as to adjust the height, and the liquid is dripped from the liquid injection pipe 62, which is convenient and practical for the lower mold liquid injection. Preferably, the injection tube 62 is provided as a rubber tube with an outer end secured by an injection sleeve 66.

The welding mechanism 30 includes a mounting post 31 bolted to the lifting mechanism 40; a pneumatic suction cup 32 provided on the mounting post 31; a guide rail column 34 passing through the mounting column 31 via a linear guide rail 33; a connecting rod 36 passing through the guide rail column 34 through a linear bearing 35, wherein the lower end of the connecting rod 36 is exposed out of the mounting column 31 and supported against a circuit board fixing block 38 through an insulating flange 37, and the circuit board fixing block 38 is provided with a circuit board 39 with heating wires 70; and a weight 71 fixed around the mounting post 31.
In this embodiment, when the upper mold is placed on the lower mold, the welding mechanism 30 is driven to descend by the elevating mechanism 40, the heating wire 70 of the circuit board 39 generates heat, the lower mold is heated, a plurality of welding points are formed, and the lower mold is pressed down by the arrangement block 71, thereby completing mold clamping. In addition, after welding, the connecting rod 36 is driven by the cylinder to lift, the heating wire 70 is lifted, the suction cup 32 is exposed and started, the contact lens mold which is well welded is adsorbed to complete discharging, the linear guide rail 33 is matched with the linear bearing 35 to slide, and the upper part and the lower part of the connecting rod 36 and the guide rail column 34 are preferably provided with limit positions respectively, so that the safety and the accuracy are improved.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic view of a lifting mechanism 40 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The lifting mechanism 40 comprises a linear module 42 driven to lift by a servo motor 41; the mounting base 43 is driven by the linear module 42, and the mounting base 43 is used for fixing the mounting column 31 through bolts. In the embodiment, the servo motor 41 drives the linear module 42 to ascend and descend, the structure is simple, the application is wide, the fixed mounting seat 43 is used for installing the mounting column 31 of the welding mechanism 30 through bolts, linkage is completed, and the installation and the disassembly are convenient.
In conclusion, the liquid injection mechanism injects liquid, and the welding mechanism welds and scalds the upper die and the lower die, so that the trouble of time and labor consumption caused by manual work in the prior art is avoided.

Claims (7)
1. A welding liquid injection machine is characterized by comprising:
a frame having a table;
the liquid injection station is arranged on the workbench and used for placing a lower die;
the welding mechanism is arranged on the upper side of the liquid injection station and is driven to lift by a lifting mechanism;
the liquid injection pump is arranged on the workbench; and
and the liquid injection mechanism is communicated with the liquid injection station and used for injecting liquid into the lower die.
2. The welding machine of claim 1, wherein the injection station is circumferentially provided with 8 sets of cavities for carrying contact lens molds.
3. The welding liquid injection machine according to claim 1, wherein the liquid injection mechanism comprises a liquid injection tray; the liquid injection pipes are arranged on the liquid injection tray and communicated with the liquid injection pump; the liquid injection lifting cylinder drives the liquid injection disc; a slide rail for installing the liquid injection disc, wherein the slide rail guides the liquid injection station; and the pushing cylinder drives the liquid injection disc to slide.

The welding liquid injection machine according to claim 1, wherein the welding mechanism comprises a mounting column bolted to the lifting mechanism; the pneumatic sucker is arranged on the mounting column; the guide rail column penetrates through the mounting column through a linear guide rail; the connecting rod penetrates through the guide rail column through a linear bearing, the lower end of the connecting rod is exposed out of the mounting column and supports against a circuit board fixing block through an insulating flange, and a circuit board with a heating wire is mounted on the circuit board fixing block; and a weight fixed around the mounting post.
5. The welding liquid injection machine according to claim 4, wherein the connecting rod is driven by a cylinder to lift, and the connecting rod and the guide rail column are respectively provided with a limiting position up and down.
6. The welding liquid injection machine according to claim 4, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a linear module driven to lift by a servo motor; and the mounting seat is driven by the linear module and is used for fixing the mounting column through a bolt.
7. The welding liquid injection machine according to claim 3, wherein the liquid injection pipe is provided as a rubber pipe, and an outer end of the liquid injection pipe is fixed by the liquid injection pipe sleeve.
