The fourth concrete implementation mode: the embodiment is different from one of the first to the third embodiment in that the feed additive for improving the carcass quality of the fattening pig consists of 9 parts of apocynum venetum, 8 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 8 parts of radix astragali, 7 parts of angelica sinensis, 7 parts of radix isatidis, 6 parts of liquorice and 5 parts of schisandra chinensis according to parts by weight. The rest is the same as one of the first to third embodiments.
The following experiments are adopted to verify the effect of the invention:
experiment one:
in the experiment, the feed additive for improving the carcass quality of the fattening pig consists of 9 parts of apocynum venetum, 8 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 8 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 7 parts of angelica sinensis, 7 parts of radix isatidis, 6 parts of liquorice and 5 parts of schisandra chinensis in parts by weight.
1. Design of experiments
The experiment employed a single factor random grouping method. Selecting 40 fattening pigs with similar weight, and randomly dividing the fattening pigs into 2 treatment groups: control and experimental groups, 4 replicates per group, 5 replicates each. Control group was fed basal diet only; the experimental group was fed experimental diets (basal diet + 0.3% additive). The daily nutrition water average is referred to the NRC (2012) formula standard. The experimental period is 60 days.
2. Feeding management
Before the experiment, the experimental site is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and vacant strictly according to the flow of the pig farm, and the experimental swinery is subjected to conventional immunization and parasite expelling. The feeding time, the immunization program, the sanitation and the management are all consistent with those of the pig farm and are strictly carried out according to the feeding management system of the pig farm.
3. Measurement index
At the end of the feeding experiment, 1 pig with average weight is selected in each repeated column of the experiment for slaughter determination, and the weight of the slaughtered pig is weighed after fasting overnight. Taking out internal organs of all pigs by adopting a conventional slaughtering technology, removing a left fat layer, and weighing; halves were split from mid-line carcass, refrigerated for 24h, and measured as follows: carcass weight, left carcass weight, total bone weight, total lean meat weight, total fat weight, hind leg weight, carcass length, eye muscle area, backfat thickness, skin thickness, and average backfat thickness is the average of the backfat thickness at the first rib, 6 th to 7 th rib, and the last lumbar vertebra.
The lean meat percentage, the slaughter rate and the hind leg percentage are calculated according to the measurement results.
4. Data processing
After experimental data are preliminarily processed by Excel 2016 software, difference significance comparison among groups is carried out by adopting IBM SPSS Statistics 20 independent sample T test, and P <0.05 is used as a judgment standard for difference significance.
5. Results
The average dressing percentage of the fattening pigs in the experimental group is 70.5 percent, is improved by 7.30 percent compared with the average dressing percentage of 65.7 percent of the fattening pigs in the control group, and the difference reaches a significant level (P is less than 0.05);
secondly, the average hind leg rate of the fattening pigs in the experimental group is 42.7 percent, which is improved by 9.21 percent compared with the average hind leg rate of 39.1 percent of the fattening pigs in the control group, and the difference reaches a significant level (P is less than 0.05);
thirdly, the average eye muscle area of the fattening pigs in the experimental group is 39.17cm2Compared with the average eye muscle area of 33.27cm of the fattening pigs in the control group2The improvement is 17.73%, and the difference reaches a significant level (P is less than 0.05);
and fourthly, the average lean meat percentage of the fattening pigs in the experimental group is 52.4 percent, is improved by 12.69 percent compared with the average lean meat percentage of the fattening pigs in the control group by 46.5 percent, and the difference reaches a significant level (P is less than 0.05).
Therefore, the feed additive for improving the carcass of the fattening pig in the experiment can obviously improve the carcass traits of the fattening pig.
Claims (4)
1. The feed additive for improving the fattening pig carcass is characterized by consisting of 8-10 parts by weight of apocynum venetum, 7-9 parts by weight of folium artemisiae argyi, 7-9 parts by weight of astragalus mongholicus, 6-8 parts by weight of angelica sinensis, 6-8 parts by weight of radix isatidis, 5-7 parts by weight of liquorice and 4-6 parts by weight of schisandra chinensis.
2. The feed additive for improving the carcass quality of the finishing pigs as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feed additive for improving the carcass quality of the finishing pigs comprises 8 parts by weight of apocynum venetum, 7 parts by weight of folium artemisiae argyi, 7 parts by weight of astragalus mongholicus, 6 parts by weight of angelica sinensis, 6 parts by weight of radix isatidis, 5 parts by weight of liquorice and 4 parts by weight of schisandra chinensis.

The feed additive for improving the carcass quality of the finishing pigs as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feed additive for improving the carcass quality of the finishing pigs comprises, by weight, 10 parts of apocynum venetum, 9 parts of argy wormwood leaves, 9 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 8 parts of angelica sinensis, 8 parts of isatis roots, 7 parts of liquorice and 6 parts of schisandra chinensis.
4. The feed additive for improving the carcass quality of the finishing pigs as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feed additive for improving the carcass quality of the finishing pigs comprises, by weight, 9 parts of apocynum venetum, 8 parts of argy wormwood leaves, 8 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 7 parts of angelica sinensis, 7 parts of isatis roots, 6 parts of liquorice and 5 parts of schisandra chinensis.
