S1, mixing and crushing 2 parts of groundsel, 3 parts of semen cassiae, 8 parts of fructus viticis, 4 parts of chrysanthemum, 5 parts of medlar, 7 parts of mulberry, 4 parts of cortex moutan and 2 parts of glossy privet fruit, adding 5 times of clear water, decocting for 2-3 hours with slow fire, filtering, and performing spray drying on the filtrate to obtain traditional Chinese medicine powder;
s2, crushing 1 part of mint and 4 parts of honeysuckle, adding 4 times of clear water, heating, boiling, decocting for 1.5 hours with slow fire, filtering out the decoction, adding clear water with the same amount as the filtered decoction, repeating the decoction and filtering step for 1 time to obtain a mixed extract of the mint and the honeysuckle;
s3, mixing and stirring the traditional Chinese medicine powder prepared in the step S1 and the mixed extracting solution of the mint and the honeysuckle prepared in the step S2, adding 6 parts of the hydrogel and 4 parts of the glycerol, and continuously stirring to uniformly mix the materials;
s4, pouring the mixture prepared in the step S4 into a forming mold, and then performing irradiation crosslinking and sterilization to prepare a gel layer 2;
and S5, attaching the back lining layer 1 and the gel layer 2 to obtain the eye patch, and attaching the surface of the eye patch, which is provided with the gel layer 2, to the isolation layer 3 to obtain the finished product.
When in use, one eye patch is attached to the Jingming acupoint, one eye patch is attached to the Yintang position between two eyebrows, two eye patches are respectively attached to the positions of two Tongziliao eyes, the remaining two eye patches are respectively attached to the four white acupoints below two eyes, and the eye patches are taken down and discarded after being applied for 6-8 hours.

s4, pouring the mixture prepared in the step S4 into a forming mold, and then performing irradiation crosslinking and sterilization to prepare a gel layer (2);
s5, attaching the back lining layer (1) and the gel layer (2) to obtain the eye patch, and attaching the surface of the eye patch, which is covered with the gel layer (2), to the isolation layer (3) to obtain the finished product.
