Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pig feed, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine pig feed additive, a preparation method and pig feed thereof.
Background
The pig feed additive is a small amount or trace substance added in the processes of feed production, processing and use, and has little dosage but remarkable effect in the feed. The pig feed additive is a raw material inevitably used in modern feed industry, and has obvious effects on strengthening the nutritive value of basic feed, improving the production performance of animals, ensuring the health of the animals, saving the feed cost, improving the quality of animal products and the like. If the feed additive is added into the piglet daily feed, the piglet intestinal development can be promoted, the intestinal health is improved, the diarrhea rate is reduced, and the piglet growth speed and the feed conversion rate are increased; for the piglets in the lactation period, the feed additive is added, which is beneficial to establishing the dominant flora of the probiotics; for weaned piglets, adverse effects such as diarrhea and growth retardation caused by factors such as autodigestive enzyme secretion and daily ration antigenicity can be improved. Researches show that the feed additive is used in daily ration of sows, so that the intestinal health can be improved, and the immunity and reproductive performance of the sows can be improved. After the feed additive is added, the capability of regulating flora balance in the gastrointestinal tract can be improved, the feed intake of the sow in the lactation period is increased, the weight loss is inhibited, the fat and protein content in the milk of the sow is improved, and the survival rate of the weaned pig and the weight of the weaned pig are improved. The feed additive is added into the daily ration of the fattening pig, so that the feed intake and the feed conversion rate can be improved, the health condition is improved, the fattening period is shortened, and the effects of improving the quality and reducing the environmental pollution are achieved. Researches show that the additive can reduce the diarrhea rate of fattening pigs, improve the immunity and improve the feed intake and the feed digestibility by adding the feed additive, thereby improving the utilization rate of daily ration and reducing the feed conversion ratio. In addition, the feed additive has certain promotion effects on increasing intramuscular fat and increasing the content of essential fatty acid, and can improve the quality of pork.
The feed additive is divided into microbial feed additive and Chinese herbal medicine feed additive. Because the Chinese herbal medicine has the effect of treating and preventing diseases, the Chinese herbal medicine has a remarkable effect of preventing the diseases of the pigs when being added into the pig feed. Common Chinese medicinal additives comprise garlic, folium artemisiae argyi powder and pine needle powder, mirabilite, radix codonopsis pilosulae leaf, medical stone, wild hawthorn, orange peel powder, acanthopanax, rhizoma atractylodis, motherwort and the like.
Based on the beneficial effects of the pig feed additive, a series of researches on the pig feed additive and the preparation method thereof are reported successively, for example, Chinese patent numbers are as follows: cn.201510831051.3 discloses a "pig feed additive with Chinese herbal medicines and a preparation method thereof", however, the pig feed additive obtained by the technical scheme does not contain mineral medicines, so that trace elements necessary for growth of pigs cannot be provided. In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, no effective way to solve the problems has been provided.

a traditional Chinese medicine pig feed additive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8 parts of liquorice, 2 parts of fructus forsythiae, 2 parts of poria cocos, 3 parts of polygonum multiflorum, 1 part of radix asparagi, 4 parts of cortex moutan, 2 parts of folium mori, 3 parts of motherwort, 2 parts of radix paeoniae alba, 3 parts of rhizoma atractylodis, 5 parts of honeysuckle, 2 parts of cortex phellodendri, 1 part of lily, 5 parts of chrysanthemum, 5 parts of medlar, 0.2 part of limonite, 0.4 part of pumice and 0.1 part of red halloysite.
The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine pig feed additive comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials according to the weight ratio of the traditional Chinese medicine pig feed additive, crushing the raw materials into 50-mesh fine powder, drying the fine powder, and uniformly stirring the fine powder to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine pig feed additive.
A pig feed comprises the traditional Chinese medicine pig feed additive, and the traditional Chinese medicine pig feed additive accounts for 4% of the total weight of the pig feed.
Feeding verification:
in order to verify the feeding effect of the pig feed prepared in examples 1-6 of the present invention, 160 piglets with the same weight, health condition and breed were selected and divided into eight groups of 20 piglets, wherein six groups were experimental groups corresponding to examples 1-6, and the other two groups were a control group and a control group. Wherein the piglets of the experimental group were fed with the pig feeds prepared in examples 1 to 6 of the present invention, the piglets of the control group were fed with the feeds supplemented with conventional Chinese medicinal additives, and the piglets of the control group were fed with the feeds not supplemented with the feed additives. The weight and health condition of the piglets are observed after the piglets are fed for 30 days, and the experimental results are as follows:
table: comparative feeding experiment
Experiment/group | Average initial weight/Kg | Average final weight/Kg | Sick piglet/pig | Number of deaths/body |
Example 1 | 16.5 | 46.4 | 0 | 0 |
Example 2 | 16.4 | 46.2 | 0 | 0 |
Example 3 | 16.7 | 45.8 | 0 | 0 |
Example 4 | 16.6 | 46.1 | 0 | 0 |
Example 5 | 17.4 | 46.8 | 1 | 0 |
Example 6 | 16.6 | 46.5 | 0 | 0 |
Control group | 16.7 | 42.4 | 3 | 1 |
Control two groups | 16.5 | 40.6 | 3 | 0 |
As can be seen from the above table: when the pig feed prepared by the technical scheme of the invention is fed, the weight of piglets is obviously increased, the nutrition is fully absorbed, the immunity of organisms is stronger, the diseases are not easy to occur, and the piglets are not easy to suffer from the diseases in the feeding process. The weight increment of the piglets fed with the conventional feed additive and the piglets fed with the feed without the feed additive is smaller than that of the piglets fed with the feed of the invention, and the body immunity of the piglets is poorer and the sick probability is higher in the feeding process.
