技术领域
本发明属于饲粮领域,具体涉及一种用于改善断奶仔猪生长性能和腹泻的饲粮。
背景技术
在规模化养殖中,为了提高经济效益,多选择仔猪早期断奶,此时仔猪免疫功能发育不完全,加上饮食、环境等因素的变化,往往引发断奶应激,导致生长发育迟缓、腹泻、死亡等问题,其中腹泻是导致仔猪死亡的关键因素,给养殖业带来了巨大损失。
而传统解决的办法就是额外添加一定剂量的抗生素,抗生素的使用确实可以缓解仔猪所面临的断奶应激问题,一定程度缓解腹泻,帮助仔猪渡过难关,但抗生素对机体的有害作用也日益凸显。我国在2020年全面禁止药用抗生素在饲粮中的添加,最适的无抗饲粮是本行业目前研究的重点。因此,提出一种用于改善断奶仔猪腹泻情况和生长性能的饲粮将十分有意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够改善断奶仔猪生长性能、缓解断奶仔猪腹泻情况且不含抗生素的饲粮,具体通过以下技术方案实现:
一种用于改善断奶仔猪生长性能和腹泻的饲粮,其原料按质量百分比包括:玉米55~62%、膨化大豆22~27%、乳清粉2~3%、鱼粉3~4%、血浆蛋白粉1~2%、大豆油0.5~1%、氨基酸1~1.5%、植物精油0.05~0.1%、磷酸氢钙2.5~3%、氯化胆碱0.05~0.1%、鬼针草干粉1~1.5%、红枣粉0.05~0.1%、昆虫饲料粉1~2%、预混料1%~3%;
所述预混料包括维生素、核黄素、泛酸、胆碱、Mn、Zn、Fe、Cu、Co、Se;所述昆虫饲料粉由细粉虫粉、黑水虻粉和双斑蟋粉混合组成。
在一些优选的实施情况中,上述饲粮中的昆虫饲料粉由细粉虫粉、黑水虻粉和双斑蟋粉按照(1~2):(2~3):(1~2)的质量比混合组成。
在一些优选的实施情况中,上述饲粮中的植物精油由茶树油、牛至油和多酚植物提取物按照(1~2):(1~2):(1~2)的质量比混合组成。
在一些优选的实施情况中,上述饲粮中的氨基酸由赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、色氨酸和苏氨酸按照(1~2):(1~2):(1~2):(1~2)的质量比混合组成。
在一些优选的实施情况中,上述饲粮中的每千克所述预混料需提供:维生素A,10000~12000IU;维生素D,1100~1300IU;维生素E,230~250IU;维生素B12,85~90μg;核黄素,4~6mg;泛酸,15~20mg;烟酸,70~80mg;胆碱,520~550mg;Mn,3~6mg;Zn,90~120mg;Fe,100~120mg;Cu,4~6mg;Co,3~5mg;Se,0.2~0.5mg。
在一些优选的实施情况中,上述饲粮中的氯化胆碱为60%氯化胆碱。

本发明根据NRC猪的营养需要2012版和猪营养标准2004版,设计了该仔猪饲粮,没有采用抗生素,取而代之的是采取了植物精油、血浆蛋白粉、昆虫饲料粉和鬼针草干粉等无害原料,通过理论推导和实验验证与其它原料进行复配,得到一个最佳的配比比例,从而最终得到一种能够改善断奶仔猪生长性能和腹泻的饲粮。采用的植物精油可缓解仔猪腹泻、提高机体抗氧化能力,而“茶树油、牛至油和多酚植物提取物”的复配植物精油效果更佳;采用的血浆蛋白粉属于优质蛋白来源,适口性好,能够降低腹泻率、提高日增重和机体抵抗力;采用的由细粉虫粉、黑水虻粉和双斑蟋粉混合组成的昆虫饲料粉除了为仔猪提供动物蛋白源外,还具有改善仔猪的代谢消化,缓解腹泻的作用;而采用的鬼针草干粉具有开胃、疏散肝热的功效,可以帮助提高仔猪采食量。本发明的饲粮在满足断奶仔猪营养需求的基础上,具有抗菌、抗氧化作用,帮助维持断奶仔猪肠道健康,且对仔猪无害,不易在机体中残留,可以替代抗生素在仔猪断奶早期使用。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明根据猪的营养需求标准,针对性考虑断奶仔猪所需,采用具有独特性和无害性的植物精油和昆虫饲料粉等作为原料,搭配其它原料进行整体设计,最终提出了本发明的饲粮,在不使用抗生素的情况下能够明显改善断奶仔猪的小肠黏膜发育程度,提高肠道免疫功能,保障仔猪肠道功能,从而缓解腹泻情况,改善生长性能,保障仔猪健康;此外,本发明的饲粮原料易得,可通过现有制备方法,采用常规设备即可制备,十分适合农业上广泛应用,具有较好的市场前景。

实施例6:
选用断奶仔公猪(21~23d)60头,平均分配至10个组,每组6头猪;每组分别饲喂实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4、实施例5、对比例1、对比例2、对比例3、对照组1(市售普通饲粮)和对照组2(市售普通饲料中添加有抗生素)中所得的饲粮。于试验第1天早上8:00对所有仔猪称重,记为初始体重;于试验第14天当晚停止投料,禁食12h后于第二天早上8:00再次称重,即为末重;每天8:00、12:00、16:00、20:00投料,记录每天每组仔猪投料量和余料量;每天记录仔猪腹泻情况(参照表2提供的方法)。具体指标计算方法:
平均日增重=(每组仔猪末重-初重)/试验天数;
平均日采食量=(每组仔猪投料量-余料量)/试验天数;
料重比=平均日采食量/平均日增重;
腹泻指数=腹泻率×平均腹泻级数,腹泻率=每头仔猪腹泻次数/总腹泻次数,平均腹泻级数=每头猪腹泻评分总和/腹泻次数。
计算试验期间每组仔猪的平均日增重、平均日采食量、料重比,结果如表1所示;由表1可知,采用本发明饲粮(即实施例1~5)的猪,平均日增重和平均日采食量明显高于对照组1~2,而料重比更低,说明了本发明的饲粮具有显著的改善断奶仔猪生长性能的作用。此外,与对比例1~3的对比结果可以说明本发明的原料采用合理(对比例2~3与本发明的原料基本一致,但各自缺少了一部分原料)、配比比例合理(对比例1采用的原料与本发明相同,但是配比比例有差异),对于原料的选择和具体的搭配具有独特性。而其中,实施例1~4的结果又优于实施例5的结果,这说明植物精油中采用茶树油、牛至油和多酚植物提取物进行复配效果更好。

按照如表2提供的仔猪腹泻指数评定标准,计算仔猪的腹泻指数,结果如表3所示,由表3可知,采用本发明饲粮(即实施例1~5)的猪,其仔猪腹泻指数明显低于对照组1~2,说明了本发明的饲粮具有显著的改善断奶仔猪腹泻的作用。此外,与对比例1~3的对比结果可以说明本发明的原料采用合理(对比例2~3与本发明的原料基本一致,但各自缺少了一部分原料)、配比比例合理(对比例1采用的原料与本发明相同,但是配比比例有差异),对于原料的选择和具体的搭配具有独特性。而其中,实施例1~4的结果又优于实施例5的结果,这说明植物精油中采用茶树油、牛至油和多酚植物提取物进行复配效果更好。

综上,本发明所得的无抗饲粮可明显降低断奶仔猪的腹泻率,一定程度上改善仔猪生长性能,进而改善仔猪整体健康程度。因此,在养殖场对仔猪实施早期断奶阶段,饲喂本发明饲粮可降低腹泻情况、改善生长性能、更好保障仔猪健康。

1.一种用于改善断奶仔猪生长性能和腹泻的饲粮,其特征在于,其原料按质量百分比包括:玉米55~62%、膨化大豆22~27%、乳清粉2~3%、鱼粉3~4%、血浆蛋白粉1~2%、大豆油0.5~1%、氨基酸1~1.5%、植物精油0.05~0.1%、磷酸氢钙2.5~3%、氯化胆碱0.05~0.1%、鬼针草干粉1~1.5%、红枣粉0.05%~0.1%、昆虫饲料粉1~2%、预混料1%~3%;
所述预混料包括维生素、核黄素、泛酸、胆碱、Mn、Zn、Fe、Cu、Co、Se;所述昆虫饲料粉由细粉虫粉、黑水虻粉和双斑蟋粉混合组成。
