The water after self-purification of the filler water body falls into the clean water area 410, and the water introduced from the overflow water receiving port 404 enters the precipitation area 409 for recycling water.
The overflow water receiving port 404 is communicated with the overflow port 209 of the water mist dust removing device 2 and the overflow port 309 of the defogging device 3 through pipelines and is used for receiving the overflow water of the water mist dust removing device 2 and the defogging device 3.
The water replenishing port 405 is used for water purification and regular water replenishing of the circulating device, and normal use of system functions is guaranteed when overflow water flow is small and discharge capacity is large.
The circulating water self-purification interface 406 is connected with water overflowing from the water mist dust removal device 2 and the demisting device 3 through a delivery pump and a pipeline to purify water.
The water purified by the water purification and circulation device 4 is supplied to the centrifugal separation device 1 through the circulation water port 407 by connecting a transfer pump and a pipe, and is used as regular cleaning water for the centrifugal separation device 1, and is supplied to the mist dust removal device 2 as atomizing dust removal water and makeup water.
The blowdown port 408 is used to periodically blowdown the settling zone 409 and the clean water zone 410.
The working principle of the system is as follows:
when the water mist dust removing system operates, high-humidity and high-temperature dust-containing gas enters the separation region body 101 through the air inlet 102, enters the centrifugal guide cylinder 105 through the inclined air inlet 115 of the guide cylinder after being uniformly distributed through the air distribution disc 104, dust particles are attached to the inner wall of the centrifugal guide cylinder 105 and fall into the bottom dust collecting bin 106 under the gravity centrifugal action, most dust particles are removed at the moment, the gas purified by the centrifugal separation device 1 is discharged through the air outlet pipe 112, and is discharged out of the centrifugal separation device 1 through the air outlet 103 under the action of a fan. When the ash collecting bin 106 at the bottom of the guide cylinder 105 reaches a designed value of the accumulated ash weight, the gravity flap valve 109 automatically discharges the ash and discharges the ash into a subsequent treatment system, and after the ash is discharged, the valve is automatically closed until the next discharge is carried out.
The dedusting gas discharged from the gas outlet 103 of the centrifugal separation device 1 enters the gas inlet 202 of the water mist dedusting device 2 through a pipeline and then enters the dedusting chamber 214 along the gas inlet channel 213, the water distributor 204 is arranged at the top of the dedusting area body 201 to ensure that water at the top is uniformly distributed, the water quantity and the water pressure can be adjusted through the adjusting controller 205, a fine water film is formed under the action of the high-pressure ultrafine nozzle, the gas meets the water film in the water mist dedusting device, dust particles in the gas are removed to the greatest extent, and the gas purified by the water mist dedusting device 2 is discharged from the gas outlet 203. In the process, the water mist dust removal device also has a cooling effect, so that the temperature of the gas is greatly reduced. The water with fine dust falls into the bottom muddy water bin 208, the precipitated clean water body is discharged from the overflow port 209 and enters the water purification and circulation device 4 through a pipeline to be used as atomized water for water mist dust removal and make-up water thereof, and the precipitate is discharged into a subsequent treatment system through the action of the automatic discharge valve 211.
The clean gas after the dual functions of centrifugal separation by the centrifugal separation device 1 and water film dust removal by the water mist dust removal device 2 enters the gas inlet 302 through a pipeline and enters the demisting chamber 312 of the demisting device 3 along the gas inlet channel 311. The three-section baffle 305 in the demisting chamber 312 can be adjusted by the angle adjuster 306 according to the requirement of condensed moisture, the operation is flexible, and the demisted clean dry gas is discharged through the gas outlet 303. The condensed water enters a bottom purified water bin 307, and the precipitated clean water is discharged from an overflow port 309 and enters the water purification and circulation device 4 through a pipeline to be used as atomized water for water mist dust removal and make-up water thereof. Thus, the dust of the high-humidity and high-temperature gas and the moisture in the gas are removed.
In the process, the ash collecting bin 106, the muddy water bin 208 and the water purifying bin 307 of the water mist dust removing system are respectively provided with a material level meter, namely a material level meter 110, a liquid level meter 210 and a liquid level meter 310, the bottom of the water mist dust removing system is provided with an electric valve, namely a gravity flap valve 109, an automatic discharge valve 211 and an automatic discharge valve 308, the material level meter and the electric valve are in linkage control, when the material level in the bin reaches a certain height, the electric valve at the bottom automatically opens for sewage discharge and discharges into a subsequent treatment system, and the valve automatically closes after the material level reaches a low material level.
The water overflowed from the water mist dust removing device 2 and the demisting device 3 flows into the precipitation area 409 through an overflow water receiving port 404 of the water purifying and circulating device 4, and then is sent to the upper part of the purifying chamber body 401 through a circulating water self-purification lift pump 411 and a pipeline, and after the filler in the circulating water self-purification filler area 402 has the filtering and purifying effect, the granular impurities and the like in the water are removed. The filler water body falls into a clear water area after self-purification, and is respectively sent to the centrifugal separation device 1 as regular cleaning water of the centrifugal separation device and sent to the water mist dust removal device 2 as atomizing dust removal water and supplementing water through a connecting conveying pump and a pipeline.
