The air inlet pipe is flexibly connected with a dust collecting opening of the polishing trolley, and a spark catcher is installed at an air inlet pipe opening of the dust removing box body, so that the fire risk of the dust removing unit is reduced. In this embodiment, dust exhausting fan adopts centrifugal fan, and the silencer of fan exit layout reduces dust removal noise. One end of the dust removal filter cylinder is provided with a pulse injection ash removal device, and the pulse injection is controlled through a system control module to implement ash removal operation. In this embodiment, dust removal bottom of the box body portion installation screw conveyer, screw conveyer configuration automatic control module realizes automatic clear row ash, and screw conveyer one end configuration deposition fill realizes that the dust is collected.
In this embodiment, a horizontal installation mode is adopted to the dust removal filter cylinder, and the installation export is arranged in automobile body headwall one side, and the later stage dust removal filter cylinder of being convenient for is changed and is maintained.
Fig. 1 and 2 are schematic layout views of a car body integrated rail grinding wagon dust removal system of the present embodiment, and fig. 3 and 4 are schematic layout views of a first dust removal unit and a second dust removal unit of the present embodiment. The operation principle of the present embodiment is further described below with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
The dust remover 1 and the vehicle body 2 can be assembled and installed in an embedding mode, and the case body parts of the first dust removing unit 3 and the second dust removing unit 4 are welded and hermetically connected with the outer wall of the vehicle body 1. The middle of the first dust removal unit 3 and the second dust removal unit 4 is provided with a passageway, one end of the first dust removal unit is provided with a passageway door 5, the top of the vehicle body 2 is provided with a movable top 6 for maintenance operation, and the top of the dust removal system is provided with a wiring hole 16 for facilitating wiring layout of the system.
The first dust removal unit 3 and the second dust removal unit 4 are connected with the polishing trolley through an air pipe 7 and used for collecting dust gas generated in the polishing operation process. The dust gas passes through the spark catcher 8, is subjected to spark catching and extinguishing, enters the dedusting filter cavity, is filtered and separated by the dedusting filter cylinder 9, and is finally discharged from the air outlet.
The fan 10 adopts a centrifugal fan and is directly arranged on the frame, the air outlet of the fan 10 adopts a silencer 11 to reduce noise, and the filtered dust gas is exhausted to the atmosphere from the lower part of the frame through the silencer 11.
In the operation process of the dust removal filter cylinder 9, the pulse blowing valve 12 is used for blowing, dust in the dust removal filter cylinder 9 is stripped and settled to the spiral conveyor 13, and the spiral conveyor 13 is controlled by the electrical system to automatically operate to convey the settled dust to the dust deposition hopper 14. The ash deposition hopper 14 is provided with an artificial ash removal port 15 for later ash removal operation.
The key protection point of the embodiment is the integrated layout mode of the integrated design of the dust removal system and the vehicle body.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the dust removal system is disposed at the end of the vehicle, and the area of the outer wall shared by the dust removal system and the vehicle body is increased, for example, the dust removal system is mounted in other layout manners, which cannot be one of the manners for avoiding the claims of the patent layout method.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the dust removing filter cartridge is installed in a horizontal manner, and if other vertical installation and inclined installation layouts are adopted, it cannot be one of the ways to avoid the claims of the patent arrangement method.

Claims (10)

1. A vehicle body integrated type steel rail grinding vehicle dust removal system comprises a dust remover (1) and a vehicle body (2), and is characterized in that the dust remover (1) is assembled and connected with the vehicle body (2); the dust remover (1) comprises at least two sets of dust removing units, and part of the box body outer shell of each set of dust removing unit forms a local outer wall of the vehicle body (2).
2. The vehicle body integrated rail grinding vehicle dust removal system of claim 1, wherein a passageway is provided between the dust removal units.

The vehicle body integrated rail grinding vehicle dust removal system of claim 2, wherein the dust removal unit comprises an air inlet duct (7), a spark arrestor (8), a dust removal filter cartridge (9), a pulse blow valve (12), a fan (10), a muffler (11), and a screw conveyor (13) \ dust removal box (17).
4. The vehicle body integrated rail grinding vehicle dust extraction system of claim 3, wherein the air inlet duct is flexibly connected to the grinding wagon dust collection port.
5. The vehicle body integrated type steel rail grinding vehicle dust removing system according to claim 3, wherein the spark catcher (8) is installed at an air inlet pipe opening of the dust removing box body.
6. The dust removal system for the integrated steel rail grinding wagon of claim 3, wherein the fan (10) is a centrifugal fan and is mounted on the frame.
7. A dust removal system for a vehicle body integrated type steel rail grinding vehicle according to claim 6, wherein a muffler (11) is provided at the outlet of the fan (10).
8. The car body integrated rail grinding car dust removal system of claim 3, wherein said pulse blow valve (12) is mounted at one end of the dust removal cartridge (9).
9. The dust removal system of the vehicle-body-integrated rail grinding vehicle of claim 3, wherein the screw conveyor (13) is installed at the bottom of the dust removal box body.
10. The car body integrated rail grinding car dust pelletizing system of claim 9, characterized in that the screw conveyor (13) is equipped with an automatic control module.
