Abstract

本发明公开了一种静电纺纤维蚕丝蛋白膜,包括编织基膜,复合在编织基膜单面的静电纺膜,以及复合在编织基膜另一面的水刺无纺布;编织基膜由细旦丙纶丝采用平纹组织结构编织而成;静电纺膜为丝素蛋白通过静电纺丝工艺制成的非织造膜;水刺无纺布通过热风粘合在编织基膜上。本发明通过以丝素蛋白静电纺膜作为功能层替代传统的蚕丝无纺布膜,具有亲肤性好,可生物降解,触感柔软爽滑,透气性好,吸湿放湿性能好等优点,生产成本低,尺寸稳定性好,不易撕裂,更有利于直接作用于皮肤,可被人体肌肤吸收,具有起到护肤美白作用。

一种静电纺纤维蚕丝蛋白膜
技术领域
本发明涉及蚕丝纺品领域,特别涉及一种静电纺纤维蚕丝蛋白膜。
背景技术
现有的面膜一般都是将药物涂在纸质的基底上制成某种特殊治疗功能的面膜,这种面膜对有些易过敏的人来说,是不能使用的,使用后不仅没有起到美容的效果,反而会引起皮肤过敏。天然蛋白蚕丝是我国传统的饲育产品,也是蛋白纤维中的主要品种,丝素蛋白占蚕丝重量的70%-80%.它是人们利用的实质材料。丝素蛋白由18种氨基酸所组成,经实验研究表明它具有良好的生物亲和性,无毒,无污染,可生物降解,根据文献检索,国内外,还没有发现用蚕丝丝素蛋白制备面膜用于美容的。蚕丝丝素,它为天然可降解性材料,与人体有着良好的生物相容性。制得的产品不含有由于制备工艺带入的外源性毒、副作用物质。但是采用现有工艺制备的蚕丝蛋白膜存在尺寸稳定性差,结构强度差,易撕裂,制造成本高等缺点。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种静电纺纤维蚕丝蛋白膜,采用三明治结构的复合膜,以丝素蛋白静电纺膜作为功能层,配合编织基膜和水刺无纺布层,解决了采用现有工艺制备的蚕丝蛋白膜存在尺寸稳定性差,结构强度差,易撕裂,制造成本高的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种静电纺纤维蚕丝蛋白膜,包括编织基膜,复合在所述编织基膜单面的静电纺膜,以及复合在所述编织基膜另一面的水刺无纺布;所述编织基膜由细旦丙纶丝采用平纹组织结构编织而成;所述静电纺膜为丝素蛋白通过静电纺丝工艺制成的非织造膜;所述水刺无纺布通过热风粘合在所述编织基膜上。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述水刺无纺布为竹粘胶纤维水刺无纺布或蚕丝水刺无纺布。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述水刺无纺布的厚度为0.12-0.55mm。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述编织基膜的经密为55-196根/10cm,所述编织基膜的纬密为55-196根/10cm。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述静电纺膜通过以下工艺制得:
步骤1,蚕丝脱胶;
步骤2,丝素蛋白溶液制备;将脱胶蚕丝溶解在6-8mol/L的LiBr溶液中,加热至70℃,保温1h,然后进行透析得到丝素蛋白透析液,45-60℃恒温干燥,冷却自然风干得到纤维蛋白,再将纤维蛋白溶解于蒸馏水中,浓缩得到质量分数为10-14%的丝素蛋白溶液;
步骤3,静电纺丝成膜;将所述编织基膜平铺放置在静电纺装置的收集板上,以丝素蛋白溶液为静电纺丝液,通过喷丝头在所述编织基膜表面进行喷丝成膜。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,步骤3中,静电纺丝时,电压为15 kV,所述喷丝头和收集板之间的间距为12 -15cm。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,步骤3中,在所述编织基膜表面喷丝2-6层。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述静电纺膜的厚度为0.03-0.10mm;所述静电纺膜的丝素蛋白丝的直径为0.3-5μm。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述静电纺纤维蚕丝蛋白膜浸润有面膜精华液。
通过上述技术方案,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:本发明通过以丝素蛋白静电纺膜作为功能层替代传统的蚕丝无纺布膜,具有亲肤性好,可生物降解,触感柔软爽滑,透气性好,吸湿放湿性能好等优点,一方面大大降低了生产成本,以细旦丙纶丝制成的编织基膜配合水刺无纺布,具有良好的机械强度和尺寸稳定性,另一方面静电纺喷丝形成的丝素蛋白静电纺膜,丝素蛋白丝直径细,具有三维多孔结构,更有利于直接作用于皮肤,可被人体肌肤吸收,以阻挡阳光的紫外线,清除氧化自由基并防止脂质过氧化,起到护肤美白作用。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例
本发明公开了一种静电纺纤维蚕丝蛋白膜,呈三明治结构,包括编织基膜,复合在所述编织基膜单面的静电纺膜,以及复合在所述编织基膜另一面的水刺无纺布。所述编织基膜由细旦丙纶丝采用平纹组织结构编织而成。细旦丙纶丝亲肤性好,导湿而不吸湿,具有良好的抗菌性能。编织基膜采用编织结构,尺寸稳定性好,机械强度高,不易撕裂,并且柔软有弹性。为了使编织基膜具有良好的透气透湿性能,所述编织基膜的经密为55-196根/10cm,所述编织基膜的纬密为55-196根/10cm。所述静电纺膜为丝素蛋白通过静电纺丝工艺制成的非织造膜。优选的,所述静电纺膜的厚度为0.03-0.10mm;所述静电纺膜的丝素蛋白丝的直径为0.3-5μm。所述水刺无纺布通过热风粘合在所述编织基膜上。所述水刺无纺布的厚度可以为0.12-0.55mm。优选的,所述水刺无纺布为竹粘胶纤维水刺无纺布或蚕丝水刺无纺布。所述静电纺纤维蚕丝蛋白膜浸润有面膜精华液。水刺无纺布作为吸湿层,容纳面膜精华液。而丝素蛋白静电纺膜作为功能层,直接与人体皮肤接触,丝素蛋白静电纺膜的吸放湿性能优异,面膜精华液能够透过编织基膜不断传输至丝素蛋白静电纺膜。
具体的,所述静电纺膜通过以下工艺制得:
步骤1,蚕丝脱胶;具体的,可以将蚕丝置于质量分数为0.5%的NaHCO3 溶液中,在100℃的温度下保温加热10 min,然后用60℃以上蒸馏水反复漂洗,热风烘干,得到脱胶蚕丝。
步骤2,丝素蛋白溶液制备;将脱胶蚕丝溶解在6-8mol/L的LiBr溶液中,加热至70℃,保温1h,然后进行透析得到丝素蛋白透析液,45-60℃恒温干燥,冷却自然风干得到纤维蛋白,再将纤维蛋白溶解于蒸馏水中,浓缩得到质量分数为10-14%的丝素蛋白溶液。
步骤3,静电纺丝成膜;将所述编织基膜平铺放置在静电纺装置的收集板上,以丝素蛋白溶液为静电纺丝液,通过喷丝头在所述编织基膜表面进行喷丝成膜,可以喷丝2-6层。
优选的,静电纺丝时,电压为15 kV,所述喷丝头和收集板之间的间距为12 -15cm。

1.一种静电纺纤维蚕丝蛋白膜,其特征在于,包括编织基膜,复合在所述编织基膜单面的静电纺膜,以及复合在所述编织基膜另一面的水刺无纺布;所述编织基膜由细旦丙纶丝采用平纹组织结构编织而成;所述静电纺膜为丝素蛋白通过静电纺丝工艺制成的非织造膜;所述水刺无纺布通过热风粘合在所述编织基膜上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的静电纺纤维蚕丝蛋白膜,其特征在于,所述水刺无纺布为竹粘胶纤维水刺无纺布或蚕丝水刺无纺布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的静电纺纤维蚕丝蛋白膜,其特征在于,所述水刺无纺布的厚度为0.12-0.55mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的静电纺纤维蚕丝蛋白膜,其特征在于,所述编织基膜的经密为55-196根/10cm,所述编织基膜的纬密为55-196根/10cm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的静电纺纤维蚕丝蛋白膜,其特征在于,所述静电纺膜通过以下工艺制得:
步骤1,蚕丝脱胶;
步骤2,丝素蛋白溶液制备;将脱胶蚕丝溶解在6-8mol/L的LiBr溶液中,加热至70℃,保温1h,然后进行透析得到丝素蛋白透析液,45-60℃恒温干燥,冷却自然风干得到纤维蛋白,再将纤维蛋白溶解于蒸馏水中,浓缩得到质量分数为10-14%的丝素蛋白溶液;
步骤3,静电纺丝成膜;将所述编织基膜平铺放置在静电纺装置的收集板上,以丝素蛋白溶液为静电纺丝液,通过喷丝头在所述编织基膜表面进行喷丝成膜。
6.根据权利要求5所述的静电纺纤维蚕丝蛋白膜,其特征在于,步骤3中,静电纺丝时,电压为15 kV,所述喷丝头和收集板之间的间距为12 -15cm。
7.根据权利要求5所述的静电纺纤维蚕丝蛋白膜,其特征在于,步骤3中,在所述编织基膜表面喷丝2-6层。
8.根据权利要求5所述的静电纺纤维蚕丝蛋白膜,其特征在于,所述静电纺膜的厚度为0.03-0.10mm;所述静电纺膜的丝素蛋白丝的直径为0.3-5μm。
